Unfortunately closed for the 4th weekend so another time. I was there for a different co.HOWEVER, was able to visit this week (August 23+) and glad to know IS the same business I visited when they were in the bungalow in the way of Raleigh downtown progress.A wonderful space, well set up for viewing the amazing furniture, lighting, ceramics.And as much as I am a mission furniture fan the hickory Amish-made furniture was a great big WOW, too.40+ years experience, a very nice owner, wonderful products. Very fortunate to have this business. Easy to find, deliver all over the country, wonderful product!!!

Having been to a number of furniture stores, while shopping for a bedroom furniture, in the Raleigh area, this place blows them all away by miles. High quality, very knowledgeable and professional sales folk. Its a bit pricey, but youll get your moneys worth with furniture that will hold its value for decades. If you want quality and are willing to pay for it, dont bother with any place else.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the correct size and style of fan for our guest bedroom. He also helped us figure out a solution when our Victorian era ceiling decided not to cooperate with installation lol. Now it is safe, secure, and looks great for our guests. Im thinking about ordering a dresser for my own room soon. They can make secret compartments! I mean ... nothing to see here. Move along.

Before Covid-19 struck/ we started construction on a new home! Great timing! We know. All of the finishing touch items were out of stock or had incrdible lead times. We fell in love we a pair of Craftsman Fans from Mussion Bungalow and ordred them - knowing that it would take a long time to get them. When the items were finally getting shipped, UPS screwed up and never delivered the lfan light kit. Mark from Mission Biunalow, didnt hesitate to rectify this situation. It was a challenge for him since the components were all backordred - another long leadtime tossed into the mix. Mark, howver, kept us informed as to what was going on and when we could, hopefully, expect the recieve the light kits. His doggerdly pursued this. It took a few months, but he finally was able to pull all the parts together and get them to us! We can;t say enought about the Customer Service that Mark provided. We would not hesitate to purchase other items from them and plan to down the ine! They have an amazing collection of Mission furniture which would fit in perfectly with our new hoimne. Bottom line is that Mission Bugalow will do everything necessary to make sure your are 100% satisfied with your purchase. It was a please doing business with them and look forward to doing more in the future. Thanks Mark!

We bought our dream home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The original architect was a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. The house had no overhead fans or quality outdoor fixtures.i tried the local business but had no luck. I searched the internet and was lucky enough to stumble on Mission Bungalow..That was my lucky day. They were so professional. The products I purchased are exactly what I wanted. My electrician was, truly impressed.With the fixture quality. I am more than happy to give them five thumbs up as well as five stars. If you find what you are looking for, I am sure you will be as happy with the end results as I am.

I recently purchased a push-back recliner and a love seat. The showroom has a very nice selection and it was easy to make my selection. There was a wide selection of fabrics to choose from. I chose an Adirondack design for the recliner and leather for the love seat.Mark was a pleasure deal with.The furniture arrived on the promised date and the delivery men were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They were very careful with the furniture.I am very happy with the quality of the furniture and the purchase experience.

The quality craftsmanship of the furniture here is best demonstrated by the fact that we bought a Tree Crowns wood and leather mission couch here 14 years ago and it is still in great shape and stylish. The owner is a very experienced businessman who knows how to talk to people, and understands customer service and the importance of stocking quality merchandise worth your investment.

Excellent store. We bought a beautiful table there that was custom made to our specifications. Very pleased with the customer service and product.

I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs for a friend in March at the St. Petersburg store and Mission Bungalow was paid in full. It was originally said that it would be ready in about 6-8 weeks and it has still not arrived. Now Mark (one of the owners) said that it would be done by September 30 and then said he would issue a refund. In the meantime they’ve closed the store without informing either the purchaser or myself. Poor communication and now not returning phone calls or text messages. Guess we’ll have to sue to recoup any funds. So disappointing after believing they were an ethical businessAfter 8 months and an agreement with the credit card company to charge the company back for the purchase, the dining room set was delivered and the order is complete. Me. Cabot needs to brush up on his customer relations skills as there’s always an excuse each time you contact him. That’s if you get a response.

SHAM! Purchased and prepaid for thousands $ in furniture from their St Petersburg, FL store in March 2019 and after numerous delays, he promised by the end of Oct and then I found their store closed and he will not issue a refund!

Out of business, despite the website and Googles directions. Shame on you both.
