I was worried they would not get it back. The salesman says to me. Do not worry. Your parents will get there grill. I went to Atlantic to find a pool cue for a birthday present. My wife and I started to look at hot tubs and hot tub cabanas. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and great to deal with on the hot tub. Although they were on the pricey side and I could get the cabana for 2k less else where, I think I will still purchase from Atlantic. Oh and my daughter loves her new Cue

If you are buying a hot tub, this is the place to come. Customer service doesnt end when your tub is installed, it continues on. Joe was/is an awesome salesperson, and I never feel like Im asking a dumb question. Impeccable service.

Pretty horrible buying experience. Had a tub sold from under me, had to pay $1000 more to get the floor model, forgot to give me the right chemicals for startup, and no contact from a manager with all this. Really disappointed. Resolution was not satisfactory.

Since November of last year, I have been trying to get someone to come out and fix a door issue or misalignment to our infrared sauna, that we purchased from them. This is a new sauna and only a few months old. On the front end (sales) they were great. Repair or follow up- not good at all.At this point I do not think they will come out to fix their work because it’s not making them any money. I am under warranty so I have reached out to the manufacturer to see what my options are right now.I will definitely not be buying from them when we purchase our outdoor spa in the next month!

We love our spa! Our entire experience from selecting the spa to delivery and set up has been fantastic. Ginger has been an extraordinary help to us! We had a great experience at Atlantic when purchasing a pool table for our game room recently. Kane is top notch, very knowledgeable, and helped our family pick out the perfect pool table size within our budget. He even came to our home to take measurements to ensure we got the right size table (8’).When a pool stick wrap unwrapped a couple weeks after the purchase, Atlantic replaced the entire set and gave us a free upgrade.We were happy to return to Atlantic to purchase a new ping pong table for our son just weeks later and I even indulged and purchased a new McDermott and breaking cue, which I love.Highly recommend Atlantic.

I was deliberating between a new Olhausen(sp?) pool table from either wayfair or Amazon, but thought Id stop in just to see what Atlantic Spa and Billiards had on clearance and to try to compare models face to face. I worked with Joe and told him what I was picturing, and he showed me around so I could see a number of different tables and pointed out the key differences. Joe was extremely patient with me and treated each of my questions as though they were valid. At the end of the day their pricing was competitive for what I felt was a better table with more features and customizations for a minimal difference. Of course the obvious benefit was that I have a person Im dealing with directly and their installers are local and do this everyday.As for the installers, they were great. They took their time and did it all correctly. They too were willing to answer a few questions I had and listened to my instruction as for placement. They also voiced their opinions with rationale explanation for placement. The thing that was best though was that they saw a flaw in the product and brought it to my attention. It was small and I probably never would have noticed it until it was well out of warranty, but they still let me know and are working with Olhausen to get it fixed . . . even though that means they will have to come back out disassemble and resemble my table with no additional cost to me.Final thing about Joe Diaz. I had told Joe about my full plans and things I was interested in. So when something came into their store he remembered our conversation and with no pressure suggested I stop by because it might fit the bill for what I was looking for. So I went in, for fun, fully planning to say no, but sure enough he was right. He found me a great deal on a good product that had been aggressively looking for for a few months.

During COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, we decided to finally get a ping pong table for our garage, which we had been taking about doing for years. Phoebe helped us select the best table for our needs and order it over the phone. The owner put together the table and delivered it himself a couple days later, in time for an Easter surprise for our kids. Now we have a fun family activity (off-screens!) that brings us together while staying at home (with enthusiastic participation from adolescents, which can be hard to come by). It was a great purchase and great experience with Atlantic, who has also provided us with reliable services for our hot tub for the past ten years. Highly recommend supporting this local business.

We worked with Phoebe and she was and continues to be a great rep for Atlantic Spas.My wife and I werent exactly sure what model we wanted, and she took us through the entire Caldera Spa lineup. She was very patient and answered all of our questions.Even better, she set us up 2 tubs in the showroom we could wet test with our 2 small kids. Definitely recommend trying the tub before you buy one.We purchased a new tub (2020 production run) based on their store end-of-year 2019 sale - I feel like we got more than our moneys worth with little to no hassle over negotiating price.Where the real value of Phoebe and the store came into play was their network. The challenge after buying a spa is knowing where to put it! We had an old deck that wasnt up to spec and needed to have it torn down and built back up.Phoebe had a list of recommended contractors and electricians we could work with - and the two we ended up with knew exactly what was needed for everything to come together perfectly. Honestly, if I had to go through finding someone by myself, Id be tempted to not even bother.Post spa delivery (which was very easily coordinated with the setup/install folks), Phoebe put up with about 6 annoying calls and emails from me about various water chemistry issues - and never made me feel bad about it.We visited another local dealer, and im sure theyre good, but I got a feeling that Phoebe and Atlantic were a touch above, and my hunch was proven right!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our hot tub experience with Atlantic Spas and Billiards. We considered buying a hot tub from Costco, but decided that for repairs, guidance, etc., it would be better to buy from a hot tub dealer. This was the right decision for sure!! The delivery team was competent, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous!! The electrician recommended by Atlantic was also superb. And our sales person, Ginger, has been incredible. Ginger fully explained hot tubs, since we had no prior knowledge, and helped us to make a great selection. She has been available constantly as weve needed guidance to get our hot tub up and running. She even made a house call on her day off to discuss further questions we were having about hot tub features and maintenance. We have texted and called her day and night, and shes kindly always responded and answered all of our questions. Ginger is a true asset to Atlantic!!! We had a hot tub, that had been sitting for many years unused, repaired recently by Atlantic Spas and the service was really good. They made sure that we filled it and identified leaks before they came out and we sent them photos of the leaking areas. They then came with all of the necessary parts so that we didnt have to wait for parts to be ordered. The service technician got to work right away and was very fast and efficient, and did not try to sell us parts that we didnt need. Id use this company again in the future, as they are honest, efficient and know what they are doing.

Our experience working with Ginger at Atlantic has been excellent! From the first contact when we were inquiring about which spa was best for our needs she has been available and thorough to answer all of our many texts and calls and has walked us through every step of the process. We are loving our new spa and thank Ginger for her hard work in making sure we have been pleased and know exactly how to use and maintain our spa.

We purchased a hot tub from Atlantic Spas and Billiards on Glenwood recently, and had a great experience. Ginger was amazing! She helped us for months while we figured out what we wanted, what we could afford, what would fit in our space, etc.  Never once did she act impatient or annoyed with us as we went back and forth.  Her assistance didnt stop after the sale, either.  We have asked her questions about water maintenance and supplies since installation and she has been so helpful and friendly. The removal of our old tub and delivery of the new one went smoothly as well.  Finally, when it came time to purchase some new chemicals, we compared Atlantics prices to Amazon and Atlantic had better deals. If youre in the market for a hot tub, definitely check out Atlantic and be sure to ask for Ginger!

We’ve had a great experience. Ginger spent a great deal of time with us and ultimately we got absolutely the best hot tub option for us. Installation flawless and follow up from Ginger has been great.The Freshwater salt system is phenomenal. I had added the Salton system to our old hot tub. It worked but was a hassle and nuisance. The Freshwater system once equilibrated has been steady as a rock. The cartridges are convenient and other chemical adjustments have been minimal.I would encourage anyone looking for hot tub to shop here. Great variety and more importantly service that doesn’t stop with the sale!

My wife and I had visited Atlantic Spas and Billiards several times, knowing wed buy our first spa when the time was right. Atlantic has a beautiful showroom that seemed to draw us in. When I heard a good sale was going on, we decided to stop by again. We talked extensively with Phoebe, who was patient and happy to spend time with us. She listened closely to our desires, and carefully guided us to the right spa for our needs, but applied NO pressure to purchase. We went for it, and gladly so. During the wait for manufacturing, I sent Phoebe several emails concerning our electrician, spa positioning, chemicals, and more. She took the time to respond in a timely manner each time, even ACCURATELY sketching out our patio to ensure she was responding correctly to my descriptions. Impressive! Once our spa was delivered, Phoebe checked in on us and shared tips and tricks on spa care. A month later, our spa has been clean and clear consistently, with almost daily use. Phoebe is a virtual encyclopedia of information, and my wife and I are deeply appreciative of the time and care she took with our purchase. Ginger went WAY beyond her job as a sales person!! We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and service in dealing with AS&B. As with any product purchase like this, there are many sizes, levels, and options to consider. All we knew was we wanted a hot tub, but really didn’t have a clue as to what features were needed. Ginger, our sales person, was extremely helpful in guiding us during the decision making process. We found it very nice that AS&B has so many floor models to view, and Ginger was great in giving us things to consider along the way. She never pressured us on a particular model, but asked us questions to best determine the model that best fit in our price range and families needs.Ginger was also helpful in keeping us updated on lead time and delivery items. What a wonderful experience. We visited on Saturday and while busy, a lady behind the desk quickly grabbed someone to help us through buying a hot tub on our first visit. The world of hot tub configurations and features can be simply exhausting and Jack helped us every step of the way. His knowledge of the product line is very impressive. Every question and step of the process he helped us with and let us know what to expect. We enjoyed being shown the individual jets, seating options, and extensive models.

This is a really cool store for billiard supplies. Lots of top-quality cues to choose from. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable of their selection. I will shop there again.

I took advantage of the service to empty and clean up my hot tub. I neglected it during the summer focussing on our pool instead. The guys from Atlantic Spas and Billiards emptied the water, completely cleaned up the hot tub including its cover and got me started on filling it up again. They did a perfect job and I will never do it myself again. It is completely worth it!

I just want to let everyone know what great service we received from Ginger at Atlantic Spas. First, we got extremely personalized service when looking for our spa. We had no experience with spas and Ginger was very patient and taught us everything we needed. She was not at all pushy and never tried to sell more than we needed. She really understood our needs. Ginger even arranged for my wife and I to try out a hot tub in a private room at their showroom. We were also having a pool put in and had our back yard redone. We ran into unexpected delays after we ordered the spa. Ginger worked with us to store the hot tub and have it delivered exactly when we needed it to fit into our whole backyard plan. Next was initial set up. Ginger was again so patient and understanding. She walked me through each step of the setup process until our water chemistry was exactly right and ready to go. It’s been about four months since the spa was installed. I recently had a few questions about the salt system and chlorine cartridge replacement. I went into the store and Ginger happened to be there. Again, excellent service. She explained everything and printed manuals and instructions for me to take home. The crew supplied by Atlantic to replace our 30 yr old tub (also purchased from Atlantic) enclosed by a deck with a new tub in the same location within the deck was amazing. First of all I would like to mention that Atlantic spas and billiards has provided us with any part needed for our 1997 spa that we had. When that spa finally met its doom, we knew we had to replace it with another Hot Springs spa because of the service and quality of those spas.We made many visits to their show room and worked with Phoebe to decide on the spa we wanted to replace our old one with. She was outstanding! She never hesitated to give us the best possible customer service and support through our decision-making process. We decided on going with the glow model that suited our needs the best. After prepping the ground for our spa, Dave and his crew came out to install our new spa, and remove our old one. They were extremely professional, careful, and very personable. They did excellent work with the installation and took great care in making sure there was no damage to anything. They made quick work of their job, but did not rush. I have been buying everything for my hot tub at Atlantic Spas for years because of the personal service that Phoebe provides. Now, I have to rave about Dave. There was an issue about delivering my hot tub cover. To solve the problem, Dave dropped everything, loaded the cover himself into your delivery truck and brought it to me within the hour.. He and I put on the new cover and removed the old one so that I have a light weight, easy to open cover instead of the old one that weighed a ton. I really appreciated how much he cared.

This place is great. We purchased a hot tub from Atlantic last year and a smoker in recent weeks, and have found the service and our purchases to be top notch. The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on their products, and there is no pressure to buy. And when weve popped in for supplies for the tub, everyone is always friendly and happy to answer questions and help.

Cannot say enough about the incredible customer service. Have to put out a mention to Phoebe who spent so much time finding a $19 part for a tub we purchased 25 years ago! Over the course of a week she contacted many suppliers until she finally found the part! Also provided me with the special tool to install the part. All for a $19 sale!Atlantic spas and billiards have set a high bar and are a great example of customer commitment and satisfaction.

Phoebe is AMAZING!!! We were looking to purchase a new spa and happened upon this store on day last fall and have been in contact with Phoebe ever since. Even though we ended up purchasing a used spa; she is still assisting us!!!! The hot tub we purchased is actually one that Phoebe sold a few years ago to a customer! She continues to help us and even emailed the owners manual for this particular spa and had us come in so she could explain how it works!!!!!!!

Do not hesitate to buy anything from here. They stand by there products. I wont go into too many details but I bought an infrared sauna had some problems with it that werent necessarily my fault but not really not my fault either. It was not covered by the warranty. Kane ordered me the proper part at no cost to me just to make sure I was satisfied. Service like this is hard to come by nowadays.

Duane, the head of the service department, is super responsive and reliable. I left an early morning message and he called back within a half hour of the store being open - I love that. Hes very knowledgeable about repairing hot tubs and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. The last time we had a service visit, Andy took GREAT care of us. After fixing the problem efficiently and effectively he gave me repair and operation advice that was super helpful. Both Duane and Andy seem to really care about helping clients and go above and beyond the call of duty.After owning our first hot tub for nearly 5 years, I have one piece of advice for potential buyers: we were wowed by the colorful lights and pictured ourselves having lots of hot tub parties. The reality is that the hot tub is our sanctuary and we tend to enjoy it in solitude. My recommendation is to go for simplicity without all the bells and whistles, which we now never use. I encourage the manufacturer to go for RELIABILITY above all else.

My wife and I are hard core spa owners. We recently moved and were looking for a smaller, high quality tub. We were previous Sundance and Jacuzzi owners. We looked at those and The Hot Springs Jetsetter. We never realized the quality workmanship that has went into the Hot Springs brand. After some previous shopping, we went to Atlantic Spa & Billiard in Raleigh. The sales folks let us browse for a few minutes and then Phoebe came to us and gave us the tour. First off, the facility is gorgeous and very well laid out. Secondly, Phoebe was very knowledgeable and honest with all brands. Her expertise was second to none in the spa business. Not to mention she is a super smart and friendly person. My wife and I ended up purchasing a floor model and the delivery was prompt. Buck and team were extremely professional and made the process look super easy. In closing, we couldnt recommend any other dealer for your purchase or to just look around. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and the staff almost begs to be of help to their customers!!

Purchase thru install was a dream. Ginger made the process seamless. Her assistance in setting up the salt and chemicals was spot on. Everyday is now a spa day😁

Our hot tub sprung a leak during last winters freezing weather. I located the leak on one of the pump unions. I went to several other area spa/pool dealers and no one had any ideas on how to get one other that order it. When I called Atlantic, Duane returned my call and said that they should be able to fix it. I made the 15 minute drive to the showroom and Duane looked at the part and said, Oh no, that is a unique thread fitting. The hot tub is twenty years old, and I couldnt find much information on it so I wasnt surprised. I asked Duane if he could order one, and he said Hold on for a minute, Ill be right back.. He went out to the back of the building and in a few minutes, came back with a reclaimed part and some fittings that would do the trick. When I asked what I owed him, he said, well, that came from our reclaim pile and a few fittings. Take it on the house. He also gave me good advice on how to install the part so there would be no leaks.I was blown away. Here is a man that understands customer service. If you want to work with someone who is honest, customer service oriented and is just generally a kind and good person, I suggest you visit Atlantic Spas and Billiards. This is the kind of place that Americans should be proud of. I will certainly be going back there for any of my pool or spa needs!

I am currently deployed in Iraq and due to return back to Raleigh in 1 1/2 weeks. I have decided to purchase our very first spa for my family and been doing a lot of research online on the Hot Springs Spa. I called Atlantic Spas and Billiards just talk to a sales rep about the different spas they carry. I spoke to Ginger and have to say I am very impressed with how professional and attentive she was with all the questions I had for her. She even sent me an email with the current models they have for sale. And because the customer service was that great, I plan on doing business with Ginger and Atlantic Spas and Billiards the week I arrive back home.

Great Service! Great people! Ive had my old hot tub worked on by them twice over the past 5 years and Andy always does a thorough job. They never try to oversell you. I called for a problem this morning and Duane walked me through a simple fix over the phone. No charge!I wish all the service folks I dealt with were half as good as these guys.

Our family has enjoyed many years of enjoyable service and great products from Atlantic Spas and Billiards in Raleigh. Weve had several beautiful hot tubs and years of excellent and quick service when needed on these hot tubs which allows for continuous enjoyment. The Green Egg offering there also gives us optional accessories for those fun year-round BBQs. She was very knowledgable about the hot tubs, helped us with contacts for electricians, gave us other recommendations and also walked us step-by-step as to how to operate the tub. We are very happy with the services provided by Atlantic Starr and billiards. Totally recommend it. They have great inventory on the store so you can look at all the options before you make a decision on a important investment such as asa hot tub.

Ok, going to make this short and sweet. If you buy a hot tub from anywhere else, youre an idiot.--------Phoebe was fantastic. We had purchased a special order tub (New) and after waiting a couple of weeks, it arrived. We filled it, warmed it, and when we turned it on, the Jet power of this particular tub was well below our expectations. - We called Phoebe and explained that it just wasnt as we expected, and Phoebe researched what options we had, and went WELL above and beyond our hopes, and got us into another tub, installed and swapped the other tub and now we are VERY HAPPY.We had shopped several other places in Raleigh/Durham and every other place we stopped in, you thought you were bothering the sales people. Even went to a place and was greeted with Are you Lost? - No we are looking to purchase a hot tub. - Well we have them, thats one, and theres another one.Needless to say, he didnt get the sale. Phoebe knows her stuff and Atlantic Spas and Billiards stand by their product and customers.In an age when Customer Service is a marketing term, its great to deal with a company and a person that actually knows what Customer Service really is. Very happy. I gotta go soak.

They came and took apart pool table then returned after our wood floors were installed.Now the pool table has been recovered and leveled. Great Work!

We recently purchased a new pool table for our apartment communitys clubhouse. Our staff and our residents are extremely satisfied with the results and the easy process of working with Atlantic Spas and Billiards.

They do an excellent job on the front end with sales. However, the back end when service is required under the warranty they are slow to respond and back up on service calls so you can wait as long as 3 weeks. Then the day of arrival they do not arrive on time. Additionally, the internal communication is poor regarding what you need accomplished with the service.

I recently had an issue with my home jet tub needing all nozzles replaced; ended finding out that my jet tub was discontinued. The part wasnt available online, and I called around inquiring about this pesky part. I got the round around and lack of help since I wasnt buying a new tub (why spent time with someone that isnt replacing a unit); however, Phoebe from Atlantic Spas, took the time to ask questions and helping me to find the part. She went out of her way to send photos of the part so I wouldnt need to drive 20 miles if it wasnt the right part. The staff are very patient, respectful, and extremely helpful. This is the type of business that I like to bring my business to since it isnt always about how much you spend. Thank you Phoebe and Atlantic Spas!

I shopped for a hot tub at 5 places. Atlantic is the BEST of them all! Great product, great service, and just an overall great experience. I am new to hot tubs and they are very helpful when I stop by and put up with my OCD about my hot tub. Ginger was my sales agent and she is very friendly and knows about the hot tubs....even obscure things. I cant recommend this place enough.

I recently decided to purchase my first hot tub. Having decided to do so, I contacted Atlantic. I dropped by and spoke with Ginger. I described how I would use the tub, where I wanted to place it and the time frame in which I was hoping to have it installed. She listened very patiently to my newbie questions and concerns. Providing answers that helped me narrow down my choice. I never felt pressured to buy nor steered to higher priced options. When done, I decided on a FreeFlow Azure model.Delivery date was set and the crew (headed by Buck) arrived within the time frame they had set. The tub was handled carefully and they were mindful of my house and the porch into which the tub would be placed. It was necessary to remove the door to provide as much clearance as possible. This was done carefully and the tub put in place. Buck did a good job explaining the startup process and the chemicals that were included. (One suggestion - I thought I would remember everything and should have taken notes. A reflection on ME, not him!!) After rehanging the door, it would not close the same as it had. However, my voice barely died off before the guys corrected the issue!!! This crew was professional, courteous and polite.The tub filled in about 40 minutes and had no leaks. I did not have to prime the jets, although I hear that is not uncommon. In my case the water used to fill the tub was 54 degrees. The tub warmed up around 2 degrees per hour. I kept the cover on the entire time to (hopefully) keep the heat in.I had a couple of questions after the install and contacted Ginger who responded quite promptly. Couldnt ask for anything better. Based upon my experience I would have no qualms recommending Atlantic and should I ever need anything similar would go there as my first stop.

Duane is incredible. After several years, way beyond the five year warranty, of use my jet pump had corroded gaskets that were leaking water and limiting power. I brought the pump in and a couple of days later picked it up and was not charge anything for the repairs. That is but one of several excellent service experiences with Duane for two hot tubs I purchased from Atlantic.
