Called to ask about a replacement bowl piece for my water pipe. Lady was very nice I showed up a few minutes later and they had a nice piece for a good price.

Terrible customer service put me on hold as I was on the phone with her before the other customer came into the store. I then proceeded to tell her that I bought a battery from their store the day before and it broke Less than 24 hours later and they refuse to even look at it, give me a new one, or a refunded and yes I have my RECEIPT. Also they sell fake disposable ecigs so I would not recommend shopping at this fraudulent “store” also the associate who spend their named teigen if that how you spell it is extremely rude and has terrible customer service I have received better from McDonald’s

Nothing is ever actually kept in stock. Just goto a real vape store and save yourself the time.

Their cigars are moldy. Was told they were fresh. Dont buy anything from people who carry moldy tobacco.

The staff are super friendly here I could talk to them for hours! They also have an amazing selection of tobacco and supplies available I swear every time I come in there there is something new to see which I like a lot. The pricing is good too which is an obvious added bonus! Its literally the only place I go to now for my cigars I refuse to go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service! They refused to return a defective product that was bought 2 days ago. I don’t usually write bad reviews but there are other places worth spending your money. They have no respect for customers, and any business that’s more concerned with collecting money more than making sure customer are satisfied will not last a long time

Friendly staff, quality products.The no returns policy is not great, but seems to be pretty standard at shops that sell glass.I would recommend checking them out if you are in the area, the selection changes regularly.

The best cigar and e cigarette shop I have been to. The e cigarette selection is huge and looks very clean. Their prices vary in reasonable ranges. The employees are very friendly. They are always willing to help you out or order something specially for you if they do not have the product. telling you that from experience. amazing store. must visit !

Nice staff and great, quality products. We live in the building right next to this shop and the customers park their cars, leave the stereos on full volume with the windows open, rev their engines, peel out, etc. So this store does not attract the most appealing crowd, and the store owner seems oblivious to the fact that their customers bring great disturbance to the neighborhood. It would be nice if the store owner would post (at least) a sign asking customers to keep their vehicle noise to a minimum. This would also gain them more customers. Several people in this apartment complex smoke but boycott his store because of the noise level. I just found this out last week. There is no email address on their website, so no other way to pass along this information. Peace.

Does not take coupons from all of the major brands which they sell, e,g, Camel. Stupid policy. That cost them a star. Otherwise, friendly and knowledgeable staff, efficient service.

Been coming to this store for years now since I first started vaping have seen many employees come and go but yesterday(Sunday) I went in to buy a new coil for a new tank i recently purchased and the clerk there was obviously new as he did not know how to work the register neverless I bought a coil but when I got home I realized that the gentleman advised me on the incorrect coil but of course they were closed by then so I stopped by today (Monday) and the other clerk was of course not there but my guy Brock was there today and after my flustered explanation Brock gave me the best customer service possible he simply apologized that happened and offered to buy me the correct coil as once it is open they cannot exchange the other one. Brock is awesome and very knowledgeable he didnt think twice about it when he got the correct coil for me his only reply was no problem customer service is most important to me! I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT APPRECIATES BROCK as much as I do as a customer who has been coming there for years now! And thanks to Brock I will continue to be a customer!

Horrible staff. This tiny little Gothic girl was rushing me. She was so nonchalant and just So horrible didnt offeek me receipt and Im trying to buy a vape hookah from your store and you just kick a customer out.. ok granted yes its closing time for you yeah yeah but when Im trying to Makeep a purchase and you just kick me out !!! Dummy.Im helping your bosses business you can thank him for hiring you because you just lost a customer and I hope this review catches everyones attention!!!. This place literally ripped me off. I bought a charger given incorrect advice from the staff, stepped out the door, realized it was wrong and then walked back in to return it 10 seconds later. Per their policy since I walked out the door I can no longer return it. Im never going back here. Dont give them your business.

I bought a bowl but did not realize there was a small hole in the glassnon the bottom...it was not smokeable. I brought it back to exchange it and I heard the girl on the phone to her manager saying there wasnt a hole before she bought it and she must have dropped it when I actually left it in the bubble wrap the entire time. When she got off the phone she told me I waited too long (2 days) to bring it back and I must have broke it myself. Ive been going here for years but will not come back again. I wasted $20 on a broken bowl.

Bought 2 pens there..one melted in pocket which at least lasted 6 month..so get another one and broke in 5 days..they wouldnt exchange it..bad business..

This store sold me a defective vaporizer Device and refuse to exchange there device and it has only has been three days since I have owned this device and the problem with is it will not hold a charge from the battery and due to the absence of the store manager they said they could not exchange it because they want to check it out first and to wait a few business days so he could check it out I dont know how this store is still open but I will never go back to the store again because it made me waste a lot of money on a device that does not even work which is basically a scam
