Today I took some SS chains and Gold chains and rings to sale at this Store. I was greeted by a very nice and pleasant sales person. Her name was Anny. She helped me do this sale and made it a easy process for My wife and I. I was happy with what they offered and I plan to do more business with them in the future. After visiting a different area pawn shop and leaving angry over the customer service and the prices they were attempting to charge I came to the National pawn in Garner. Within an hour I left with twice what I came looking for and the sales person Wynn ( I think thats how you spell his name ) as well as the manager were night and day more helpful than the other stores I had been to today. NP Garner didnt try to insult me on lowballs on my trade and didnt try to rip me off on the items I bought. Good job guys.

Brought in a 3 month old $1,400 Louis Vuitton bag. The woman at the counter almost immediately told me my bag was fake but said they’d still accept it for a very very low offer… Not sure why they’d accept an item if she believed it was counterfeit. Her reasoning was that it “just looked fake” and didn’t have a serial number. Newer Louis Vuitton bags no longer have serial number, they have imbedded chips for authentication. I repeatedly asked her to have it authenticated in-store but she refused. I took my bag to another national pawn where it was authenticated and I got a fair price. Seemed like a scam
