Perfect addition to our Family Beach Week. It wasn’t like the cherry and sprinkles on top of our beach vacation sundae. Cary Golf Carts was gracious, readily available and very fair priced! The carts were in mint condition. Not worn or dirty! Just fabulous!

If there is 0 star, I will definitely give this company 0 star. Recently I rent a 2016 golf cart on bald head island and accidentally damaged the windshield. This company charged me $4550 to fix this damage. YES! IT CHARGED us $4550 for repair a WINDSHIELD. I will never never do business with this company in the future. If your insurance company do not cover golf cart accident, please do not rent any golf cart at bald head island. Actually there is free transportation between ferry station and each public beach access

Had an excellent experience at Bald Head Island- it was easy to reserve, quick to pick up, great cart, easy return, and kind staff! It made for a great day!!!

My family and I visited bald head island yesterday for a short trip for our first time and booked a golf cart to make it easier to enjoy the sites. We arrived later in the day shortly before 3pm and we were aware of the cart having to be returned by 3:45p per the reservation confirmation email I received. We knew we would be pushed for time to see the island so we set off and shortly into the trip I discovered the golf cart didn’t have a full battery charge. We toured the island and made a few stops and the cart became slower and slower to the great displeasure of many island residents unfortunately stuck behind the slow cart. On the way to return the cart by the designated time the cart struggled to complete the journey even having the battery level light “dancing on E” the last few minutes of our journey. I booked this cart to make it easier for my father who is a surviving stroke patient and mother along with 3 aunts all over the age of 60 and to have them in the position to possibly have to walk back to the drop off location because the golf cart left them stranded is absolutely unacceptable. The fact that I mentioned to the gentlemen checking the cart back over about the battery being dead when it was returned seemed to not even care made this situation even more unpleasant. I guess when it’s close to quitting time and your one of the only golf cart rental companies on the island you can care very little about your customers experience and most of all safety for senior adults.

My family and I visited Bald Head Island this past weekend and rented a golf cart from Cary Cart Company. Their golf carts were perfectly clean, extremely fairly priced and the staff was absolutely fantastic!! My husband and I kept saying what an incredible difference the golf cart made in our trip. It allowed us to get around the island quickly and we had a full weekends worth of fun in just one day! One of my favorite parts, they’re pet friendly, too!!No reservation needed, Craig was wonderfully kind and helpful in helping us book our golf cart right there, on the spot!I had a few follow up questions the day after our visit, Dan was super helpful in directing me to whom we needed to speak with and getting those questions answered efficiently.We will absolutely be back to Bald Head Island and will DEFINITELY be renting from Cary Carts each and every time!HIGHLY recommend - SO worth it!!Thank you Cary Carts for providing amazing services, fantastic customer service and making our trip to Bald Head Island so memorable!

Why do businesses have an email contact page if they are not going to bother to respond to your question. Was looking for assistance in getting my cart inspected to be street legal but they ignored my submission on their contact form. As a business owner I respond to all customers regardless of the situation.**UPDATE***Due to the fact the business replied to my review...one would assume the fair thing would be to call and give them a second chance. The lady who answered the phone seemed bothered by my inquiry and stated they had no parts! I tried to explain I did not need parts and simply wanted an inspection to assist in obtaining a VIN. She seemed further annoyed after I explained I was familiar with the requirements set forth by NHTSA for LSVs as well as state statute. She again put a bitter taste in my mouth for this company. My suggestion is to go else where!

Cary Cart Company has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. My experience with their customer service was awesome. As well as great customer service, I feel as though I’ve made great friends in the process. I wouldn’t put my trust in any other companies to have the same level of service. So thankful for finding them!

I called this location the first time, and had excellent service and industry knowledge from one representative. When i called back the second time with a follow up question because of how good the service was, the second representive answered my question with sir, youre just buying a battery. I cant answer any questions about a competitor, youre an adult you have to make that decision for yourself.

(Note: This is an updated review based on post-sales service / support.)Positive: The initial transaction -- I bought a 2010 Club Car -- was great. Willie customized it to exactly what I wanted. No issues there. In fact, my favorable google review was their first.Negative: Their after-sale service needs some attention. In 2 separate instances (battery issue, tire issue), they have completely failed to assist. In fact, one message I got back from them was Out of town. Not able to help this week. You can expect that answer a lot... They recently bought the cart dealer on Bald Head Island (way bigger market than Triangle... so thats where their time/effort is focused) and it appears that the Cary market will suffer accordingly w/ zero support on many occasions.Since I bought 2 years ago, there is far more competition in the Triangle area. I would give those competitors who are focused on this area a shot.

Friendly and professional staff willing to create a unique cart or select one that they have customized. Also, kudos to Zan and Theresa for CCC’s donation of much needed cart components to get the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle Farm’s golf cart back in working order (the cart is used on a daily basis to haul tools and produce across the farm).

OMG!!!!! Im so happy with the work and job Cary Cart did for me. Got my Panthers Golf cart street legal just in time for the next home game. Hard to believe you can get some much help from a company thats four hours away. Customer service is like gold these days. Hard to find and rare. Willy Pope is the real deal 24k gold. I was in need of a battery cap for my Club Car - I went in to the store and they found one in the back and gave it to me for free!I was kind of in shock for a moment - they insisted I take it.Both employees were polite and professional - totally impressed.I will be back for sure...

Cary Cart Company did a fantastic job building my custom golf cart! I was very impressed by the attention to detail and also the quality of work. I drive my cart frequently and it has held up very well ever since I got it. Anytime I have ever had a question about how to maintain my cart or the best practices for charging the batteries / traveling with it, Cary Cart Company has always provided me with a quick reply and very helpful information.I would highly recommend Cary Cart Company to anyone who wants a custom built golf cart or a golf cart rental for the beach. Having a golf cart at the beach is very convenient and fun!

We were group of 24 and rented 4 six seater carts for 3 hours. We had to exchange one of those an hour before our return time, which made us to come back half way through trip back to rental place considering we were on just one day trip to BHI. We missed light house tour because of this and had to return carts 45 mins prior. When mentioned about situation they exchanged the cart which we had not much of use with the time left out to us. No courtesy was shown even though original cart was faulty/not charged properly, no group discounts offered either.
