The product selection is excellent, the place is clean and very inviting. A very beautiful showroom and excellent customer service. We found a lot of choices for natural stones and quartz. The staff is awesome and checked on us just enough that we didn’t feel bothered or pressured. Definitely will return for future projects.

From the beginning the service with Artelye was wonderful. My wife and I went into the facility on a Saturday which, in our opinion, was the best time to go. It was quiet as the machines are not in use on Saturday. The representative was amazing. Within seconds she knew exactly what we were looking for in our kitchen. After picking the style we were interested in the measuring process in our house was smooth and informative. The gentleman informed me of the care and maintenance needed for our specific type/color of granite and also made other suggestions regarding the installation while he was there.The installers were also wonderful. Quality is outstanding, while the price is the most competitive I could find on the market. After I had selected the granite, the whole job took a week to complete with delivery & placement. When we started our search for countertops we did some research and spoke with several fabricators before settling on Urban Source due to the amazing customer service we received.When it was time to move forward with our purchase, we reached back out and got everything scheduled to pick out slabs at a supplier and then meet with Urban Source to discuss details of fabrication.I reached out to our original point of contact who informed me she was having another sales associate help formulate a quote as she was busy that day and that our appointment would still be on for the following day.I walk in and recognize the original point of contact who I also spoke on the phone with confirming our timed appointment the day before and was completely ignored- no wave, no smile so it was way too much to expect her to get up and inform us that she had passed off the job completely to someone else.We decided to give the new sales rep a try as we thought maybe we walked in on a bad day and we were coming in from out of state and didn’t have many options so last minute. BIG MISTAKE.The new sales rep was friendly and helpful until she was “no longer employed.” We got passed back to the original sales rep who sent us our measurements back after a week of sitting on them in a very rude email ensuring we take blame for any mis-measurements and stating she isn’t sure they can accommodate the agreed upon schedule if there is anything in the measurements I needed to change (this was again after a week had gone by with the measurements in their hands). When I called the day before install to ensure we were still on the schedule I was told the sales rep left early for the day with no communication, leaving others to figure out and communicate with me.Install went fine (these guys were great) and then a couple days later as I’m waiting for the sales rep to call for final payment, I get an email that she decided to charge my card with out my consent for the remainder.I have no clue how this place has any stars. I actually got more countertops done, same as the kitchen for cheaper and AMAZING customer service elsewhere about a month later and wish I would have done that all along. I live in a new build community with others looking to do the same thing and I’ve told every single person NOT to use Urban Source.

I want to thank all the people at Urban Source Countertops that helped us get a gorgeous countertop installed on new kitchen cabinets after we dealt with a terrible house flood. Unfortunately, I first contracted with a big box store that subbed everything out. After 3 weeks, I had nothing but pages of email, confusing and double the quote price estimates, and was told our counter tops were still in Spain and would have to go through customs in Florida, then to Raleigh. What a disaster!So I called Penny at Urban Source. She was so sweet and she had our kitchen measured the next business day. The gentlemen that came out were professional, polite, on time, and using laser-guided equipment measured precisely right. I was so glad I didnt go with the other store, because they were off by 1/4 inch. Within ONE week from first phone call, the countertops were installed perfectly. They also did a fantastic job installing an under-mount sink in a corner and perfectly matched the 4 backsplash.The quote was cheaper than 2 other places we called, and way cheaper than the popular contractor stores--DONT GO THERE! Go to Urban Source, b/c its a place that specializes in countertops, not everything else.We picked a gorgeous (hard to get) pattern called Pietra in a suede (non-glossy) finish. Penny worked so hard to get it in the finish I wanted which was my number one issue.Now our kitchen looks INCREDIBLE! We still get compliments from every person who has seen our house and its fun showing them the before and after pics. Its 2 months after our install, and it still looks like it was installed 15 minutes ago. The whole process was simple from start to finish, estimates were easy to understand and DID NOT GO OVER! We first used Urban Source, as recommended by our Cabinet vendor Triangle Cabinets (awesome) for fabricating our kitchen countertops with stone from Cosmos, since Urban Source did not have the style of stone (soapstone look-alike) we were looking for. They were able to find a way to make all the kitchen countertops out of one slab, saving us A LOT of money, since I believe Cosmos would have required we buy an entire new slab if we needed any more. They did a great job, installed it quickly and on time for a reasonable cost. Penny at Urban Source was very attentive and nice to work with.When we decided to put in new cabinets in our master bath, we went right back to Urban Source and went with Penny to find a stone that worked. She was very knowledgable about each stone, upfront about pricing and kept our concerns and requests in mind with good recommendations. Didnt try to up sell us at all. Oh and we got the sink for free, and love it. They installed it super fast, and even drilled a whole in the kitchen countertops where we needed computer chords to pass through at no extra cost.We will be coming back for any projects in the future.

However, there were 2 lots of the same pattern and were quite different. I stopped by the showroom and Jocelyn brought out the samples to me in the parking lot. We are very pleased with our new granite counter tops. We think they look great, we are very happy with them and with our experience working with Urban Source. Del was wonderful to work with in the selection and sales process; she was very personable and knowledgeable when we met at the showroom, and she was very responsive in our later email correspondence. Around a month after we initially visited to the showroom and identified several options that we liked, we returned for the final selection and to start the contract. The same day we were at the store, she was able to arrange for someone to come out to our house to take the measurements. The installation was scheduled for just one week later; we appreciated the quick turnaround time. We were told that the crew would take from 1:00-3:00 for the installation. The crew arrived promptly at 1:00 and were finished by 2:00, which amazed me. They were very capable and knowledgeable about the process and courteous as they worked. I couldnt imagine the entire process working more smoothly. Our kitchen has been beautifully transformed.

I found this place by chance and decided to wander in and take a look.I was impressed with the wide variety of stone in the warehouse and happy to find granite that did not look like what you saw in every other store. Penny was delightful to work with and most helpful. The granite looks beautiful in my kitchen and my contractor told me I got a good price.

I hired UrbanSource Countertops to make a quartzite countertop in both my kitchen and bathroom. After being so completely satisfied with their great work, I later hired them to make A kitchen table and base with the same stone as my countertop. Everything came out really beautiful. The workers were both honest and hard-Working, And created a beautiful addition to my new kitchen. I highly recommend this company.

Recently bought a granite countertop for my home. I am happy with the quality and work.However, I am very disappointing on the responsiveness and strategy of charging. After templator left they wanted to charge additional amount in one or other way. this counter top is in my basement.they charged $100 more initially - when i asked the reason - they say more walking, later when i asked to show the rules, their contract doesnt specify how many steps are by default, and more per step. then they changed words that i have steps to go down to basement level. granite will be hard to carry through steps, then again i gave easy route to walk around my house where no steps. It was 40-45 single steps from my drive way to garage door. then again they say walking around the house will be grassy, steep and might be muddy. then they decreased to $75 after requesting a lot.I am very unhappy on this part.All the time they say they are following rules.Anyway quality of granite is good and finishing is good.

They make the experience of purchasing granite very easy.They came highly recommended by an employee of a builder and was beyond satisfied. I have used them for countertops and for other small projects ( a kitchen island and now for a kitchen secretarial .).The staff is knowledgeable and very easy to work with.The prices are great and the turnaround time isnt long.I highly recommend this company as I have used others in the past and wasnt pleased .Ty!

We are currently doing a whole house remodel on a home we purchased and we were having some bad experiences with other contractors weve hired. Urban Source was the highlight to it all. After my experience with some of the other contractors, I was losing faith and feeling like we were taking on more than we could handle in this project. Urban Source shined a new light on what seemed to be a dreadful process. We actually had another counter top business come out to do an estimate and after a week of not hearing back from them we went to Urban Source. They were able to get me a quote the same day and a drawing the next. We actually did hear back from the other business and their quote was MUCH higher for the same stone we chose. Im glad it took them as long as it did. Anyone that has done a remodel knows you cant start another project till something else gets done so the process can take forever. You need people that are efficient and timely, these guys are it.We were assisted by Carla. She was new at the time, but did everything she could to keep us updated and was extremely helpful and patient throughout everything. I own my own business as well and hope they know what a gem they have. Thank you Carla, I hope you get to see this. I will ask for you again for future projects. You were very sweet and helpful during a stressful time for me.The countertops were installed about a month ago. They look great and I couldnt be happier. I really wanted to add pictures, but the house is still being remodeled and its a bit messy.

Urban hit it out of the park for us. They installed a 10’ x 4 1/2’ island and two counter quartz countertops. They were easy to do business with and very responsive. They turned the countertops in about a week after our cabinets were installed and did exactly what they said they would do. Their installers were outstanding and extremely detail oriented. The two seams on the long countertop had joints barely noticeable and they even matched the veining in the quartz. Outstanding work! I’d hire them again if we have any additional counters to do. An excellent company to do business with.

All the work was done on schedule, the cabinets and countertops fit perfectly, exactly matching existing cabinetry and granite Customer service was always available, polite and helpful. My husband and I just purchased a home, and prior to closing we were shopping around for a new granite counter tops. We spent 2-3 (at least) driving to different stores and looking at samples. As soon as qe walked in the door to Artelye, one of the ladies walked over to help us. We explained that we couldnt get into our new house until after closing (nearly 3 more weeks at the time), but we brought some drawings and rough measurements. She took the measurements and let us look around. We went through the warehouse until we found exactly what we wanted. She brought us a quote back and said to simply get back in touch after we close. We did. When the gentleman came to measure, he asked questions about sinks and backslashes, and when he found a minor angle in one of our bathrooms, he showed me exactly what he found and how he would have them cut the granite to match he well, and center the sink. A week later, my husband stayed home for the install. He sent me photos while I was at work and said that Hugo and his install partner were 2 of the most professional people hes ever worked with. My husband works in hotel maintenance, overseeing 5 hotels, so he works with many, many comtractors. From start to finish, everyone we worked with here was beyond helpful. We will be recommending Artelye to everyone who wants to upgrade their kitchen.

It was a nightmare to work with Artelye in Raleigh. I purchased a new home from Pulte, and Artelye was the contractor to install the granite for my kitchen. Within a few months, the granite got discolored and become much darker in the areas exposed to normal use. Pulte customer service manager called Artelye to investigate and fix the issue. They came a couple of times, trying to seal the granite using a liquid. They tried to make the original color to become darker, but it ended up I can still see the discoloration. I asked them to replace the granite, and they said they were not responsible for it, and their service attitude became very bad. I would seriously never do business with them.
