Very knowledgeable about microphone selections for my radio show and the had a great sale!

Its a good place for finding music and testing them out, really hard worked stores and great design for any instrument. Although it was hard to play some music because there were lots of others testing them out whilst putting the master volume at the maximum, mostly the piano area of which we were looking for. Great store though, really choose this one if youre ever looking to make a best and get/test some instruments of any kind.

The Guitar Center staff answered questions I had for them, before I placed an order for a guitar. The guitar was shipped to the Raleigh store in just a few days. I was very surprised in the quality of the Guitar, as well as the excellent staff that helped not only before ordering, but even after it was received. The Guitar was a surprise for my husbands Birthday, and the Guitar Center made his day even more special by assisting with the surprise of this Guitar. Thanks to all that helped! I will definitely suggest this store to others! Great job staff! Keep up the great customer service!

Did curbside online pickup order. Waited about a half hour after checking in before someone came to me. I’d like to note that the app said someone was on their way for that whole half hour. Then they came and it was the wrong name and had to go back. Wish I would’ve just gone in but the product itself was good.

My wife and I were in the area this past weekend and we own an entertainment business, so we just had to stop in. We own the Bose L1. Michael was the sales person that assisted us, taking as much time as we needed to make a large purchase decision. We walked out with the Bose L1Pro8. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Highly recommend if you need anything, stop in and see Michael.

Whats the point of having curbside pickup if no one ever comes. I ordered a guitar and an amp. Both arrived to the store separately. Both times no one ever brought out my product. Both times I wanted then had to go in the store to wait in line. Never again will I purchase anything at guitar center. I will over pay before they get any more money from us.

The. Store is not handicapped easy with the steps going down to the guitar floor

Great store. Kind of old school with the layout which I like. Staff was cool and helpful. Some people love to hate on this place but they keep coming back. Its not perfect but its still nice to be able to come and checkout guitars before you buy it.

GC has a modest selection of equipment, their staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer questions I had about my particular situation which was great.

I really enjoyed my first experience here, the entry way was tricky to find so if you have not gone here before it is located on the very far left side of the building. A worker named Jared helped me find my first ukulele, he was so nice and friendly and had a great sense of humor. He guided me through the ukulele and what can be used for it. As a beginner player I never felt in over my head and will be coming here again.

I went in Guitar Center and explained to Chuck what I was looking for. He found exactly what I was looking and he even demonstrated the Zoom effects pedal. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!

We purchased everything needed for our sound for PLUS Dueling Piano Bar in Raleigh away Guitar Center. They were kind and very helpful. Great experience!

I went shopping for a Ukulele at the Guitar Store on Sunday and had a very positive experience. They let me spend as much time as I needed trying out different instruments. Their prices were similar to what I found for high quality instruments online. When I asked for a tuner recommendation, they pointed me to one that was exactly what I needed. That being said, some employees did not seem happy, but that could just be the stress of a customer service job. They still did their job well.

This is a large music store with plenty of items to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Excellent store if youre in need of anything related to guitars!

The gentleman running the service and repair desk was straightforward, polite snd easy to work with. I needed some work done on several guitars and he was able to guess what the issues were and briefly explain them to me. They charge a lot for servicing the guitars, but “you get what you pay for.” Their guitar selection is huge, as you might imagine. They have acoustic snd electric, naturally. Regular guitars and bass guitars. Small to gigantic amps, ukuleles, recording equipment, dj equipment, etc. oh and they have a variety of bands in vinyl! Prices for almost every guitar are high, but that’s the guitar company, not Guitar Center. Excluding beginners guitars, of course. Overall an incredible store. One could easily spend hours in there simply looking around, not to mention trying out all the different instruments. Staff is helpful and the manager that I met was very friendly, even threw in a free set of guitar strings since I was having trouble getting my guitar set up (and messed up the strings). 9/10. Not 10/10 only due to things being so expensive. I would recommend anyone even remotely interested in music go and check it out.

This Guitar Center is always super helpful without having condescending employees harass your every move. The two times weve had am issue (both a missing case for a new purchase) they were quick to offer every solution they had available.

Went in shortly before closing a week or two ago, guy at the front desk helped me find what I needed quickly and was nice about it.Got in and got out quick with what I need, that’s a 5 star from me.

Customer service here is great. I was completely satisfied with how quickly someone greeted me and asked if I needed help. One of the sales techs that typically works with drums helped me with guitars, wasnt his area of expertise but he was willing to point me in the right direction and helped me find what I was looking for. Ive really never had a bad experience at this guitar center.

Well I started a band and this was our go to place for buying gear. We ended up settling on a p.a. system and a couple extra guitars. We were very happy with our experience there! Went in to find a Gibson Les Paul and they had both 50s and 60s Standard on hand. They had no issue with me testing both out to see which neck I like most. The sales rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (sorry I cant remember is name, but an older gent). I have never played actual Gibsons and he was very helpful. Also the luthier there was awesome and will be sending him more work. Never been a fan of the big guitar stores, but GS Raleigh has changed that.

It took a long time to get someone to check out my item. There was only one person working in the guitar/bass department. They had a very limited supply of guitar strings. A employee commented that they were having trouble getting them. I have had good experiences there in the past. It could have been just an off day for them. The store near RTP seems to be better managed than the Raleigh location however I think Raleigh has more gear to offer. I will shop there again.

I tried to shove my jumbo guitar that I just bought into a case that did not fit I tried to force it which I thought was very wrong they could have damaged my guitar

Guys were great and knowledgeable, was gunna buy a certain guitar buy guy showed me how that guitar was breaking with little playing on it, so I was showed another one, it was $100 more than what I wanted for my daughter but was worth it. Thanks to the knowledgeable employees there.

I honestly try to stay away from the big guys since I want to always support local. But the staff was super helpful and accommodating for me even as an indecisive buyer! I ended up getting a schecter explorer they had and the salesperson couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful as I was hesitant on spending 1k as most people would.The day I took the guitar home I actually ended up breaking a string(that’s how life goes though) I called and asked if I could get a set of strings since it was literally only a day and they said they have singles they could pop one on for me... cmon man I just dropped 1k and I am not about to put one new string on with a set of old strings. They still helped me out with a full set and that wasn’t the reason for 4vs5 star.The day we came in to get the set of strings there was someone different on the sales floor and you can tell it’s been a long day and he was probably over worked. However that is never the customers fault and even when buying some more accessories he still just made me feel like I should have come in on a different day

Ive visited this store multiple times since moving to Raleigh. The floor-sales-reps are extremely knowledgeable - theyre not pushy - and they make the buying experience easy.But more than that - the guitar repairmen are the best outside of Boston & New York. Deep - with a quick grasp of the essentials for both electric & acoustic - and even classical guitars. I could not have been more impressed.

I love how they treat their costumers, they really nice and ask you if you know what you looking for, or if not they can help you. I loved it, it was nice been there.

Bought a rouge guitar from this place. It arrived on time in the store and had no trouble while picking it up. They even called me after a few weeks to check up on how the guitar was and if I am having any trouble. Seems like a good place to buy keyboards too. In all a good experience

Found a great deal on guitar amp, $500 a few years ago and walked out with it for $89. Still sounds great!

They had cords and straps and picks and powers supplies and everything I needed to get re-ramped up.

Theyve really taken the covid pandemic seriously. They completely cleaned and sanitized the whole store and are only allowing a person in at a time. A great location indeed and a great model on how a business should be ran.
