Parker was superbly helpful! He was informative without being pushy, and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. He took notes about our project, followed up directly with the manufacturer, and was able to answer all of our questions. This selection here is absolutely amazing, with everything from the standard knobs, pulls, and handles that youve seen, to extremely unique ones that will make you want to remodel your house! The sinks, faucets, and bathroom amenities are really cool to check out. Its neat to see the latest in these types of technologies. We got everything we needed for our current project, but Im already excited for the next one to be able to use them again! Yourself a favor and check them out!

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation and were in search of specialized hardware for our new column paneled refrigerators. We searched the internet for the size we needed and found a company that had an authorized dealer nearby. That brought us to R.Jacobs. They prefer appointments and were able to accommodate us within a few days of us calling for an appointment. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived on the day of our appointment and were greeted by the salesperson who was going to meet with us, who, to our surprise turned out to be the owner, R(ick). Jacobs himself.It was a wonderful experience, time well spent. We felt heard in our design needs and were given plenty of time to shop without any pressure at all.
