If you want chunks of ice in your ice cream go here. Can’t enjoy a creamy scoop of ice cream because I’m too busy pulling out the chunks. Unsanitary outside as well. I was very disappointed. I chose this black berry flavor would been great expect for the chunks of literal ice in it.

They have great ice cream but service not the best, not friendly, I even as him how he was doing and didn’t even answer that’s rude but they do have great prices and good ice cream.

I’m not sure Where all these other reviewers are going, but it can’t be this place because this place is amazing! I’ve been going here for over a year and a half as often as I can! And truth be told, I’ve only tried their paletas and their strawberries and whip cream shake but it seems like they will never run out of new flavors to try and every one of them is quality!!! Even if they’re not my favorite flavor. So far I have tried and loved chocolate, Dried fruit, strawberry and cream, strawberries and milk, strawberries and water, coffee, and loved all of them! I also tried cookies and cream which fell kinda flat compared to the other flavors and the image of the paleta itself but still a good paleta. I feel like I’ve found one of those hidden gems of sweets!!

I got the dragonfruit popsicle here and it was so good!! I highly recommend this place, and I will be back. I love how they have dairy free options, and they have so many flavors to choose from.Other reviews mention a woman working being not very friendly, when I went in tonight the woman working was really nice! She helped me pick what to order.

The strawberry water was rotten 🤢. Their paletas were very nasty too as if they were months old. Customer service was awful. Would not recommend. Place needs to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I come someone always has an attitude. If I’m spending money and being nice to you... there’s no reason to be so rude.. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Terrible service, older ladies always have a bad attitude like they hate that we buy from there and they say the close at 9 pm, came at 8 pm and it was closed!

Took my Family here & they all (including myself) loved this place. The timing was perfect as we had just got done eating dinner at the restaurant in that same plaza and we decided to swing by for dessert after. Staff was polite, quick, and definitely customer service oriented. A lot of options to choose from and Ice cream made in-house. Family loved it and we are going back!!

My family and I absolutely loved it!.... The ice cream was the best I have ever had...rich and natural ingredients. Not sure if the staff has changed but the lady that served us was very nice and probably would have had me sample everything if I let her lol. We will definitely be going back. I spent $10 on a family of three...vs $20+ if we had gone to cold stone.

Ive never seen such variety. I keep getting the mangonadas because is so refreshing, specially on hot days.

I went to eat at this location and the server was extremely rude. She kicked my family and I out because I asked her if she was okay or if she was in a bad mood, jokingly, after she continued to be rude with my family. And she told me that she didn’t care and that the door was right there to leave. The food was great but I will never return here because of her and her horrible service.

Expensive, disgusting and stupid. Had to throw it away. Banana ice cream tasted and smelled like liquor and blueberry ice cream had crushed left over candy. It tasted like smarties. Not to mention the only person working there was rude and uninterested. When we said hello, she said what do you want with an angry demeanor. Even a McDonalds ice cream would be better than this. 3/23/20 I went to the paleteria, and I saw a cockroach in the LIMON snow to be more specific, I did not comment on them because it gave me more pain; I hope they can keep the place cleaner and check the refrigerators and give them more maintenance. !!!

Magnificent attention

Terrible customer service. Worst. I entered with my family and there was nobody to attend to us, we said hello. Here is someone and not nothing. We wait like two minutes. If someone happened to leave, when the very despot lady comes out, she tells us if you tell me what she wants. Face with few friends. I ordered my palette and put it in a bag and told him they are to eat here. Said ashh. It was when I said thank you but I do not want them and when I go out he tells us babay. She is the owner according to her. I do not recommend that paleteria at all for customer service.
