Food was not great. I will not be coming back any time soon. Food was not fresh tasting. I ordered a bowl with a base of hummus and then they put chick peas in some sort of watery sauce on top. It turned my hummus into a watery mess and tasteless. So sad. I will stick with Sassool from now on-their food is always fresh.
My family has voted this the best mediterranean restaurant in the US. Well, that we have visited. And for full disclosure there was one we liked better in London. The food here is very good, its great to be able to pick what you want (theres a reason subway is so popular, and its not just the food they have). Highly recommended if you even think you like mediterranean food.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and I am so happy I did. The customer service was good overall and the food was absolutely delicious.
Food was good, but the costumer service was horrible, the lady at the register was very rude when we asked for our flatbread, we were aware that the flatbread is gonna take 8 minutes to be ready so after 15 minutes we went to the counter and we asked and a very nice way is the flatbread was ready, then she answered me very bothered saying “I told you is gonna take 10 minutes to be ready “ a mean I work in the food and beverage industry and I felt her attitude was totally unacceptable. Is a shame that something like this ruin the whole experience.! :(( this happens to me on 10/18/21 at 2:45 pm.
Taste is good. Quantity is very less when compared to other Mediterranean places

Everyone is nice and ensures your order is taken and completed quickly.Plenty of parking and outdoor seating make this a great place for a quick bite or a social gathering.Highly recommended if you have the chance.Will be back for sure!
Very good. I tried five different things over a weeks stay and everything was good. Service was quick and staff was friendly.
We’ve been to this place several times and I love the choices. Food tastes good, savory, and has a flavor of culture. I don’t need to worry brining anyone I want to meet in this place. Servers are also kind and welcoming.

I love this place. The baklava is fantastic and you can choose the flavor you want. The menu is full of delicious choices. This is my go to place when Im in Cary.
They have great gyro meat and the baklava is usually great also. Some of the sides and pita bread are hit or miss.

Excellent place to eat mediterranean food, wow, delicious and very fresh !! We ate twice here in one day (lunch and dinner) because thats how good the place is and its also very clean. The chefs use gloves to prepare the food, thats a huge plus!! The only thing that I do have to say is that they dont give you a lot of food for the price. I have gone to many mediterranean restaurant and they do give you the amount of food for what you are paying (pitas are bigger etc). So thats why the 4 stars.

Chicken Shawarma Panini was delicious and not messy. I definitely didnt like the side of grilled vegetables- they were sad looking, wilted/sloppy and bland. I can skip that and get Falafel instead. Falafel was prettyCrisp on the outside and soft,fresh and delicious on the inside!
Fresh mediterranean food good selection. Love the idea of the bowls - you mix and match ingredients. Quick service reasonable prices. Place was a little cold. Had to wear my jacket the whole time. Very clean.
Its located conveniently near 3 major hotel chains (Best Western, Fairfield Inn, Springhill Suites). Lots of parking spaces. Food quality is great (sure you can find better mediteranean food around, but not at these very affordable prices). The kebabs are usually freshly grilled to order. The salads are not far behind in quality. Very nice and respectful staff (please tip them well)

Great place! I believe its under new management now called Jasmin & Olivz. I did a pickup order through their website, curbside available also. This is a great low carb diet option. I got the 3 side platter with Greek Salad, Greek slaw, and roasted veggies with chicken as my protein. Everything is was warm and ready to go when I arrived. I will definitely be coming back for some more fresh and delicious food its both a great lunch and dinner option.

I am vegetarian, there were a lot of options and they all tasted amazing. Hummus and spicy falafel panini were to die for.
Food is great and fresh. Walnut baklava is delicious. Indoor and limited outdoor seating is available.
They should add signage to help direct customers. They only have a sign for Grubhub order pickups. No one knows if they should order at the prep station or if they should walk down to the register to place an order. It doesn’t help to also be ignored by three employees making the situation more awkward. Prior to COVID, yes you would place an order at the beginning of the prep area but they now have it roped off to add distance. This setup only works if employees actually acknowledge/speak to customers. If employees don’t want to speak, at least add signage 🙄. I’ve loved Jasmines since their first location in Raleigh but I don’t think I’ll be returning. It use to be a great welcoming environment, that experience has been lost. Also, it shows when employees are frantic and unorganized. One person should really be dedicated to a register to help with customers and 2-3 people for prepping food and handing out food.
DO NOT COME HERE! This place is so bad in terms of customer service and prices. Go to Sassool or Cava.

While picking up a take-out order, it felt a little light, so I asked if everything was there. The girl looked at me like that was a crazy question, and said yes it was all there. I get to the car and check, and lo and behold, an entire order (1 of 2) was missing. The manager was apologetic, but I still had to wait for it to be made, which made me late. The food that was made on time got cold by the time I arrived where I was going. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

We tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and we absolutely loved it! Its one of the best ones weve tried so far in the area. The prices were great for the huge portions that you get. Lots of flavor and color, and everything was fresh, hot, and ready before they said it would be. We will definitely be going back again... and again... and again...! Definitely recommend!

Me and my family have been coming to this location for over 4 years and the food is fantastic.The only bad review I will say is the older lady who’s always there when we go is unpleasant and not friendly at all. Zero customer service.Also, they have gotten cheaper and the size of fries and sauces have gotten smaller..
This place is terribleUsed to come here a lot but the food and service have gone way down hill. Shawarma is dry, grape leaves have something sweet in them, Greek salad had a half of container of salt, tahini salad tasted like it was days oldI would not recommend this place at allSuch a disappointment

I visited this restaurant last night 1/15/21 at Ledsome Lane. I walked in to place an order and there was a white lady making the food. She looked at me with an unpleasant disposition and nonchalant attitude. I stood there for a minute or two and she never acknowledged me. She showed herself to be unfriendly and rude. I decided to leave. I won’t tolerate bad customer service. She needs to learn how to demonstrate good customer service skills, otherwise she doesn’t need to work there. I will not return to this location.

This place has no organization. I ordered before multiple people and I had to ask for my food before they realize they’d given my order to someone else. But since I paid I had to wait for them to make the food again. They didn’t even offer anything on the house for making me wait. Super inconvenient. Not worth the wait or the money. Take your business elsewhere
Sooooo let me start with the best thing. YOU CAN BUILD UOUR OWN PLATTER! Okay, thats great, but dont other Mediterranean restaurants allow you to do this? Some, yes, but allowing me to build it with the Gyro meat, falafel, tabouleh, and stuff grape leaves at nonextra cost? Havent found it.The food was fantastic, atmosphere calm and chic, and that LEBANESE TEA THOUGH...so good! If youcre looking for the place to finally build your ideal Mediterranean platter, its here!

What is their sanitation grade?! I just watched one lady cut up gyro meat and then another lady, who had on gloves but was still touching everything, came and scooped up the meat with her same dirty gloves and put it on the bowl. No words to be said.... I just left. GROSS!!!!!

Five stars for the food - lived up to their reputation. Zero stars for service. This may have been a one time experience - but... We ordered online - menu ordering is a good experience. Pick up of orders was not a clear process. Had to identify the online pick up line. Was mixed in with folks unpaid and paid orders. Had to wait in line for 15+ min - while my completed orders were sitting complete and getting cold. Priority was clearly being given to folks walking in to order. Process should not result in cold food ever. And they left off the baklava. We tipped well ahead expecting a good experience - but should revert that tip at the very least.

The food here is excellent. This is one of our go-tos. Unfortunately, the service is very slow, especially for online orders. We have never had an order here completed on time. Just budget plenty of time and you will get great food!

Ordered online and was told my order would be ready 10 minutes after placing it. I waited 20 just in case before heading into the store. I come to find they haven’t even started my order, so I have to wait while they prepare it. No big deal but I order online curbside pickup to minimize being around folks during a pandemic. On top of this, I ordered extra meat on a gyro for a premium price, only to not receive the extra meat I paid for.Tried to reach out to management directly to resolve this only to have my email ignored. Wouldn’t waste my time with this restaurant chain.
We came by for the first time for early lunch while visiting family in Cary. I was so impressed on how friendly the staff was. The cashier was amazing loved her spirit! She answered all questions we had about the area and was so helpful and friendly! I wished I would have gotten her name! The food was delicious! We will definitely be back! The Mediterranean platter was what I ordered and it was delicious!

Chicken Zaki, side falafel never disappoints. I love Jasmin. Been going for over 10 years now! Since college, wow. Friendly staff, clean, DELICIOUS. And consistent. Great for a quick, tasty meal.
The spicy hummus is addicting, I recommend the zakkis + hummus.

Jasmin is one of my all time favorite places to eat. I’ve been to a few other Mediterranean spots around Cary, but none compares to Jasmin. I get the same thing every time (Jasmin platter with 2 sides) and every time it’s delicious. I’ve tried multiple things on their menu, and it all tastes good. You can’t go wrong with this place! Now if only they’d come to Fuquay...

Great food. Only criticism is that I phone ordered my food 10 minutes in advance. They didnt start cooking it until after I got there and paid. So I had to wait. Thats not good if your in a rush. Dont take phone orders if the food is not going to be ready, its misleading.

Great Mediterranean restaurant. Quick and busy atmosphere. Everybody needs this cuisine in their area, and this really hit the spot. The only complaint I would have is that i dont like their chocolate baklava.
A very clean restaurant with a cozy feel. The menu at Jazmins is easy to understand even if youre not familiar with Mediterranean food, and everything Ive had there is of good quality. Also, the staff tend to be helpful and knowlegeable.Also also, get some of that awesome garlic sauce on the side if you want garlic!
I had never heard of this place before. The food was great. The service was great. I really enjoyed the experience.Dont forget the baklava...I got pistachio and it was flaky, light, and delicious!
