Beware.We contacted this company for an EV charger install. The job was paid for through my company. I will say that everyone with the company was very nice, but the end result is an absolute aesthetic disaster (see picture). I was assured by the person giving the estimate that the project would be visually acceptable. I would argue that running a line across your front door (and the entire front of the house) is an absolute non-starter and should not have been suggested in the first place. Would you want this (see picture) across your front door? Multiple neighbors have commented on it and the work has become a bit of a joke in our neighborhood.On the day of the install, when it became apparent what the end product would look like, my Wife and I asked if they could bury the line. The installers replied that they do this type of work all the time and that it would not be a problem but that it would cost an additional 2-3K. Furthermore, they said that they couldnt change the plan once it had been submitted to the city as the inspector would approve the plan as written. The inspector came, and it was approved.The end result was that the installers assured me that they would call me back to arrange burying the line. We are now ~ 6 weeks post install and I have not heard anything from the company. If 2-3K additional funds will be required for a reasonable aesthetic result, the company should be upfront about that. We would not have agreed to the work if we knew that the end result would be such an eyesore.Again, everyone with the company was very nice but the end result is really problematic. I would appreciate an effort from the company to make this right. I am happy to amend the review if an acceptable solution can be reached.

Easy to schedule appointment. Electrician arrived on time and was easy to talk to about our situation. Completed the work around our kids needing internet for school (couldn’t cut the power). Will use again.

I would give Wiretech 6 stars if possible. They were prompt, professional and did great work. Ariel and Joe were terrific to deal with. When I ran into a problem that was not of their making, they went well above and beyond to make me happy. They are not the cheapest but for my money, they are the best!

Joe went above and beyond to fix our outdoor lights, that they didnt even originally install. Would definitely recommend Wiretech Company.

Very poor customer service.

Excellent experience installing the EV charger. We had a pretty complicated set up with long runs through the house. They performed the work with as little damage as possible (less than I expected frankly), kept the worksite clean and were professional, prompt and delivered exactly what they promised. Couldnt be happier with the work.

The 2 guys that came from Wiretech to replace our attic fan were outstanding!! They came in 24 hours after my initial call. They completed the job in 4 hours, including going to get parts, and the flat fee for labor was 39.00. And they also replaced the garbage disposal switch in the kitchen, and the added cost was just the price of the part. Unbelievable work and service!!! I would not use anyone else but Wiretech!!

Sold me a surge protector that the warranty directly stated didnt cover the device they said it would; didnt call when they came to remove it and tripped the main panel causing me to lose unsaved work on my computer (was working at home). Best part, tech acts like I shouldnt be upset because he could have been killed.

On 07/06/2016 around 11:00am-11:30am one of your employees in a black truck license plate CLM-1077 was being a reckless driver cutting people off, speeding and tailgating without regard to others safety... clearly the worst thing you can do when you have your business name, website and number on the back windshield of a company vehicle he is lucky he didnt cause an accident that morning hope you deal with the employee and tell him to keep his eyes on the road not his phone he should learn not to be rude or endanger other drivers on or off the clock i wont be your customer in the future with drivers like that on the road

Wiretech has done work on my home several times including installation of indoor and outdoor lighting, recessed lighting, dimmer switches, and CO/smoke detectors and they have provided excellent service each time. I would highly recommend!

Set an appt. and they were on time, explained pricing well, and efficient. Charles and Larry were the techs that came out. They went right to work and got the job done. Charles was also clear on what the problem was as well as the different prices for the different repair options. Would recommend to anyone.

I would give you zero stars if I could. What kind of people do you have working for you? I’m never going to call you to do any work for me, that’s for damn sure.
