This dealer had failed on every level. due to the shortage of vehicles Ramsey Acura was definitely price gouging. I have leased over 19 Acura/Honda over the last 27 years. I had used Ramsey in the past and not a problem. During my visit the salesperson didnt ask and questions that were important to a sale. He took my info went to person who gives the numbers. They must have said lets try to get the most money out of him.The national advertised sale for the exact same car was $360 per month & $460 without any money down. I was give a quote of $650 per month no money down.never mind the equity in my return which has very little mileage. all around Royal Screwing. after objecting to this price I would normally get hold let me talk with the manager. No I got Have a Nice Day.Some companies operate with integrity always. Ramsey is not that type of company, they should be loyal to their customers instead they are taking advantage and maybe doing it illegally.
This dealership has great customer service. We called to check on inventory, spoke to Nick. He shared up to date details and set up time for us to see the car. During the buying process, he was very communicative, coached us through every step, and made it super easy. Highly recommend. Matt is awesome too 👏🏻
Went to Aura today for the first time and walked out with a 2021 RDX A spec package. Great experience. Ted was our sales rep and could not be nicer, not pushy and kept myself and 16 year old daughter entertained. Very friendly as was all the staff.

I am not sure how they are rated so high. I recently leased a vehicle in Feb 2021. The salesman name Arty at first seemed like an honest and trust worthy person but when we agreed on the out of the pocket cost and payments.During time of signing documents he started adding more fees.At the end I end up payment more than $1000 than what we agreed.They also added some other charges in the payment without my consents.So be careful if you want to buy or lease a car please make sure get everything is in writing. They are very crooked and will end up charging you more.I have never dealt with such crooked dealer in past 20 years of my car buying experience.To Arty cheating people will not get you anywhere in life. Karma will get you in directly if you keep on cheating people.I hope and pray that hopefully you will become an honest person and not cheat people that trust you.
Be aware! They dont allow test drives on their cars. Their customer service is very bad aggressive people they dont even look at you or trying to help you they just wear nice suits and pants but other than that theyre bunch of liars they told me that I can come in for test drive then when I arrive they denied it!

This is the best service dept ever. Tom and team do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Theyre very honest and dont push services that you dont need. With a lot of dealer franchises being bought out by large corporate dealer networks, Ramsey Acura is still mostly independent and it shows. It feels more like a neighborhood shop than some large corporate store. Thanks guys.
They wouldnt let us buy a car. We had financing, shipping, but they say I have to be in person to sign docs? Is it not 2021, people are signing docs on home purchases and I cant do it with car? This is how I have been buying cars for over a decade and never ran into a dealer who wont sell to out of state buyer. Friendly and responsive though

I was able to make an appointment online yesterday and took my car in for service today. Took about an hour to complete the scheduled service, oil change, and a car wash. Excellent customer service + wifi so I could catch up on some personal stuff. Excellent experience.

Do not try to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership…. Very shady, unethical business practices!!!! I came in to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. Found her dream vehicle, took it for a test drive, made an offer on it, they accepted the offer, gave them a down payment of $1000, as per their request, received a fully executed purchase agreement signed off by David Schnappe ( Finance Mgr). My daughter wanted to finance it on her own in which they tried to get for her. After a few days I said forget it I will just pay cash for the vehicle. I asked if I could come pick on Friday they pushed me off until Monday. When I called on Monday they said let’s try for Tuesday. On Tuesday I received a call from the sales person, whom stated, opps they sold the vehicle to somebody else. How can they sell the vehicle to somebody else when I had a purchase agreement, money down on it… I immediately called the general manager, John Pearce and left several voicemail and written messages for him, three days in a row… Not even a courtesy call back. They still have my $1000 downpayment… Also they tried to sell me a car with 15,000 more miles on it in horrible condition, different color.. Saying it would be an even trade. Not even close. Stay as far away from this place as you can. There are other reputable Acura dealers that are so much more professional and ethical and do the right things for their customers. I will be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as also writing a letter to the corporate office of Accra/Honda to express my opinion and our Attorney may be getting involved to seek legal recourse… I do not understand how in this day and age something like this could have happened… Nobody had an excuse for it they just said the vehicle was sold….Stay away!!!

Just bought an RDX at Acura of Ramsey. My father has been getting his Acura(s) serviced at this location for years and has had an excellent experience with the service team (our familys 2008 RL is still running like new!). He suggested I check out this location for a certified pre-owned vehicle. My salesman Nick Mazzilli was incredibly helpful. He approached me right away when I was browsing the lot and provided a knowledgeable breakdown of all the details of the car I was eyeing. Within 24 hours I was able to purchase the car. I had an awesome experience with Chace Bethea who helped me get the financing underway. Excellent experience all around, especially for buying my very first car. A big thanks to the great team here!

Disclaimer: The one star here is for the dealership not the sales representative or business manager I worked with.BE AWARE; this dealership seems to have a policy to charge fees after your negotiation on the sales price of the vehicle (whether that is sticker price or below). $1200!! More below..They charge $300 for ‘vehicle etching’ without asking or disclosing it to you until the very end (they say they do it to deter theft albeit it does little for you and is mostly to deter theft while the cars sits in their lot, they’re just making you pay for it).PLUS they charge an additional vehicle prep fee of $900, again without disclosing it until the very end of the sale after negotiating the price of the vehicle. Note when I spot checked the vehicle it was not even properly detailed (had white crusty half inch drops on the dash, floor mats with a couple globs of mudd, and the gas tank wasn’t even a 1/4 filled). They were charging us for something they didn’t even do so at that point I decided to say something. Asking, how do I know they did anything else for this “vehicle prep fee”.The response of the general manager at the store was unacceptable. We tried to discuss these point with him and he held to his position of pricing cars this way because ‘who would come see a car priced higher online’. He would not negotiate a dime lower. I’m sorry but what’s the point to have the prices listed online? They should be negotiable down from that point not increased. This is a terrible way to do business with customers. I’m sorry but here’s your honest review as a result.It’s very underhanded to see a $29,500 price tag online, discussing over the phone that would be the price and then after seeing the car and wanting to buy it being told there’s going to be an additional $1200 tacked on to the price of the car pre-tax!How are we as customers to budget our time and money and decide what dealership to view a car at when the noted prices are an outright lie.—All that being said, the sales person we worked with Ashwan did an excellent job of navigating this unfortunate policy his dealership management is forcing him to sell by, if it weren’t for him we likely would have walked out. He made sure the car was cleaned and filled with gas while we did the financing bit. The business manager who did the financing for us took his time to get us the best rate which was much appreciated. Sadly, had it not been for this dealership’s underhanded business policy and practice that they stood by when called out on it I would have given the experience of buying a vehicle at this location 5 stars.
BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought my 2009 TSX exclusively online. The dealer at the time was very honest and adamant about a test drive first. I spoke to him for a few days over the phone before I finalized. Between my situation at the time, the steal that was the car .(09 TSX, 97,580MI-$8,000) I went ahead and bought the car without a test drive. Now I wouldnt recommend this all the time, with everyone. However with Ramsey Acura this was an exception you can make. Its been almost 3 years and outside of oil changes, brakes and other small maintenance thats really just you putting wear and tear on the car I have absolutely no complaints.

I have leased many vehicles in my lifetime however, I have never enjoyed the experience as much as I did at Acura of Ramsey. I never once felt pressured, everybody seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. I even heard other customers laughing along with their sales person. I was going to complete the deal right there on the spot but I thought I should shop around. That proved to be a total waste of my time. Acura of Ramsey set my expectations for a good experience so high that the 2 other Acura other dealers in the area could not come close. I feel great about my car and my experience at Acura of Ramsey. Kudos to them.

After a hiccup in our first experience here John the general manager took care of my wife and I. He got us into the lease deal quickly and at the payment we were looking for. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and made the deal effortless. Our salesperson Erica was fantastic. She got all our info upfront and had our new car waiting for us when we arrived to finalize the deal. The finance department wasnt pushy with upsells and contracts. I would definitely recommend buying or leasing from Ramsey Acura! Thanks for everything!
The whole staff at Acura of Ramsey is great! My family has bought 3 cars from them over the years and they are always super helpful. Also, they recently were very helpful in providing documentation proving that sales tax was paid on my vehicle in order to help register my car in a new state. Highly recommend!
It’s not easy purchasing a car. i purchased my first truck 6yrs ago with a different sales person and finance team who were really nice . i returned this past friday to purchase a car for my dad and was helped by zach, dave, and chase. i felt at ease so i trusted them for my own car which i bought the following day. Hope to be helped by them again in the future to come.

Well here I go! Exactly today a week ago I bought a 2020 MDX car. Yesterday 22/01/21 the car stopped working the steering wheel did not move anymore in the middle of a very busy road, We are alive by chance a truck almost hit us they were with me 2 of my children (5yr and 11yr) and my mom! When I called Acura Ramsey for service, the man was very rude. He told me that I had to call the service road and I did it after 2 hours of waiting they call me that they cannot look for the car because they do not have the tool. to call the other day they told me. I just called today for them to come and pick up the car, they tell me that in 60 minutes they came the surprise is that they call me again that they cant pick up the car until Monday! incredible the worst service I have ever seen in my life! what we went through yesterday was a very bad experience

They do not deserve one star.I leased a car from Acura Ramsey. I asked for a safe car and they gave me a low profile car. Had 8 flat tires during a year in a half.On top of this they sold me a Tire/Rim insurance which doesn’t cover all the Acura services. Right now I’ve been begging for 2 weeks to get $300 reimbursement for a tire I had to replace in Wayne Acura service.Ramsey Acura managers do not call me back and the service manager answers the phone in a very rude manner.Acura Ramsey will beg you for 5 star review on google when you buy/lease from them . They are extremely nice before you sign the contact . When you get a problem they become rude and never call you back.STAY AWAYUpdate feb 5’21John Pearce (general manager) and Chace (business manager) have been working on my case since dec 28 2020. No resolution has been found for a simple problem.This dealership is joke . STAY AWAY

As I drove up I noticed an older man in a blue Acura polo in a verbal argument with one of the salesman. The older man was clearly angry. I walked in and nobody was there to greet me. The only person that noticed me was the older man who looked at me like “oh here we go again”.“Can I help you” he asked mumbling clearly annoyed. I just wanted to ask a simple question about fixing my tire. I tried to ask my question as he walked away and sat at the nearest desk. He did not offer me a seat.Instead of just simply explaining that this Acura dealership does not fix tires, it seemed he wanted to just argue with me. I had a question about a 3rd party warranty company that completely confused him and angered him even more. “I’m not fixing your tire for free!” He shouted at me.Finally a man in a suit came over who clearly looked embarrassed about the way the older gentleman was speaking to me. He very kindly explained to me that to fix the tire I have to take it to the Honda dealership down the street. That one sentence alone could of helped me.I don’t understand why this dealership would decide to place this 75 year old burnt out mechanic front and center of the dealership. Obviously he has 0 customer service skills and is an embarrassment to the establishment. I’ll drive an hour out of my way before I ever return to this Acura Dealership.

I would give this dealer 0 stars if possible. They sold me a car that was broken and they refuse to acknowledge they’ve made a mistake. They will not help you once you purchase a car. I have been getting the runaround for over 3 weeks waiting for the team or management to call me back. I thought this was a great dealership based on the reviews but that is not the case. Do not purchase a “preowned” vehicle from this dealership.

I did an oil change on my Acura. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they took me swiftly. Oil change along with notes on what my car needs and an oil change under $50. Can’t go wrong with that! I will continue to do my oil changes at Acura
I was driving along when my EPS went out on my 2012 Acura TL. Brought it over to Ramsey Acura to have it repaired. Was happy to find out that Acura had extended the warranty. Chris and the rest of the folks were terrific! They ordered the part and I had my car back within 24 hours! Extremely professional, honest and efficient. I recommend Ramsey Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a great car and needs excellent service after they drive it off the lot. Wonderful experience!!!
My service adviser, Ron Cohen, was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and he made me feel comfortable about that and then applied a discount coupon to my B1 service without me having to look for the coupon. I needed a new tire and he tried to make paying for it as painless as possible. I always wait for my service and the service area upstairs is very generous with a good cup of coffee, a tv and desks with charging stations. Its really a pleasure. Thank you, Acura Ramsey!

Ramsey Acura is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Horrible customer service. I was told by the sales manager Tim while negotiating on price, I can see where this is going, you can leave. I am not a customer, but a buyer. Lost a deal over $250 price difference, lack of management experience and extremely poor attitude. Four hours wasted and got no where! I gave my business to ParkAve Acura. Stay away from this dealership. P.S. my sister bought her vehicle from here a few months back. Her SUV brakes / rotors had pulsation, and service manager said it does not need replacement. We were going to bring her vehicle back a second time to warranty, but due to COVID-19, warranty expired and they still didnt care!

DO NOT TRUST ANY SERVICE JOBS THEY SAY IS REQUIRED WITHOUT UNDENIABLE EVIDENCE. Small jobs might be alright. Buying or leasing maybe. Do not trust management or services as they systemically attempt to rip you off with blatant lies. I probably dont seem like someone who knows much about cars but jokes on them.I went there for a recall. Services took the liberty without my consent to do a full checkup. What a joke. They tell me the drive shaft is snapped and detail a bunch of problems for which repairs would cost at least 10k. I drove away 8 hours straight to my other home, raised my car in my garage, and checked everything out. Just to be sure I had a mechanic come double check. Not a single thing was broken or needed replacement. This isnt good business, its desperate predatory behavior based on inaccurate profiling. Theres an Acura down the highway about 20 minutes and I cant know for sure how they are, but Id take my chances there.
I never hesitate to take my vehicle in to Acura of Ramseys service department for needed work or to check on an issue. They have always been professional and thorough, explaining each step in the process and any needed repairs. The process of securing a loaner vehicle (when one is available) is also made very easy. I received a phone call both to discuss a needed repair and a call once the repairs were completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Always excellent customer care.

Ive purchased from them before. the sales person just so happened to be the same woman salesperson from three years ago, which made this so much easier, within a short period of negotiation, they came up with a very competitive price. in fact, i noticed Ramsey Acura keeps most of the same salespersons. that tells me something about the fairness of management. Acura also has very good service managers; also there for a long time.

I came in to take care of a recall on a used Acura I recently bought. I was quickly greeted by Tom, who made the whole process pain-free. The waiting room is kept very clean and theres tea, coffee, some snacks, and free Wifi (though I did notice the phone charging station wasnt working at the time). Everything that was being done on my car was explained to me very concisely, as well as the results of the inspection. I would definitely come back for future service on my car.

I’d also like to noteThe Aldo the finance representative I dealt with was quick and extremely professional. He actually had me laughing the whole time I was in there, just a great personality.
By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The people working there are super nice, not pushy at all whatsoever, were honest about the pricing and were able to give me a deal no one else could. The entire process was quick and smooth. Had the greatest car buying experience at Acura of Ramsey. After visiting multiple dealers, none of them provided the same quality of service as Acura of Ramsey. I had the pleasure of working with Ray and the process couldnt have been better. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond when answering all of my questions. Personality-less (but very knowledgeable) salesperson repeatedly directed back to the senior salesperson AKA sales manager... Despite being told we were just looking.Update 5/6/19 management reached out to me and offered to help moving forward. I have not purchased car but will give them a try based on them reading google reviews and attempting to remedy the issue. Will update rating when I return.
