Rental program replaced broken rental violin with no problem.

Great experience overall with buying a handful of instruments. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, all wearing masks and gloves. One on one service. We called ahead of time so they had the models ready for viewing and purchase. Highly recommend the shop!

I love this location because of the manager Matt. He is so helpful and always pleasant toward me. I can ask him about my grandson’s saxophone without hesitation. Very knowledgeable because he does play saxophone. Great great manager.

Unfortunately the teachers are mediocre and they constantly call out on our lessons. There were multiple times that we showed up and they had not called us to let us know the teacher “wasn’t coming in today”. After many wasted months with minimal results we have decided to find a more reliable and worthy alternative to the money we were spending here. Good luck. Please stay away.

They are very nice but don’t tend to have what I need but shouldn’t be so surprised since I play an uncommon instrument
