Staff is great and awesome selection

I cant recommend this store because, both the quality of goods and customer service is not consistent. I did online picks up there, and there were times when the order went smoothly and I got the correct item with friendly customer service and other times when my order was completely wrong, opened, or even expired and I had to fight to get my money back. Moreover, the customer service can make or break your day with some customer service being very friendly and helpful with questions and returns, while other times, the customer service was very rude and acted like I was a burden, leading me to not return to the store, since I was tired of not knowing what type of service or product I would receive in my visit.

They took a return back from an online order with a receipt and I was able to purchase an item I needed.

I ordered items online to pick up in store. One item was in a box and the others in a bag. The items in the bag were wrong so I went in and they had a problem with exchanging it for the correct item. I got back to my car and checked the item in the box to make sure it was correct. It was not the right item either so I had to go back in and they gave me some bs story about how I had to take multiple of the vitamin for it to be 1000mg. The picture of the item I bought said 1000mg on the front, the one they gave me was 500mg. Completely different! So I told them I wanted to return it because thats false advertising (according to the bs story they tried to feed me) and they said they couldnt because of covid19 and gave me the number to customer service. Well I just got off the phone with customer service and they said that the store was fully able to accept the return and they dont know why they would tell me that. Not to mention the store service SUCKED! The guy had an attitude with me the minute I walked in the first time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They couldnt even get a simple 3 item purchase correct! Make sure you check everything before you leave. The first two items I bought were supposed to be 120 capsules of a certain brand and they tried to give me 60 capsules of a different brand. The WORST experience!

Sure, I could order online. But then I wouldnt get the excellent tips from Steve, the manager. The fish oil capsules specially coated to help with that fishy burp. Gross, I know, sorry, and thats why Im yet again grateful for Steves insights.

It does not even deserve a 1 star I was happy at first when one opened up on Ramsey but it was such a miss conception from the manger Nancy being a mean ogar to the rude staff and crummy layout of products I was just better buying the stuff online and not dealing with bad customer service do yourself the favor and avoid this store at all cost your better off driving to the one in Paramus for more variety of product
