I cant say enough good things about my experience with this Beltone location. They went above and beyond to help service my mothers hearing aides that were originally purchased at a location in Florida. They were able to track down the original programming information from Florida and get her all set here. We were treated with incredible kindness and patience through the entire process. Im looking forward to working with them going forward!

I made an appointment with Bob Salvesen at the BelTone hearing Aid Center in Ramsey, to have my hearing retested and my aids readjusted. my aids were several years old, and I was missing parts of words as I watched TV.Bob was very accommodating he listened to me explain my problem and then tweaked my aids to resolve the problem. He offered me a new model aid to use for several weeks to see how I liked them. They were great.Every time I have gone to the Hearing Center I have had a good experience with the serviceI I received.
