Store employees helpful very clean nice store kind of expensive at times but all in all I like this store for the particular items that is needed they have an extensive selection or maybe not exactly extensive yeah a little bit lower than extensive I mean just cant think of the word Im trying to say exactly and theres no public restroom I feel like store should have that option whether people like to use public restrooms or not

This Michaels is laid out different than all the others in the area. While different it is really easy to find things. The employees are all very helpful and nice. The lines are never very long.

Always friendly staff they are following the social Justin sing protocol and very accommodating. The only thing at this point due to covid-19 their stock is pretty low on certain items such as model paints and Yarns. However I love Michaels and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

Don’t trust staff when they say “we don’t have that”. Instead ask “if it is stocked, what aisles would it be in?”Staff instead of admitting they didn’t know, arbitrarily told me they didn’t carry what I was looking for. She had a computer right in front of her.Michaels had many varieties of what I asked for by name.I gave an opportunity to earn respect. She earned disdain.

Always have art supplies I need on hand

Great COVID protocols in place. Right when I walked in I was welcomed with a basket that just got wiped down and offered some hand sanitizer. The store is kind of small, but had everything I needed, easy to find. They also had TONS of cute Christmas stuff right now :)

They had a decent selection, but they didnt really have what I was looking for.

I had a batique my grandmother made 30 years ago reframed, and I really needed help with picking out the mat colors and the frame. The staff did a phenomenal job helping me, and creating the final product. Theyre professional and knowledgeable, and the price was unbeatable. Thanks Rancho Cordova Michaels!

It is a smaller store and didnt have everything that the larger stores have so have to make another trip.

Great place to pickup a quick hobby, arts, or crafts. A beginner painter or even a master artist can find the supplies they need.

Great store, pretty good location and tons of parking. I was greeted at the door which was a very nice thing as soon as I walked in. They have a wonderful section of everything you can think of and even more than you can imagine for. Staff was super nice and three of them asked me if I needed any help as I was shopping, great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgable staff is the first thing youll notice here. The store is always clean and organized. There are always good sales and coupons online that help make this store very affordable. My only complaint is the line can get pretty backed up during peak crafting seasons like around Christmas.

We got a tree. The sale price was excellent and the service provided was great even though we came in close to closing. This is my favorite Michaels store in the area.

I shop for paint pens here and small items like a compass. I was able to find the items in the store faster than I could locate them on my phone. They always have coupons printed on the receipts, which I appreciate, and the prices arent bad to begin with

We were looking to get spray paint for a project, and the guy with the key to unlock the case (didnt catch his name) was very helpful while we were trying to decide which kind we wanted. I always love Michaels - unfortunately after all the pre Christmas buying some of the shelves were picked clean, and they havent had a chance to restock yet, being that today is just the day after Christmas- but - I can always order whatever I want online and pick it up at the store later! (Various color-shifting paints) theyre awesome!

Picked up my UPS package at a Michaels for the first time, I was actually hoping it would allow me to peruse the isles in search of the perfect craft project but I was short on time and EVERYBODY was at this Michaels on a Sunday. I guess I am not the only one in the area who loves Michaels.

Nice store, fairly large but I was disappointed with the lack of Halloween beads. They did have some fairly amazing decorations but not exactly what I needed. The staff us very helpful and I did figure out a way to change what I was doing and they did have those supplies.

Curbside pickup is convenient.

This is one I could so work at this place, the supplies for my projects and the art that I have created for years. Entered into the fairgrounds Sacramento State Fair work their, and entered different items in the Roseville, New Castle, Fresno, Bakersfield, LA and Auburn fairs, got First prize. Second and third. Over the years I have found most of the supplies here and other places had friends work here too. The children are always excited when we get new supplies for their projects they got to do for school. The bulletin boards we created and so much more. Cake decorating to flowers. To making a bird houses. Stepping stone kits so many different types of holiday party fun items too. Props for anyone who wants to be creative they have classes for you to learn.

Just buying some yarn for my mother. Good price. Lots of cool stuff. Did not love the locked bathroom that was not even clean or nice.

Every year I go to Michaels to get My Big Happy Planner as this seems like the only place that has them in such a large selection. I dont craft but Ive found some things that Ive used for staging catering events. Its probably Crafters Heaven! Nice, neat- a little pricey unless on clearance but worth the trip!

Great 40% off deals weekly. Plus coupons sent to me. I love the order online and pick up in store option, its so hard to find things, the site even tells you what aisle its in.

Was very disappointed to start off. I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I wanted. They lady seemed like she didnt want to help. When asked if they had a certain tiara she responded in a rush and with we have a foam one..but thats it. I then responded and said not even in your wedding section?. She then says no I dont think so. Messing with things around her then says hold on. Then I was transferred to someone who had time and knowledge to help me. Turns out they had what I was looking for all along. Im glad I was persistent and not just listening to this lady who clearly was too lazy to help me. She definitely didnt want to. The were out of most of them so it was a little disappointing as I had to buy the most expensive one. It is being use for a dance routine for my daughter (not a wedding).

Michaels is a fun store. Somethings are overpriced but they have that great 40% off coupon always so thats nice. I like the events they have for kids. So far we have only attended the slime one where at first I thought the kids would get to actually make the slime, but its already premade and they just add glitter or other stuff. It would be much cooler if kids would actually make it!

Everyone who works here is very friendly and kind, and Ive been able to easily find everything I need Everytime Ive been in.

This store has everything you can think of for arts and crafts. I get all my stuff and kids stuff from here. I also love getting my 360 calendars/planners here too. Most of the time the workers are super nice and helpful too.
