Took my nissan in to get an estimate unfortunately sideswiped my new car on a pole at the gas station. Ive never had to take a car into a body shop before and they were super helpful/patient and explained the whole process to me. Would 10/10 recommend Caliber Collision to any of my friends or family!

Everyone I spoke with at Caliber Collision was super friendly and helpful! James kept me updated every step of the way and even helped me pick up my car a couple hours early. I wasn’t expecting it but they even cleaned the inside of my car and vacuumed. The car wash they do is amazing as well, usually I get water spots when I go to commercial car washes, but my car stayed perfectly clean for weeks after they washed it! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great experience with this shop who repaired my truck after being rear ended, honest and informative. My truck looks brand new again and during the whole process I felt as if I was being taken care of like they would their own family.

Glad to have chosen this body shop. My car was hit on the rear bumper less than 2 months after purchase. Was worried the paint would not match the original color. I was very impressed with the quality of work, cant even tell and looks just as new! Their customer service is great too, James kept me updated throughout the process. Would recommend this shop.

The service is friendly enough but the work done wasnt the greatest. Work recommend looking somewhere else first.The job done for us was about 75% quality there are definitely issues with the body work and painting. They arent very timely either.To the owner of caliber collision,Thank you for your kindly response.As we are not satisfied with the work done we do appreciate you reaching out and that we can still bring in the car to get these issues fixed. As soon as we can get the vehicle in we will do so.My review is still that when we pick our vehicle up that it is in repair like no issues ever existed. The fact that we have to bring our vehicle back into your shop to fix these issues is very inconvenient and well be losing our vehicle for however long it takes to get these issues resolved. My car needed the front section replaced after an accident. I took my vehicle in and gave them my claim number, they gave me an estimate and we scheduled me to bring it in the next day.My car was ready in about a week, the parts looked great and everything was shiny and clean. I paid my deductible directly to the shop; the whole process was easy and professional.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but this place deserves everything it gets. I arrived there at 7:30 in the morning first person no other customers. I spoke to a lady there and explained I was there just for an estimate. I was told that they already had two people in front of me and they were doing estimates at 8:00 a.m. . I explained that I just needed a quick estimate for my insurance company because I needed to find out how soon I can have my car repaired. It seemed like more of an inconvenience than anything else the lady told me that the only appointment they had was 2:30 p.m. . I have never been treated like my business didnt matter before so I explained to her that I would be going to another shop she didnt seem to be too happy. I drove down the street to b&j body Shop probably the best thing I have ever done when it comes to repairing my car. I spoke to Sal who is an incredible person very helpful. Im looking forward to doing business with them and anybody I know who needs anybody work I will refer them to them. Caliber collision good luck doing business if it wasnt for insurance companies you wouldnt have any.

After a deer sideswiped the left side of my car I contacted my insurance company who recommended Caliber Collision in Rancho Cordova. I was able to get my car seen and repaired right away. As you can see in the picture the whole left side looks new. The people at Caliber (especially Nicole) were very helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. They kept me informed every step of the way. My car had some minor body damage from a recent accident. When I arrived at my appointment time, the rental car that was arranged for my by caliber was already waiting. Everyone whom I came into contact with was professional, knowledgable, and best of all, friendly including the lady who handled the paperwork at the counter and Tyler who communicated every step of the work to me via text message. How convenient and easy was that! I will definitely return should I need more repair work.

I brought my van over to caliber to have them look at some body damage and they were great. They were a little out-of-the-way for me but I had a great recommendation to go check them out. They got a quote to me very quickly and I didn’t have to wait too long for the next available appointment. The check in process with Nicole was smooth and easy. The job is done on time and actually came out a little cheaper than the original quote. Tyler, the guy that checked me out, had great customer service and showed me the work they did. They even cleaned the entire van so it looked great! The bodywork was perfect and the paint match was great. I would use them again.

I had to get the front of my car repaired. Tyler was really helpful and professional. I dont know that much about cars but he gave me a through breakdown of everything that was going to be done. Shortly after dropping my car off (Tuesday), caliber collisions called me saying they would have my car back by Monday and that they would try their very best to try and get it done as soon as Friday. Thankfully, they were able to finish my car by Friday so that it was not just sitting there over the weekend. They did a really good job on the repair and i was really surprised buy how fast they were able to do everything.

What a great shop. I visited, on obviously not the best of days, and was greeted by the front desk lady with such kindness, which I needed. Throughout my repair I was kept informed by the gentleman Tyler who was helping the entire time. They handled the whole situation so smoothly. Thank you Caliber Rancho team!

Absolutely dissatisfied with this repair shop. Took my car in for a simple bumper repair, and ran into various problems. First, there were a few dents that they completely missed to repair and forgot to mention to me. Next, they painted the bumper a completely different color than the rest of my vehicle. Last and worst of all, the staff (including the general manager) tired to convince me that I brought my brand new car to their shop with the two-tone paint currently on it. I was completely appalled. I told the staff I had pictures of my vehicle accurately displaying matching colors before bringing it to them, and instantly their attitudes changed. Two weeks into the shop the general manager calls me and tells me she is going to fix the paint out of a courtesy, yet still trying to convince me I had brought my new car (that had never been worked on before) to their shop with the two-tone paint currently on it. The next morning I received a call from the same woman declaring the paint shop had messed up the color again and it was going to need to go back to the paint department. 2 days after that I received another call indicating my vehicle was complete. Looking at the car I was very dissatisfied with the color match. I agreed to pick up my vehicle because the manager Nicole promised me I could come back in and get it fixed again. However I do not want them working on my car ever again, I am very worried about the quality and the work they have done to my car. The staff is very dishonest and manipulative, it was obvious they were trying to save money. Attached in Photos is the final results of my repairs. Color is much better than before, but one can definitely see a discrepancy between the bumper and the side paneling. Overall, I will never recommend this repair shop. And just to top this whole experience off, when everything was said and done and I was finally leaving Caliber Collision, the manager was pulling another vehicle to the front of the lot so fast, and on the wrong side of the road she almost hit me.. great job Caliber Collision, you just lost a customer.

I had some hood damage taken care of with paint and when I went to pick up my car I noticed swirl marks at a certain angle in the sun. I pointed this out during my walk around and they immediately offered to correct it. I had to leave it for another day, but when I went back after they buffed it correctly it looked brand new. Glad they were so quick to make sure I was satisfied!

They kept my car waaaaay longer than they told me, had me without a car for the Valentines day weekend. Took 59 dollars out if my jacket that was left in the car, and did not fix my tire 😠😵

Not only did the staff keep me at ease while I did the paperwork, but they also ensured that I was able to get the information I needed to work with my insurance on the damage and get a rental car while it was being assessed. Tyler from Caliber had called me the same day with updates on my car and he even showed me the damage estimates and what the insurance company had discovered. I will definitely come back to Caliber Collision if I need any assistance on future cars!

Great job fixing one of my side mirrors! Staff was courteous, efficient & punctual. I appreciated the Covid-19 precautions their office has taken to protect their workers & customes, e.g., hand sanitizer at the service counter, masks worn by all staff, opened doors at lobby area, etc.

Theyre not very honest they try and cheat you for toes that your insurance is already paid them for or they wont release your vehicle stay away from these guys

Took my Mercedes AMG to get repaired, they did an excellent job, paint matched perfectly, Nicole was great along with my estimator James, definitely recommend this shop!!

My parked car was sideswiped. Caliber totaled it due to age and total of repair cost. It was just a left mirror and dented left rear side panel! And a little scratch on the bumper. Their rep advised me to check on buy back with my insurance.. I was able to get my car back for less than $200 and received a check for $4000. Caliber was able to get a mirror, touched it up, also the bumper, and pull out the panel. All for $117! I am very satisfied! 🤗

I recently got into an accident and this was a recommended repair shop of my insurance so I took it there because the work would be guaranteed and everything good that goes along with that. Initially I got a call saying the car would be a total loss, and then all of a sudden was completely salvageable which is fine so long as the issues would have been fixed. Unfortunately they were not and it has since been a headache. I wont get super specific but there is now an issue with the car that was not here before and when I returned it to them to fix it they told me they could not reproduce the noises it was making and for the other issue it must be a terrible coincidence and it is not part of the loss, but if I want it fixed I must prove that it is which I feel is unacceptable. I will make sure my customers know under no circumstances to use this shop... Highly disappointing

The staff are friendly. Didnt have to wait long to pick up my car.I had to call about a mistake that was made with a part they put on my car. Kind of wasnt satisfied with the work that was done. I feel like they could have tried harder to make it look nicer, but instead they rushed through it. If youre going to work on someones car, itd be professional to do the job youre paid to do. Cars being worked on at a collision center should look better than when theyre dropped off. I wouldnt recommend this place.

The manager and staff were kind and helpful, unfortunately my car was a total loss.

It took three times to match my bumper color and once they got the color right, there are bunch of chips (I assume air bubbles) that look like I murdered a swarm of bugs. Also, money (forgot to remove it) was stolen out of my center console.

I will NEVER use them again. They fixed my 2000 Caravan after it got rear-ended and didnt bother to test that the new tail-lights were working. (How do you install new tail-lights and not spend 30 seconds checking them?) But heres the part that got them on my black-list for life: I took the car back so they could finish the job and they were sufficiently apologetic and embarrassed. They needed to keep it for the day, so I had to get another rental (paid for by insurance, but a pain in the neck) and when they said it was ready to be picked up the next day, the back-up lights STILL didnt work, which means they again did not bother to test.

Didnt even start the disassembly of our car for 4 days even though they told us they would have it disassembled in 24-48 hours. Three weeks later we still dont have a simple front end collision repair done. Thank s shop appears to be under staffed. Told is they had to borrow staff from another location. Promised completion dates broken time and again.

Commercial vehicle that was repaired. They didnt do an alignment as requested because they stated it wasnt affected. Had it inspected recently and it turns out there was more damage that I had to fight to repair because insurance was going by Calibers scope of repairs.
