This business was accommodating to me and followed through with a good return policy. This review is based on the timeframe of the year 2018. I bought a used 49C/H8 battery from them but after installing it it failed after about three days. I called them back about it for a return and they gladly excepted the return and gave me a better battery when I returned the other one to them. I never felt uncomfortable around them or had any issues with them.

Horrible place. Charged me for a part that never came and wont send me it or refund me the money so I can order another one. Asking for the part back in order to refund but how Am’I gonna shipIt back when I never received it?! Mike is speaking none sense saying I have it When I don’t, being rude and calling me a lier. BIGGEST SCAM EVER. STAY AWAY.I’m gonna take next steps if This work get resolved within few days.

Great place to have your time wasted. Came in to buy a Golf GTI listed on Craigslist and sitting at the front of their parking lot with a for sale sign. Car was filthy, had empty cigarette cartons still in it, the person said it wasnt ready for sale but was listed anyways, wouldnt pass smog, no AC, wouldnt tell me why it had a salvage title, claimed to call me twice but no calls were ever received and he openly admitted he didnt think I was serious about buying and was seriously dragging my feet thinking it was a joke.
