I got new rotor and brake pads for my 2016 honda pilot for a road trip to Sacramento.Once I was there, the brake pads were loose and had trouble braking because of a missing bolt.I found this shop online & it didnt disappoint.He is so professional and charged me low price.I would recommend Hathaway auto repair shop.

Clutch went out on my 2008 ranger. He got me in right away. Quick turn around time(about a day). Great communication. I stopped by while he was working on it and he went through all the parts that were damaged and the new ones.

Brian is 100% the best guy to go to for auto repair. Hes honest, hard-working and reliable. Hes worked on 4 of our vehicles over the years and I couldnt have been luckier to find him when I moved to the area in 2013.Do yourself a favor and give him a call. Great customer service. I was looking into buying a car in the area, being out of town I had the seller take it into the shop to get an inspection to make sure everything checked out. Allen went over everything and beyond, sent me pictures of some cosmetic things, and looked over everything for me. Need more auto shops like this one!!

I had my car worked on at a chain auto repair shop, but after driving a bit, I noticed that my car didnt drive entirely the way I thought it should. Concerned that I might have been had, I called around for a second opinion. Allen identified the problem, fixed what needed to be repaired, and helped smooth things out with the prior repair shop. He is efficient and his services are worth more than he charged me. I trust and respect his work.

I recently had my 105,000 mile maintenance done here this past week. This included timing belt water pump spark plugs and front brakes pads and rotors. It was a very pleasant experience. Great customer service and unbelievable prices. I just wish it didnt take me two mechanics before I found these guys.

Dropped my car off on a Saturday for an emergency 1 day only repair for suspect loose exhaust manifold, it turned out to need an engine mount, if that wasnt enough, the bolts were broken and had to be extracted, and at 8:00 Saturday night, Brian was true to his promise and had the car finished and ready for pickup. five stars Brian, Thanks!

Honest guy, hard to find these days. Repaired my Jaguar numerous times.

Owner kept trying to create more work than was needed or wanted; was looking for something extra. Too pushy for me.

Brian had my car for 2 days for an overheating problem. Each time he suggested something to fix his response was but i dont know if thats gonna work The second day he had my car he didnt start working on it until late afternoon claiming Im just having an off day today, dont know whats with me. I said no problem of course and by the weekend he said my car was good to go, less than 26 miles later my car is parked at a gas station with my 1 year old and my cars coolant (I was already charged twice for) leaking everywhere from a hose. when I called him, he was all too chill about it, claiming it was probably an old hose... yeah ok. I paid over $1100 and tipped him $20 for a professional to milk me for money and still ended up on the side of the road with a hose leak.....something he would have found if he had pressure checked the system etc. Cool.
