Store has good selection in a wide variety of price ranges. I showed up as they were stepping away for lunch, but the guy was polite enough to open up to let me browse and test out some of their cues. Most cues were 19oz, so I wish they had a more varied weight selection but I walked away happy with my purchase and would come back again.
Love this place. Some of the best customer service around. Ask for Adam
Store is closing soon so get over there quickly great prices great service
Would not recommend... Booked a pool table move at least 3 weeks in advance and paid for it . Called to confirm a few days before the scheduled move and they had booked 3 other moves the same day and could no longer do it.. LEFT HANGING!!! Call GAMEROOM ENVY in Stockton. Honest people and real professionals. Stan T.
Best place to find a pool stick, you can even test the pool sticks as long as you dont damage anything
I enjoyed my experience at this store, the staff was knowledgeable about the products and was also a veteran. He told me about other services that they have, Im going to have the pool table I got from a friend of mine recovered by these guys.
Great staff and large selection of pool and dart accessory selection.
Store is closing down soon! Go in and get a great deal on a Pool table, Bar, Bar Stools, Dinette set, or a pub set!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of darts.
Adam was a Great Help for our first time purchasing Cue Sticks
This place is a rip off, they are trying to reclaim a re-stocking fee for something NEVER ordered,, UNBELIEVEABLE to us, however they will not win the small claims suit because right on the receipt from them it says NEVER ORDERED YET, WAITING FOR CUSTOMER TO CONFIRM, which we DIDNT, why would an owner try to claim a 15% restocking fee, only thing we can think of is he must be really hurting with sales and will attempt anything to make a buck plus figuring we wouldnt drive a 200 mile round trip to fight it, OBSOLUTELY we would, we would drive a 1000 miles to see this guy in court. BUYER BEWARE.Update - We went to small claims court 1/2/13. The owner was very hostile towards us as we had to meet outside the courtroom with a mediator. He told his story to the lady of which he stated that he should not be out the credit card charge of 4% to him and she asked then why are you asking a 15% restocking fee and he told her it was because I had put my story on Yelp and he wanted it removed and had I not put my story on Yelp he wouldnt tried getting 15% from us, and again keep in mind here nothing was ordered but according to the judge since we signed a credit receipt thinking they would run it after we confirmed the order, but the judge said we should have known better and obviously we learned a valuable lessen and he said we would have to pay the 4% and not the 15% the owner was asking and we did. What was really interesting is the owner told the mediator he would come down to 10% if I would remove my statement from Yelp and then after some conversation he said he would go to 7% if I removed my statement, so my wife called me where I was outside and asked if I was willing to remove the statement and the owner would reduce his ridiculous charge and I said NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT, and I told her it sounded like a bribe to me that he would reduce what he called a re-stocking fee to get me to take back exactly what had happened. I would pay out the nose than have someone try and bribe me to change my mind, In all my life I have NEVER encountered such a ridiculous offer or bribe as I call it to have me remove or change the way it happened. I told her let the judge decide and he did, we paid the 4% and the judge told the owner that its freedom of speech, I guess he didnt learn about the First AmendmentValley Gaming & Billiards is not BBB Accredited. If we could give negative stars we would. This company sent us the wrong chairs then we sent them back and they confirmed they had the chair and they would send us a credit. It has been more than a year later and still no refund. It was over $2,000. Do not do business with this company.
