I have no idea what these guys in the other review are talking about! I have been taking my boat to Sterling Marine for the last 15 years and have not had one issue! They are one of the only shops in the Sacramento area that are fair priced, nice, and preform honest work. Highly recommend!!!

They are the only company I will let touch my boat. For 12 years they have done all my service and repair work on time and for a good price. I highly recommend them.

Hands down terrible shop. These guys are clueless when it comes to outboards and saltwater boats. They damaged a new outboard and attempted to put the blame on the shipper but didn’t call to tell me about the damage. They mounted it anyway hmmmm. They say they are certified Yamaha mechanics but I got my boat back with a new $1300 Yamaha gauge that doesn’t work! They used improper rigging tube and salt water leaks into my engine. On a $25,000 Yamaha 300! These guys are clowns. If you actually care about your boat take it somewhere else. My boat is now at bucks outboards having all of the garbage work redone by bucks. If you just have a lake boat and don’t know anything about boats this place is prob fine. But if you have 30 years of saltwater fishing experience and boating and you know how important safety is on the ocean. Don’t go here.
