I live in New York and I purchased a vehicle from Philip without having seen it in person. He was great from start to finish and communicated with me frequently throughout. He was up front about everything and provided any vehicle documentation I asked for. He facilitated getting the car to a third party for a PPI without hesitation. He also coordinated the transport of the vehicle across the country. When the vehicle arrived it was in exactly the condition it was represented to be in. My experience with him and his dealership was definitely a positive one.

John sold me a vehicle and gave me the wrong paperwork. Wasnt able to get a title in my name at the DMV. I have been trying to contact him about the matter. He gives me excuses every time and says he will mail out the correct paperwork and never does. Now he is dodging my calls and wont even answer. John is a liar and will not take care of you after the sale. Do not do business with this person. If I could give 0star rating I would. This has been a nightmare spending all that money for a vehicle I cant even get a title for. I have called the police in this matter and even they are putting me on the backburner... it has been 5months since the purchase and I still cant get any useful paperwork. YOU WILL SEE ME IN COURT JOHN... I WANT MY TITLE
