We went to this store to change our providers to Verizon. While we were shopping we were told about the promotions. Including a $200.00 prepaid visa per line for porting our numbers over from the previous carrier. With four lines, this promotion alone came to $800.00. We decided to sign up. After signing the sales contract I was unable to find the information on the prepaid visa card in the sales contract. I returned to the store and I was then told by another employee that the prepaid visa offer had ended four days earlier.I think we can all agree that $800.00 is a substantial amount of money, so naturally I wanted to discuss this with the store manager. Over the next week I made several attempts to contact the Manager Jonathan Salvini. I stopped by the store seven times, and each time I was told I just missed him. I called and left several messages and sent emails to both him and the District Manager. I never once heard back from them. In the end I was able to talk with the customer service at Victra, Verizon’s authorized retailer who runs this branch, I was given a $200.00 credit. A far cry from the $800.00 I was promised, but at this point I felt that this was the best outcome I was going to get.In the future I won’t use this location. I don’t think the salesperson intentionally lied, I think it was a mistake. However I find it ridiculous that the manager won’t return calls or emails. If you are in the market for new phone I encourage you to find another branch to conduct your business, because if there is an issue you will be ignored.Update: Even though I was promised a $200.00, that too was a broken promise. Stay away from these guys, if you want Verizon go online and bypass these liars and thieves.

I would give a negative star if it would let me. Do not buy anything with warranty though these people. Paid for protection paid 6 months insurance and come to find out due to them neglecting to tell me I need to take steps immediately after purchasing product I no longer have the option. Im out money time and efforts because they couldnt do their job correctly. Terrible service when I went to top it off. Save yourself the hassle and go to a corporate store that will actually do their job.

We were so impressed with the positive and friendly experience we had with Torry and his manager at the Rancho Cordova Verizon store. He took all the time we needed, explained everything clearly and when we walked out we knew more about our phones and the services Verizon provides than we ever had before. And that’s in addition to the money saving special he was able to give us. It’s the way customer service and support is supposed to be.

Torry and Alex were extremely patient and helpful. They both took their time to explain what each item in the plan was, and to help us decide which phone was best for us.

Hannah was great! She worked with me to find me the best phone for me and my needs, and did it all with a pleasant attitude and sunny demeanor. The whole transaction was quick and painless and I was out in less than an hour. Will definitely go back!

Torry was extremely helpful. He offered solutions to the problem I was having with my jlab true wireless ear buds. Also gave me suggestions for adding another iPad to our existing plan and hacks for my jlab ear buds that are very poorly designed (no lid so the air buds fall put and get lost). I wholeheartedly recommend him and I will always come back to him.

I went from iphone 6 to iphone 12, Tony helped me so much I thought I had lost information because my storage was full. So far the difference of speed and screen size is like night and day. Phone looks awesome midnight blue with clear case. I had 16 GB and now have 128 GB, 8 times more phone storage than before, knowledgeable and efficientservice.

Gone to this store for all of my phone upgrades. Everyone is always nice and they always have products in stock.

Had to go in and exchange new chargers that weren’t working. They were helpful and informed me that the chargers were the incorrect ones for my model phone due to the new magnet positions. Very pleased didn’t take too long and was an easy exchange and return as the new ones were cheaper!!

My experience at the Ranch Cordova Verizon store was great . Everything detail of the service was explained to me. The staff took the time out to go over every available option.

Great experience! The store had the phones and accessories we needed. They transferred over all our data quickly and seamlessly. We updated our account per Torrys recommendation and saved us some money with autopay! Definitely the easiest new phone experience Ive ever had!

I wanted to trade in my iPhone 7 Plus for an iPhone 8 or 8 plus but thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly reps at this particular store, I walked out with a much newer iPhone with a great discount! I was stressed about the whole data transfer to my new phone but thanks to Torry, I had nothing to worry about as they took care of it for me - right at the store! Sign on their building says Verizon, but this is a third party seller and not a corporate store - beware, because this will cause you a headache. Verizon had a promotion for $400 off my old phone. One month ago, I switched from T-Mobile and got added onto an existing Verizon account. I told Miquel, the rep that I was working with, that I want to pay off the phone completely, so when the first bill comes in I would see exactly what I owe each month for the service and tax (with the exception of the $40 activation fee on the first bill). Total value of the new phone was $860, subtract $400 for the trade-in and I was looking at $460 out of pocket. Miquel told me that I have to finance a minimum of $20, but that I could pay off that amount when the bill comes out. The first bill is now available, Im looking at the charges like o.O because the amount owed for my phone is $860. I called this location to ask for Miquel, Tori advised me that Miquel was transferred to a different location, and gave me his new locations phone number. Tori also mention that he doesnt know whats going on with my bill, and that it doesnt look like my payment was applied... I have the receipt... the payment definitely should of been applied. I called the new location, the phone number doesnt work. Called back this location and was told Tori is unavailable, so I left my call back info. Its been two hours and no one called me back. I finally got tired of playing cat and mouse and called the corporate Verizon. They walked me through my chargers and get this, not only was the $400 trade in value a freaking credit (so it gets split x amount amongst 24 months) and Im locked into this plan because there is no way to apply the full credit amount immediately, but he didnt leave me with a $20 balance that I could pay off the first bill it was actually $50 and Verizon wont let me pay it in full because that is not the agreement that Miquel had me sign... I also found out that Miquel charged me a total of $60 for activation ($40 Verizon activation fee and $20 non-corporate store fee). He did not disclose to me that there is an additional $20 third party store fee, which corporate Verizon told me he was supposed to. Anyway.. I went from paying $47 at T-Mobile without any obligation to stay with them, to $67+ at Verizon with a two year contract that I was tricked into. The corporate Verizon told me to go directly to a corporate store for future assistance, she didnt tell me why, but I think its clear that the third party sellers are incompetent and straight up shady. Go to a corporate store instead: 1780 Arden Way.
