The products are really good, but the sales lady is rude af. One of the ladies is only customer friendly to select group of customers. She also eyes you like a hawk when you’re looking around which makes the atmosphere really uncomfortable. If you do shop there, avoid coming into contact with the sales lady.

I love this place so much!! The staff is beyond helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The store is always super clean and organized, fully stocked and you can test almost everything in the store. The carry many plant based items and many items come from korea or other places. You must absolutely check this place out!!

Employees always cheerfully greet me and are available to answer any questions I may have. They usually throw in samples of new/popular products. Store is clean and inviting. Well stocked and organized.

I absolutely love their products. Its the only BB cream that matches my skin tone and doesnt break me out. I wish theyd open more stores than just here in Cali.

It nice inside. Lots to look at. Some things are pricey and some are good deals. I didnt buy anything I was just browsing around while I was waiting for my food.

Great selections but their employees make it real awkward to shop here. They are friendly and greet you with a smile and are very helpful. Thats where the problem begins. After you let them know you dont need help they will watch you like a hawk. As soon as you grab something, even if its just one product they will insist you put it in their basket. Then will continue to follow you and make you feel like a criminal. I guess this place have a problem with shoplifters which is understandable but they need to back off and let us shop in peace. Their products are great too. Unfortunately, their hawkish behavior ruins it for them.
