Due to the fact that we were on the road for several days these guys did what they could and were able to fit us in. They worked very hard to fix the multiple issues unfortunately some of the issues were not in their scope/ wheelhouse if you will. The employees were honest about this fact and gave me good advice on how to proceed. These guys get A plus on hard work and a A plus on honesty. If those are things that mean something to you and you have electrical /generator issues I suggest to give these guys a try

Made 7:30am appointment for sevice on air-filter cap repair and oil change, End up paying a $130.00 for one hr service fee. For them to give me an estimate for $941.00 to do a head-gasket and valve jod.When my generator was running before i bought it to them. Not once did they ever call me between 7:45am and 4:00pm.I decided to call them at noon and was told nothing, callback at 3:30pm and was giving the shocking news that it wouldnt START.And a shocking estmate of $941.00 for repair.Not once did i give them permission to go any further than an oil chsnge and the air filter cap tack weld.Oil change was never done! So basically i paid $130.00 for a air filter cap tack weld on a genrrator that is NOW NOT RUNNING, NOW NOT RUNNING.But i got lucky and bought one same modal # Refurbish on eday for $900.00 running with a 180 day warranty. I will take my old one to Cummings in west Sacramento for repair and let them know my experience.4/16. SO CONSUMER BEWARE
