AMAZING SERVICE BEST STAFF EVER

I like to shop here because I know what I need and its usually devoid of customers. Today was different. Theyre open until 6 on weekdays. I get there at 5:15 and its locked. The kid at the counter whom Ive never seen before wouldnt even come to the door to talk to me. He finally did but wouldnt open the door. I guess they are closing early because of Covid, but nowhere does it mention that. I think he just wanted to go home early.

I hope this place never closes I love the fact that Im almost the only one here every time I go. Home Depot thats my soul in this place is like a vacation by comparison.

Holy cow! Worst experience ever! I just called ahead of time to make sure a product was in stock. the person who answered the phone asked me what I was looking for so I told them...a sanding disc. He told me he was not familiar with the product. I asked him if there was someone who was familiar with the product that I could talk to. He told me no.I asked to speak to a supervisor that may have more knowledge of their product lines. He told me he was the supervisor. I then attempted to describe the product for him in hopes that he may become familiar with the product if I gave him a better description of exactly what I was looking for. He once again said he was not familiar with the product. If the supervisor of a hardware store is not familiar with a sanding disc, I cant imagine what value this store provides to its customers. Back to the bigger big box stores...

A lot of people forget that this place exists. Its tucked behind the freeway and is a gem of a resource. They have a full isle of every screw, nut, bolt, and fastener. My go to for anything screw related. Much better than HD or Lowes

What is the place to go for your plumbing needs. Very friendly and helpful they are glad to serve you. Thats why is my plumbing store when I need plumbing parts.

This place is completely empty but they had the exact part i was looking for. Plus, it is not as mammoth sized as Home Depot down the street and upon entering, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. Great service and no lines!

Manager Neil was excellent in assisting with my plumbing needs for the correct parts and was friendly and made the trip their quick. True Value Plumbing is by far better the Home depot on the quantity and variety for plumbing supplies, you can get everything in one trip.

Dakota was exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting us set up with a beautiful sink, faucet and purified hot/cold water dispenser for our kitchen remodel. We needed to make a change and she worked hard and effectively to make it happen. She also got us by far the best prices and quickest delivery compared to other suppliers. Highly recommend!!

This is the best plumbing supply house in all of Northern California. My company purchases material through here multiple times per week. Knowledgeable staff, great pricing, easy to navigate, and almost anything you can think of. Thanks Neil and team for a great customer experience!

Best plumbing selection I know of, much better than Lowes or Home Depot.However, they dont carry an simple $8 utility class recessed outlet for behind televisions. They only carry the $20 designer outlet that no one is ever going to see.

We used to use Standard Plumbing for our plumbing supplies in their old location. Now that they have opened as a Standard True Valve we have access to retail items they didnt previously carry. Definitely cuts down on shopping trips! Customer service has always been great and they are located right off the feeeway for easy in and out.

Convenient but sadly bare essential stock. I have been there twice for small items and came away empty handed. Its really too bad because I dislike going to a big store like Home Depot for small items.

The Standard Plumbing company, here in Rancho Cordova, had purchased D&D Supply and relocated it with their True Value franchise to create a superb hardware store and continues to be a much needed supplier to plumbing contractors 6 days a week.

The front of the store says Plumbing Supply, which they do have a good selection of, but they also carry other general products that you would expect in a True Value store.

Went this Friday morning had an issue with new shower head was helped by mikel very helpful and solved my problem and the rest of the staff very helpful will be going back for all my needs thank you Robert Salerno.

Best bath room showroom and place to buy hardware.

Very friendly, and conveniently located near Sunrise and 50. I will go back often.
