Wow. Great place to shop for a used bike. I wanted to trade in my bike for a MT10 they had in their showroom but of course the trade was a bit low. I sold it private party but I went back to pick up that bike and the experience was great! Very nice people, no pressure, they can answer as many questions and they dont get annoyed (I ask a lot lol). I was greeted first by this nice young lady (Victoria) And she helped me find the bike I was looking for. Then a gentleman (Shawn) helped me take the bike out so we can start it. He was very nice too, truthful and honest when I asked for the consignment paperwork for the sale (they were selling it for another person). Then the whole sale process was quick and easy with Victoria. Definately recommend a used bike purchase there. But make sure to do your hw on the bike your interested! They know a lot about motorcyclew but they are not gurus on the bike you might be interested.

I’ve always been all for supporting local businesses. I’ve bought a total of two motorcycles from this dealership, it definitely wasn’t the best experience/customer service. However, life is about second chances right ? I recently went in to buy my third motorcycle, I believe the sales agent I dealt with was Christian and Ann. Extremely unorganized… I was basically in a pickle the whole time, my calls weren’t returned it’s as if my money wasn’t welcome there. I should’ve learned from second purchase. Take your money elsewhere.

The owners and people in the office are great. Helped alot to work a solution to my next ride. But Do Not trust their technicians. They say it gets a multipoint safety inspection. Found 5+ safety issues after purchase. Also had a leaky fork. The owner was super helpful to get the issue solved, but after 3 trys it was not. It leaked everytime he very second I went to pick it up. After that I decided I would take it to my own tech, which on top of a loose hub to wheel and broken spokes took apart both forks to investigate, noticing that my dust caps had changed agian this time both different. Evidence both forks were pulled out of the bike he also found this inside both which supposedly had the bushings changed as well. So make sure before you make a pur chase, do your own 52 point inspection and take it to a technician you trust because you cant trust theirs. Love my ride now that its good again, and again I did really appreciate those running the place. So in would suggest checking them out.

Good selection they give you a little time to walk around before they say something, even then theyre not hovering around you trying to make a sale

I went in there 2 weeks ago with my wife with an intent to buy a motorcycle on same day. We walked around the showroom checking out the bikes but not a single salesperson attended us as if they werent interested in selling their bikes. They had a chance to gain a customer but looking at their lack of enthusiasm I took my money elsewhere

Outstanding selection of used motorcycles. Probably the best Ive ever seen. They have everything. Went with a friend to pick up his first motorcycle. Very impressed with the inventory, the service, the people, the service.....all exceptionally well done. The battery on the bike we were buying was dead so they put a new one in. Made the Buyer happy. In all honesty......whatever you could possibly want in a motorcycle youll probably find it here. Fair priced and from what I saw...all good quality inventory. Sort of like a CarMax for bikes. Im impressed!

Just bought my F800 from this place. It was in great condition and the pictures on their site did it justice. Everyone that helped in the process couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The purchase was very quick too, I traded my old bike and bought the new one within an hour. Highly recommended

In Feb. 21 I contacted Superbike Showroom via FB and was promptly contacted by President Shawn Ovens. I was interested in consigning a 17 Honda CBR 1000RR. The bike sold within a month for way more than I ever thought 14k. I received a check two weeks later. The process went so smoothly I then consigned a 16 Montessa 260 Cota & a 20 HD Fat Bob. in May 21. Both these bikes sold within one month as well! Once again the check was in the mail in two weeks. Dealing with Shawn and his staff was an absolute pleasure. They got top dollar for the bikes and their consignment fee is very reasonable. Theres no $300.00 inspection rip off fee like some HD dealers charge! I highly recommend superbike showroom. Shawn is a stand up guy!

I went in with cash and the intention of trading in my bike (pink slip in hand) for something i had my eye on but i literally walked around the entire building and not one staff member greeted me or asked if i needed any help. Lol i guess my money aint good so i took it to Specialty Motorsports across town.

I bought a 2017 gsxr 750 here recently, the price was cheaper than any I could find privately, so with the money saved I got a 3 year warranty on the bike. the fees they charged were surprisingly low, they took care of all dmv stuff, and were very friendly. and when I noticed a small issue with the bike that was nobodys fault, they still immediately offered to take care of it for me. highly recommended!

They say they “look over the bikes before they sell them.” They don’t do a very good job at it. Bought a bike and not even one ride with it and it needs a top over haul on the engine. Not happy.

Awesome experience with these guys. They really take care of their people. They made sure i was good and happy with my bike even after purchase. Even after the sale was made they helped me get her off the side of the road after a fuel hose broke. Repairs were done at no cost.They really take care of their customers and im really happy with my purchase.The bike is beautiful and im glad i made the purchase at superbike showroom.I will definitely recommend them to any1 looking for a bike.😀

As a seller Im certain I got more money for my bike at Superbike Showroom than if I had sold it to a private party myself. Added advantage is I didnt have to deal with the often flaky prospective buyers. Brought the bike in, signed some papers, then came back a few weeks later to pick up a check. Easy!

Best motorcycle deal of my life here, except maybe the free bike I got when I was 12 except that one didnt have a clutch, seat, or brakes so maybe that first bike wasnt such a good value after all, but, hey, I survived.But the bike I bought here was a great deal but just one among many. I had selected a specific bike online and, since it was a very affordable price, I negotiated a cash deal online. When I showed up, the selection of great motorcycles of every kind was a little overwhelming so I almost bought something that had more power than a pair of demons in harness but I came out of my bike lust fever that being around all that fine machinery put me in and I stuck to my bullet proof low mileage shaft driven Honda Shadow Sabre. Talk about steady on road! And the owner who closed the deal with me was steady on the terms, had the paperwork filled out and me on the road in no time having gotten exactly the deal we agreed upon. The paperwork from the DMV came quickly, as well. If you want a great bike go here. I didnt spot one among them without a clutch, seat, or brakes.

The short story is I bought a DRZ400SM love it! Love the bike and the people here! SHAWN, VICTORIA, ANNE, LEON, DERRICK and a few others.The long story is...I purchased my 2018 Drz400sm from them the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were busy as hell and do to saftey precautions were a bit understaffed. I previously spoke with Victoria numerous times throughout the previous weeks and she was very helpful! I originally came to purchase an FZ8 but my legs were too long. Theres an abundance of options, so while being shown around we discovered the DRZ. Two days after owning it, it started to bog down on the freeway after I overfilled it. Brought it in and the tech, Derrick I believe, was super knowledgeable and skilled and fixed it fast! A few days later I got a nail in the tire and got it towed to the shop and was told it would be done the next day. Leon busted it out same day! As a buyer on a budget, this has been the best experience with Superbike Showroom! I keep a closet full of vaseline from being shafted so many times in the past. I feel like these people actually care about me and appreciate me for doing business with them. They are stand up people!

Overall great experience! Went online filled out application, one of there representatives txt me the next day telling me I was approved. Went in they had all my paperwork ready, just had to sign and the bike was mine. Great people, amazing variety of bikes, I highly recommend!

This place is crazy cool. first off i just went in to look at the bikes and i ended up buying one. they are maintained used bikes but at good prices. And let me say...these bikes move. if u like a bike buy it! it will be sold fast. i worked with Christian, go in and ask for him hes so awesome and can help u find whats perfect.no pressure sales at all. u can sit on all of them and not feel like maybe u shouldnt. owning a bike has been a long time dream realised and they made it happen. lots of honesty and integrity i highly reccomend them.

Id give ten stars if I could. Just bought a 16 hayabusa and couldnt have had a better experience Christian, Ann, and Shawn are a great team who really go to bat for their customers. To have the owner of a company return your call after hours or instanly respond to a text you sent him at 830pm shows a level of concern for their customers that is unrivaled. Definitely will be doing more business here in the future.

I had an excellent experience working with Shawn and Superbike Showroom selling one of my bikes to him. After dealing with nothing but lowballers trying to sell it on Facebook marketplace, he reached out to me and offered to buy it for not a penny under what I was asking as long as I could deliver it. Once I got there, I met with the general manager, Christian who happily wrote me a check for the bike after some paperwork and sent me on my way. These guys are a newer shop, but Shawn and the rest of his team definitely seem to know what they’re doing.

I bought a bike here and there was a minor issue. these guys were on it. picked my bike up and had it taken care of in a day. very proffessional.

Consigned my BMW C650GT monster scooter with Superbike back In January. Because Shawn is awesome, he’s on local Facebook moto groups and involved with the community. So that’s how I found out about them.I had a, now completed, relocation to Texas coming up, and wasn’t bringing my scoots with me. I was stressed on how to sell them, Craigslist is now a pit of flakes, scammers and despair! Lol.Shawn was very quick to get back to me and explain the process. I rode my scoot out there from the east bay (had arranged with a Sacramento friend to pick me up and drive me back). Met Shawn, had a quick discusssion on pricing ideas, and everything took like 5 mins, I was like - that’s it? sweet!Just got texted today my scoot sold! Thank you Superbike!! I knew it might take a while, scoots aren’t for everyone, plus the current shelter in places etc. I know that having it somewhere with a large selection and good reputation would do the trick!Thanks for taking away the stress of dealing with the scoot in the middle of a big pack and move, you guys are AWESOME!

Me and my husband went into superbike showroom, not expecting to be able to afford anything as we dont have decent credit. We just looked around, We spoke with shawn over the phone before comming and he said to just apply just in case(so we did). Sure enough we realized that we might be able to get what we were looking for after he pulled it up with what the bank could offer after a down payment. He told us to come in the next day as his partner Ann would be in and she would know more about financings options. My husband went in and needles to say he had such an amazing experience Ann did such an amazing job and was so kind during the process as we have never financed before. And with all of her effort we were able to get the bike that we wanted as it is too dark to take a picture Ill try and get one tomorrow. The only thing we have noticed on it is that while in neutral the bike tries to cut off but with the warranty that is fixable

Super service and cool people

Poor service. I was contacted by them to sell my bike and was told I would receive a certain amount in the form of a cashiers check. My bike was sold 3 weeks ago and when I arrived to receive my money I was given a personal check from them and told that I could cash it at their bank without a fee. They lied, I was charged a fee and when I called to inform them for future reference they got argumentative as if I was wrong. If you sell your bike through them beware, they will not issue a cashiers check as promised and regardless of what Ann says, you will get charged a fee to get verified funds from their bank.
