Been here multiple times and the service has been great. People are helpful and can get the job done. Not all fedex stores offer good and friendly service such as this one.

Good customerservice, helpers,and fast.

Twice I have went here for printing or shipments. Each time the customer service achieves that WOW factor. Their patience when I thought I had everything in order, but didnt.From the older reps to the younger, all got me through it feeling good, not technical dum-dum. Lol! Not sure about what you need to do, they got you, worth the extra gas burned.

I had a package to ship a couple days ago. I already had a shipping label, I boxed up my stuff up and when I got there I was in line for maybe 2 minutes. Easy in and out.

Absolutely terrible. I had a FedEx package sent there & received email confirmation that it was received there but when I went to this location for pick up...it was missing! Then sent somewhere in Sacramento and I was suppose to receive an update. Nope, called again and it was missing somewhere in Indiana and would call me back with an update only to find out they gave up and sent it back to the store I bought it from. All I got from them was false promises and sorry. I know its not all this locations fault but the WHOLE FedEx system is terrible with their communication and following up with their customers on packages that goes missing. I highly recommend NOT getting your packages sent to a FedEx location for pick up. If its for shipment, just keep it at that. Even if your not home, make them come back the next day to deliver because if you do pick up. They will just lose it.

Erin was fantastic in helping me to navigate the printing machines and gave me advice on how to save money using nifty tricks while using the computers

A lot of stale years old reviews here, but not much since the new management duo of Andrew and Morgan took control. Our business does around $15k in FedEx Office printing services across the country, normally to remote locations for our people to pick up, and these two professionals are as good as anyone we deal with anywhere in FedEx. Our HQ Office is in East Sacramento and we got to know them from the store by the CSUS Campus. When they moved to Rancho Cordova, it was an automatic move to follow them for us, too. They continually do top quality work, ahead of schedule and are a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

I have been coming to this Fed Ex location for years and have always been greeted when entering the store. The staff was always so friendly and that’s what has kept my business. The new staff and manager are terrible, the new manager seems so rude, doesn’t acknowledge guests, it’s a totally different enviroment, and because of this I will find another location to go to when in the area.

I have had packages diverted to this location for years and each time they have called me to let me know they have a package for pickup.Always greeted coming in the door, pleasant experience, and if the package is to heavy for me they offer to carry it out.What an awesome place to deal with.

Great experience today at Fedex! I needed some signs for work printed in a short period of time. I went in to get a quote and ended up completing the order. Andrea and Tobra at the store were excellent. They walked me through the process, answered questions, offered suggestions, and got me exactly what I needed within my budget. I will definitely be going back.

This place is an absolute racket. 12$ for bubble wrap that would be 6 at Home Depot or 7-8 at Walmart or target, and 4$ for paper filling that costs literally pennies. Not to mention rude employees.Sad customer service; avoid this place at all costs.

The manager Michelle is honestly not qualified to work here. It took 1 hour to print documents off a usb. I ask for portrait and received landscape. When asking for her to correct her error she printed them off again in landscape. When I asked her to correct them again she talked down to me and gave me attitude. Honestly it would be better if she was fired

Very convenient place to go way better pricing than UPS down the road, if you bring a flash drive and need help printing something the staff are more than happy to help. I went here to print a few job resume as my printer recently broke, UPS refused to help me when I brought in my flash drive to their store.

Supposed to be open until 6:00 on Saturdays. It was 5:27 & the guy would not let me in saying they were closed Showed him the time on My phone & he did not look at it but just told me: its 6:08! Asked for a manager of course he said one was not available after closing. Reported them to the Fedex office corporate for closing early. But I had to go back here a few weeks later, very grudgingly. A woman working was there that same night & remembered the incident. She approached me, apologized & said that he is no longer working there! Lol! How can some ppl still not value their jobs in this day & age? Especially in a metropolitan area with an unemployment rate of over 15%? So they get two stars for being apologetic but I still not a fan of going to this location unless I have to.

If you know how to use the self-service copy machines, the place is just perfect. Drive by, do your photocopying, drive off. Need your ATM or credit card for automated payment.

The guy (or lady i couldnt tell) that works here is such a joke couldnt give me my package. Ordered car parts with my wifes card and she has the same last name even had receipt and tracking number with multiple ways to prove purchase still denied getting my package of CARPARTS!

This was the worst customer service ever! The guy was totally rude he shouldnt be working with the public! I waited in line forever no one even acknowledged that I was even there. I have been there on one different occasion and it was about the same rude terrible customer service.

Staff didnt want to help when I walked in to print a custom invitation. Then sent me over to the do it yourself printer and said just so you know I cant help you at all on that printer. Both staff members had a horrible attitude. I walked out. Will never do business there
