I went in for a estimate, so far so good. I cant really properly rate them until they tear down my car and fix it, but I decided to have them do the repair. It appears to be a good sized shop, the insurance Companys are now sending Teslas their way...

Manager is rude. Only want the top insurance companies. I understand lot is to capacity but use compassion when talking to people.

Took my car here to get it painted and all I got was excellent service... the staff here are wonderful to work with very kind people here.. (my car got side swiped insurance claim) I will bring my cars here in the near future... THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF!!!!!!

Not honest and up front asked if they could do a AFTER MARKET bumper upgrade with sensors was told yes after all was said and done no sensors asked about it and was told that is the reason they dont do aftermarket parts had to go back in and get my sensors and wiring harness and parts that came with the bumper were not giving to me nor did they install plate lights and they kept those as well LOOK ELSE WHERE IF YOU WANT HONEST AND UPFRONT SERVICE. GM Devin basically told me to f-off and it was my fault for picking the aftermarket bumper

Wow! I’m so impressed with Carstar’s service. My car looks brand new and they even cleaned and waxed it. I was a little hesitant about using a body shop recommended by my insurance (Mercury) but Carstar exceeded my expectations. Thank you Carstar!

Poor quality of work. Has taken many trips back to shop to complete work. Worst of all they more than double original estimates. Took 2 vehicles and both vehicles price more than doubled on both.

So I took my truck in they said it would be a couple days it took 3 weeks they hardly said anything to me I had to call over and over again to find out what was going on then they lied to us said they threw in some extra repairs that I didnt ask for as a sorry then they charged me for it like what the hell

Horrible experience. Waited a week longer because they forgot to paint back bumper. After they called for pickup, on arrival the back bumper was still not repainted. Also, while waiting there an employee opened another car door and hit my door. Will never go back.

My car insurance sent me here to fix a broken light ans cover. When I picked up the car the light was not working. Left a message and they never returned my call. Bad service.
