Had a front bumper replaced. Did a good job there but as an extra courtesy they buffed out my headlight lenses that were starting to yellow and fade for no extra charge. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

My Silverado was hit on Friday evening. Within 8 days it was repaired and looking like new once again. Collision Center staff texted me all along the way informing me on the process. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of repair to their car or truck. Thank you Collision Center.

Took much longer than quoted, when we arrived to pickup the car it was still being built and they were using rivets to get the body panels to line up. We ended up bringing the car to another shop where they finally fixed everything right and replaced the Taiwanese replacement parts with OEM to get the fit right.

I had my Benz fix with collision center...5 star for sure.... Jose the manager is the best he answered all my questions and took really great care of my car... he dealt with my insurance claim From start to Finsh...If your in a car accident this is the place you want to take your car too ..

They performed a great job on the paint and body work. Geico unfortunately wanted them to use LKQ parts. When picking up the car the replaced LKQ part was full of scratches! Not a clean job. I spoke with the manager Jose and he was really open to resolve the issue and we did in minutes. I believe they over looked the condition of the tail light and forgot to get it buffed. I was disappointed, but its was Geicos fault. I give them a B-

Horrible quality of work. The area they repainted was hazy, due to improper buffing. They won’t admit to that, but since I used to detail cars, I know a bad buff when I see one. They scratched the side view mirror, destroyed the window tint and improperly affixed the z71 badge as well. I highly discourage people from going here. If you want s hack job, go to Maaco.

Horrendous place of business. Its taken 3 days over the time quoted to fix a fender Bender. About 3 weeks in total..I was told it would be done a few days ago and as a consequence have been paying out hundreds of dollars in rental cars. So over it. Reporting them to the better business bureau and filing a complaint with my insurance. Hopefully this solves any further issues for poor souls like me in the future.

What i experienced was the manager yelling at his workers degrading them and when another manager when he approched me he smelled of beer and pot and was not verry helpfull in answering my questions i decided to take my business eles where

This is THE WORST body shop EVER!I had my Hummer sent over there from Geico back in Nov 1 2014 and they are terrible!From day one when I met with the insurance adjuster,Jose I should of ran.They did the WORST job on my truck from paint job to parts they had my truck for three months I got my truck finally the end of Jan 2015 and it had so much issues it was unbelievable.From damage my truck to dents on back bumper and passenger rear side doors Just everything.Parts they put on my truck were falling off.They even damaged inside,radio,alarm of my truck.They are so careless that they had my truck sitting there all that time people wacking my truck with there vehicle and battery ruined from sitting there. My attenna was put on crooked my hood is on wrong and it doesnt stay open My battery they put it is bad they damaged other parts while vehicle was there.They painted my truck 2 to 3 times. I have SO much pics if my truck this place is horrible establishment.They lied and cheated me until this day Ive been fighting to get my truck back to normal and they will not pay the full amount to fix the truck.Yea be carful when they say you have warranty you are covered by Geico for our work nationwide thats bull.They even claimed they replaced my brushgaurd on my truck and they never did.They cant even tie there own shoes Watch Out your vehicle It will go in and come out with tons of issues and they will cover up in eveyway they can.Till this day Im suffering and have to put money out of my pocket.There is so much more I can tell you! From my grill coming off while driving to scratches and trimming falling off!This business should be closed down I know theres many other people who have same issues.Collison center is the most unprofessional, dishonesty handicapp shop thats knows nothing all they do is CHEAT people and do crappy Mickey mouse jobs!I will be going to better business BBB!Ive been so patient Enough is enough!

Top notch professionals! Courteous and friendly staff from start to finish. Had work done here on my 2010 2-door Honda Accord EX-L. I was involved in a minor fender bender, I was rear ended In last weeks rainstorm on 02-28-2014. CCRC was able to take me in right away March 4th and my car was released back to me Friday March 7th. Truly incredible work! My fender is in better condition then before the accident! I would totally recommend CCRC to my friends and family you cant go wrong!
