First Place answered my call on a Sunday morning. Sam answered the call; he was professional, and had a technician at my place of business within two hours of the initial call with all required materials. After installment, Sams technician cleaned up until the work area was spotless. Sam arrived a couple of days later to install glass. The work was efficient, and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend First Place.

Had them out to my house with my wife home. They inspected the windows and provided honest upfront information. Price came out less than quoted. They Gave me up to date text messages and were very Respectfull. I highly recommend them. Thank first place glass, I will be a returning customer.

They do an amazing job! I called them over the phone, gave them the dimensions of the glass I needed and picked it up the next day.

Showed up an hour late of the 4 hour window. I needed a roller for a condo sliding door and was told they would need to look for parts and other option was to replace the entire door. I received an estimate 2 days later for over$2,000 for a new door with no word of a part. I was able to find the part at a local ace hardware for $12.00. So dishonest. I dont think they ever looked for the part. When I called and asked where they looked, I was told she couldnt tell me because I wasnt a licensed contractor, seriously, very disappointed!
