Floyds the man, thanks to him and his team my truck not only looks bad ass but sounds awesome. They did my CST lift sitting on 37 open countrys. The work and service was so great a year later they did my airbags, compressor air system and my train horns. I want to go anywhere else, I highly recommend going to Transonic customs A+ 👍🏻👍🏻

My stock radio went out and the dealership wanted $1500 to replace it. Mind you, the dealership didnt even take the time to look to see what was actually wrong with it.So, I decided to do a quick Google search and I found Transonic. Floyd at the shop has amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and honest. They took my radio out (on the spot) to determine if it actually needed to replaced, which is more than what the dealership did. AND they quoted me a fraction of the cost of what I wouldve paid. I highly recommend this place!!

They installed my breathalyzer. Customer service is excellent. The wait was long but expected. The customer service worker talked with me the entire time. I saw lots of people come in and out and everybody entering was pleased and satisfied. Great business.

This is a nice little place for your 4 wheel rig or a truck you looking to make nice. I would recommend to come here for parts or to get work done. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We just came here to get some bilstein shocks, but their work looks great. There are a lot of toys here to go offroading.

Brought my 2018 GMC Denali Hd in and was absolutely taken care of by these guys.. They informed me of different options and I ultimately decided on a CST 6” kit with American Force wheels. Shopped around a little and got by far the best service and definitely a fair price. Will return in the future for my next build!!

After finding them on Bak industries website went in and purchaed a MX4 cover for my 2016 Ford F-150. They had in stock and got me in and out within a hour. Great Service!

I got screwed on some tires here because they didnt know how to explain their financing. Floyd the owner told me he didnt understand it on a IG DM. They also put a leveling kit on and had to do the alignment four times and still didnt get it right. They claimed that other things were wrong on my truck instead of saying that their alignment guy was just eyeballing it.

Never again very unprofessional shop ordered something from them at offroad show never let me know how order was being processed had to call them multiple times to find out about order they bounced me around on phone and couldnt give me any straight answers about my order never called me back with answer about my order dont deal with them just a headache

Did not have a good experience here. Called about wheels they had for sale was told they were available. I told them Id be there with in 2 hours because i lived 2 hours away and was told to come. About an hour in a half in to it i get a text telling they sold them. When I called to talk to them and explain that I was on my way like we agreed I was told he had cash in hand and it didnt matter I couldnt wait for you because it was money in front of me. Yes never got to do business with them but would never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. They are only worried about money and then selves. They have no consideration for other or potential customers.
