I have been coming here for years but this place has gone downhill. I could not get tire service because I had a Mercedes and technician said the manager will not service when the last owner complained of a scratch rim that cost them. I told them why penalize all Mercedes owners? Its not an issue with me and offered to put that in writing but to no avail and had to take my business elsewhere.
I took my car for an oil change at this location since I was in the area and got the synthetic one. They are supposed to check your tire pressure and they put 33 to all four tires. I have a sensor for my tires and is showing a lot less than 33 wich means that they just put those numbers without checking the air pressure. Thats not professional and is very disappointing . I usually take my car to the Walmart autocare center in Santa Clarita and had never had an issue. But at this location employees are not doing their job. At least with my car. I wont trust them anymore this location .
Went for synthetic oil change and was told an hour and a half wait because there was 4 cars ahead of me. No biggie. Told him thats fine just please remember to reset the maintenance light and give me a new sticker so I know when my next oil change is. (Didnt do either, which I shouldnt even have to ask) anyways my tire light was on but I didnt say anything, I wanted to see if they would do anything. Not only did they not do anything but they lied and said all my tires were at 35. After they gave me the keys back (In 30 mins, 1 hour earlier than they said it would take) my tire light was ON. I went inside and complained. The technician checked all 4 tires in front of me and 3 of them were at 40! One was at 30. Remember they said all 4 were at 35. I should add, on the drivers door it said all tires are supposed to be at 33. All 5 of those lazy technicians were just standing there smoking looking around. They look like they hate their job and dont know what they are doing. (They actually dont, not just look it) also they said they couldnt vacuum because I refused/or there was stuff on the ground. I took this pic while the technician worked on my tires.... theres nothing on the floor. Everyone here is a lazy liar. I will never ever return here. Bummer since I used to go here for the last 8yrs.
Prices are good, service is asinine. Employee walks by while Im sitting down and notices me, says my car is ready. Then I gotta wait in line just to pay again to pay my bill. Waiting in line here is like anywhere else but extra long. There was a customer in front of me who had several visits in the past but they couldnt find his account so they had to call another store to figure it out. The point is, their operations in the automotive department is very inefficient. The rest of the store is fairly streamlined, such as self check out kiosks
Dont come to this place avoid problems please stay away from this bullcrap place
In their defense, I went in on a Friday afternoon. There were a few cars ahead of me, but nothing major - no time estimate was given, but about an hour later my car was still sitting where I’d left it, with new cars pulling in and getting serviced before my own. They’re definitely not the fastest, and some of the employees are a bit unpleasant.
Wow Ive never seen so many people complaining about car service and rude inept employees. I will skip walmart for car service thats for sure.
The mechanics are lazy at this store. I came for an oil change with 1 hour and 40 min left until they closed. There was just one car ahead of me and they said, were not taking anymore cause we wanna leave early tonight another time ive been there, many customers were waiting for oil changes and there was 1 mechanic working while 3 sat on the bench for nearly 40 min, maybe longer but I left.
They were very quick to change our tire in an emergency. Could use friendlier customer service but not rude or anything. Very affordable.
I come this Walmart because it’s close to my home to get my 4 vehicles oil change. It always takes a long time, but the prices are good so I wait. I came here on 7/28/2019 which is a Sunday at 6:30 am cuz they opened at 7am to be first. I got here and there was another customer here. We went inside to make sure we were first to check vehicles in. 7:15am rolled around and there was no one here, so I went to talk to the manager up front and was told that one tech was scheduled for 7:30am and the others was 8am. Say what! So in short the one tech that came at 7:30 couldn’t check us in and I finally got the managers to come to the department and see what was going on. They asked the tech that finally came and was able to check us in what time he was scheduled and he said 8am. Everyone including the tech was shaking our heads. The tech said this is every Sunday. The service manger picture is on the wall with no phone number. His name is John. The general manager from what I was told by an employee, is that he is not coming back for private reasons. This all falls on the service manager. If this has been on going then he needs to do a better job at making sure the customers are taken care of. Customers are not happy and from now on I will take my vehicles to the Walmart in upland and see if it’s any better. If you have other things to do in your day do not come here. Hope this helps and I hope Walmart will fix this problem. Cuz if not I’m sure amazon will start doing service on vehicles pretty soon lol.
It was actually a great experience he told me was initially going to take an hour and a half to get my car oil change so that was a little bit long to me but I figured I needed to get. I visited the Burger King that was local to the Walmart had some breakfast but I talked to a friend or walk down to the mens department where I purchase some socks and by the time I was done with my purchase of socks my car was ready for pickup it only took about 30 minutes.
Usual Walmart variety, some items not here today. App is tedious in line.App problem was mine. Fixed by adding a credit card. Fastest checkout!
I had to wait Abit longer then expected but Im happy with service. Actually customer service was very good.
The only problem Ive ever had here has been one worker not knowing know how to reset my cars maintenance notice. Other than that, its been fine for years straight.
Entire auto staff acts like they hate their jobs and are seriously so rude! I have been there over a dozen times for things from oil change, flat tire, new tires on an suv, change a tail light, etc. and every time, I cant help but feel like an inconvenience and as if the workers just want to go home! Its sad to deal with such miserable staff!

I called to have service on my truck . when I got there they had a long line employees have no knowledge in customer service. After about 45 minute wait in line they told me they stoped taking vehicles to be serviced 2 hours before closing since they only had 1 mechanic. Ugh!
Should be zero stars but yelp wont let you do that.Most incompetent, lazy, and inconsiderate Auto Service team on the face of earth! After about a 1 hour wait I have someone inform me that they dont have a tool necessary to do an oil change on my 2017 Chevy Malibu, not exactly a rare car.I then make the mistake of saying you can still rotate my tires right. I then get to watch my car sit there for 40 minutes without anyone working on it.Would rather pay 200x more money than bring a car to Wal-Mart ever again!
Very Bad service. For Oil change, I’m using Mobil 1 -0W20 which is used in all Toyota, Honda and Nissan cars. They charge me $15 more because it isn’t in the floor and they did pick-it up from inside the store. They insist not to put it in the floor even if it’s popularly used. Very Slow, I waited 2 hours waiting for assistant manager to come and check only for oil change work. Waiting another 2 hours for the tire rotation to be done and give me the car by the end super dirty specially tire rims. Not recommend Walmart service for anyone.

I had a full sysnthic oil change done and 2000 miles later the oil was black and thick. They either didnt change it or put a conventional oil and charged me for full systhetic. Never trust your car here
Its like any other Wal-Mart you find what you need staff is some what helpful, undercover security follows you every where if your in there with a stroller....
I actually give this 0 stars...1 star because its by default. Went for an oil change...sat in my car for 15 min, they didnt even acknowledge I was there....customer service here is a joke...the times I have gotten oil changes, they leave a mess...where do they find these people?
The guys working here are unskilled and sloppy. I brought my tire in off vehicle to get a warranty repair. First off, the road hazard warranty is a joke -- never again! The guys here plainly told me they didnt want to warranty it because it was a lot of trouble, and they were busy. I had to insist on a manager just to get service. When I finally talked to a manager, and they agreed to do the work the guy in the bay measured the old tire wrong. He took it down from 6/32 to 3/32 so I barely had any credit whatsoever. I know this because I was sent from the Upland store where they didnt have the replacement in stock. So I tell the guy to show me how he measured it. He was reading the tire gauge wrong, and he didnt even know where to check the lines on it. By that time I had been there hours, and it had beat me down. Instead of asking for a manager again and waiting yet another hour, I opted to just take the replacement with the minimal $10 credit and bail from this dump. What it taught me is not to buy tires from this dump. Ever. I got ripped off!

I got here at 11:45pm and this African rentacop who admits he just works here claims the store is closed but cant tell me what time it closed. Just in front of him, theres a sign that clearly states that the store closes at 12am but he dont know, I just work here. I know my watch isnt off because there were several other customers being locked out with me.Frankly, I was not in a confrontational mood but this rentacops dismissing attitude and ineptness bothered me.Then a lady in actual Walmart uniform comes to talk to us but literally just repeats what the rentacop said. Not much help to either the rentacop nor us there, lady.Sadly, I thought I got a picture of both of them but they were too blurred.Cmon Walmart, get your facts and hours straight and seriously, hire some more competent employees.
Good job, oil change done in about one hour without appointment. Went shopping in the meantime.

This place is a nightmare. Went to get my tires rotated and got a new tire and this idiot doesnt even no how to fill tires with air.OMG never again!!!

Honestly, there are nice people here who are doing their jobs as well as others who may seem rude and sarcastic. Still, I believe that the latter should not be representative of the whole crew at this auto center.
Went last night to change 3 tires with one car already in front being worked on. I was there for almost 2 and a half hrs. I noticed they took a longer time with my front tire. To my surprise this morning its on a flat. Ive never waited this long for a tire change in my life.
