Thanks for the fast and excellent service. I planned to go with another company but the customer service dwindled before I could complete the purchase of my tires. I went in Monday morning and they had the tires by that afternoon. They replace the tires and completed the alignment the next morning while I waited. It was hassle free and best of all I saved almost $200 compared to the other co.

I called around town looking for tire places who had black wheel weights for my black wheels. I just needed to have tires I bought elsewhere mounted on wheels that I was dropping off. ATD was the only place I called that had black wheel weights, and their price was reasonable. When I arrived, Dominick greeted me and asked to look at the wheels. He was concerned that their tools might scratch the wheels so he asked his installer who said no problem. When they went to balance the wheels, they took the time to call me to ask about the center caps because they were afraid they might break. I appreciate them taking the time to be careful and to check vs just bashing the caps like I’ve had happen elsewhere. Overall a very good experience. I’ll be back!

These fellas here are great guys. I came here for an alignment and they found out I had bad control arms and even took me out to the garage to show me the issue. They could have been a bad shop and did the alignment and take my money which wouldn’t have fixed the alignment on my car because of the bad control arms.They were able to replace the control arms for me and gave me further information on my cars issues. I was personally going to replace my shocks and struts and they offered to do them at a decent labor price. I highly recommend these guys. Great shop and great with communication and showing the customer what the issues are

After looking for a while, I had a friend recommend I go here. Their prices were amazing and the service was top notch. I’ve already recommended it to two of my friends and will continue to sing their praises.

Had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helped me to find great tires for my car although the ones I had found on the website were not available but that’s not the fault of the retail location. They had my car ready in a reasonable amount of time even though they were understaffed in the morning.I would give them my business again.

I do not recommend This Tire company At all, It’s located at 11951 Foothill Blvd. in the city of Rancho Cucamonga 1 1/2 years ago I bought four tires for $500, unfortunately my grandson lost the paperwork so when we went in to get a rotation they gave us nothing but problems, then he went in with a nail in his tire and practically had to beg them to put air in it because the tire was completely flat they told him they couldn’t help him. He went back the next morning to get a new tire and instead of $100 it is now $160 because they don’t have him on file, you would think they could look us up on a Vin number or our address or our phone the person who sold us the tires did not input our information and now all we get is the runaround I hope the owner of this place is reading this because we are not happy. Tire Depot, Next time I know where to go and it won’t be here.

Id gone all over town on a Saturday afternoon trying to find a place that could patch a flat- I had a long drive ahead that I could not do on the spare. The competition across the street said to try American tire depot, and fortunately the gentleman at the desk got it taken care of even though they were busy. I sat down prepared to wait for hours not realizing I came in right before closing time and they had it done FAST. Super grateful for that 🙏 Ill go there again if Im in the area

I went to AMERICA TIRE DEPOT because they had a sale on tires. Buy 3 get 1 free. I was first quoted over the phone for my tires $468.98. Then when I went to get the tires I was a bit short of money to be able to buy all 4 tires. So when I told the sales representative that I would only be able to buy just 2 tires, he said let me see what I can do for you to help you to be able to buy all 4 tires. He cut me a very good deal for all 4 tires. I ended up spending $323.81 for all 4 tires. I also explained to him that a competitor had a sale with their tires, which was buy 2 and get 2 free. I showed him their quote and he beat their price by $60. I bought my tires and saved over $174.77 on my tires. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get tires to go to AMERCA’S TIRE DEPOT. They have excellent customer service and the installation of my tires was done within 1 hour. I’ll always go to AMERICA’S TIRE DEPOT for my tires from now and forever. Thank you for helping me with my tire purchase and I will always recommend your service to all of my friends and family.

First, a number of years ago before I had ever done any business with American Tire Depot, they proved to me they are truly a customer service organization. A few years ago I happened to find a nail in the tread portion of one of my tires. I knew they had opened a store in Rancho Cucamonga so I decided to check them out. They repaired the tire at no charge. A short time later I had a similar issue. Again, no charge. From that point on I have been using them as my tire store and my oil change store. They continue to provide great service and excellent prices for the services I have needed.

Did a good job. Highly professional. Fees and stuff will get you. But I liked that they weren’t overly aggressive in getting “recommended” Maintenance or repairs like other shops are. They are busy tho and seem short handed. But they do an overall good job. Best price I found for some pirellis. Try em out

I got a flat on the way home from work today so I called AAA to put my spare on then drove to American Tire Depot. It was around 4:00 pm on a Friday I needed to have 2 nails removed from my tire, the spare taken off and my repaired tire replaced on the vehicle. The manager came out to talk to me, checked the tire to be sure it could be repaired and told me that there were 3 customers ahead of me and they close at 6 but, he would make sure that I was taken care of tonight. The team did a good job keeping their word and I was back on the road before 6 pm. I had a couple of a stops to make on my way home so I didnt notice that they neglected to give me my spare tire back. I guess I will have to go back down there in the morning to take care of that. The rating would have been 5 stars if not for that mishap. Check them out if you need tires just make are they return your spare. Lol

I had the best experience with the American Tire Depot. I really did not believe that my flat tire would be repaired for free. Much to my surprise it really happened. Not only that it was done in a timely manner. I asked how they can do this, the reply was when you need something else done on your car youll remember and bring it here. Everyone was extremely friendly. I received a phone call advising me my tires weren’t in yet and wouldbe in later that day. That kept me from waiting at the store unnecessarily. Dominic assisted me when I arrived and was great! He was very helpful and did it all with a smile!! GREAT SERVICE!

Called just now and spoke to someone name Jeffery. I asked him if they had a specific tires for my car he said no they don’t sell used tires I asked him if they had any new ones in stock and he no we don’t carry the wheels….I said no some places have to order the tire in do you guys have the tire I need I need a new tire because mine is flat he then said yeah bring it in……how can I bring in a car that’s on a flat……. I don’t think he understands what I was asking for so for that I didn’t want to waste the time of going in and having to deal with that.

Wouldnt recommend. Called and talked to rocky who informed me I purchased the hazard warranty but was a bit hesitant to tell me to bring the car in. 1 minute later he called me back and told me he wasnt doing hazard warranty that day, seemed really odd. So I asked him when was I able to take the car in? With a weird tone he said go ahead and bring the car in. If you buy hazard warranty, they will look for any excuse not to cover the warranty. If you get an alignment here, double check their work because your car will not go in a straight line. Sincere recommendations, go somewhere else as I will.

Not a good experience. I came for a patch for one of my tires, and they didnt fix it correctly, i had to come back again on the same day as the same tire was losing pressure. The guys are filthy and their hands are black with dirt or whatever, they dont put a protective paper to sit on the car or wear gloves to handle the steering wheel, i thought that was standard. I know this service is for free, but man....do a good job!

I bought 4 tires back in December and one of them had a bubble in it. I called early on Tuesday. They did not have my tire in stock and said they would order it and it would be here the following day. I made an appointment for 8:00 Friday morning. When I arrived no tire had been ordered. The manager Brandon was very rude. He told me they would go pick it up and that they would not be able to start working on my car until 8:30 anyways as they have to put all their tires out. I was not told that when I made the appointment. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. If they would have been professional about this, It would have made things better. I WILL NOT be coming back when I need new tires.

This time I got a massive bolt on my front passenger tire came in right before work dropped it of since at work si close at Best Buy and before lunch I got a call it was ready!! I brought my Subaru 2020 WRX in to get a wheel swap and I stall new tires to fit the wheels. The guys hear were able to beat any price I could find. These guys went above and beyond. From the manager, sales (Nathan), and guys in the shop (Jesus). I had a broken sway bar end link that pushed and bent my tie rod. I got my sway bar end links fixed at another shop. I came to these guys to get an alignment. They showed me how bend my tie rod was. They called the manufacture that makes my lift to get a part I needed. I would recommend these guys to anyone

After initially not locating a leak, the manager made a suggestion to the employee working on my daughters vehicle and was able to locate the problem. I would not recommend this place to do any major work to your vehicle. On 8/24/2020 Americas Tire Depot inspected my truck because I notice my brakes were sticking and had a kick back in the brake pedal. They notified that I need to replace 5 brake lines, 2 rear calipers and a brake master cylinder. I did not get it done on 8/20/2020 because I was short on funds, i did pay for the brake check which cost $130.On 09/30/2020 I brought my truck in to get the work done. Took it at 9am and did not receive until 6pm. I ask the salesperson if my truck was going to be ready by 3pm because I had to be at work at 5:30pm and if it was not to please let me know so I can call off or find a way to get to work. This is unfortunate because I am working. 2 jobs to make ends meat. I got off my 1st job at 2pm and headed to see my truck, I have not received a call. When I got their they told me my truck was not ready and if they can give me any update. The salesperson told it may or may not so I waited until it was done. So I did buy my own parts so they can install. I bough my own because my part time job is at auto zone and I can get my company discount. Around 4:30pm the told me that I got the wrong master cylinder. I manage to find one and took a Lyft to pick it up. My truck was done around 6:30pm we went for a test drive and the mechanic did advise me there was a small kickback but my brakes were not sticking. I paid $622 dollars for my labor, I drove my truck and and it felt the same as I left it before. I plan on taking and see what excuse they are going to give me. But I hope they are professional to help me out. Another thing that bother me was when the salesperson was getting me ready to charge me a mechanic was next to him and in Spanish said “ holly molly that is how much you are going to make?” Mechanic did not know I spoke Spanish and salesperson made sure he did not go on. They also lost my hub cap and I did not notice until the next dayUpdate 9/5/2020I would definitely not recommend America Tire Depot for any kind of service to anyone. I went to America Tire Depot to let them know my brakes were not fix and the problem was the same as when I left it on 9/4/2020. They ask me if I was the one who left the negative review and I told Salesperson and Main Mechanic. That yes I did left a bad review. Unfortunately they were unprofessional about the whole matter. They did offer to fix my problem but when I ask about what time frame it was going to be done they did not have a respond. The only gentleman who was even helpful was a new employee who was only on the job for 5 days. The new employees ask the main mechanic about an estimated time my truck will be fix and the main mechanic completely ignore grab the parts and walked away. It was at that time I did not want my truck fix by America Tire Depot. I walked away for about 30 minutes and luckily they did not take my truck into the shop. I ask for keys and nothing was done. I felt the mechanic for being so upset he would not do a proper job.America Tire Depot business customers service rep did reach out to me through yelp and said that a district manager was going to give me a call. They also left me his phone number. I called the district manager twice and left one message, they did not ever return my calls.

I went to American Tire Depo in Rancho Cucamonga on walk in basis and had no problem. I was just to have a full synthetic oil change. They gave me thorough check up on my car. American Tire Depo found a leak on the rack and opinion of my car. They were able to fix it on reasonable price. I’m very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them on their service and price.

Very disappointed in this establishment. I waited 2 hours to get my 1 tire switched out and a new one placed on. I was there at 9:10 and did not leave till 11:20pm. This is not acceptable. If I had went down to Fontana to any tire shop this simple job would have been done in 15 minutes. These guys are in there listening to music, gossiping, not really doing much while customers are outside sitting on curbs, benches, WAITING long hours for a simple tire change. Come on guys! Be efficient, get stuff done in a timely manner, this is not impossible to do. Not to mention the fact I was charged $179 for 1 China tire plus install. I’m not even really mad at that though just more mad at the ridiculous wait times.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing rims and tires. I dealt with Thomas and picked the rims and tires with him on the 23rd of December and he assured me they would be ready to be put on as of the following morning. I let Thomas know I had to head out of town by 1:45pm and he let me know it wouldn’t be a problem. The next morning I still hadn’t heard from them after they had been open for a while so I called them around 10am. Thomas let me know that the tires and rims were in and that it would be top priority if I brought it in right away. I rushed to the shop only to realize that my tires were never even ordered at all as “they got lost in the shuffle”. He apologized but let me know they were being ordered right then and there and they would be here first thing Saturday 12/26. I never heard from them so I went ahead and called first thing and they let me know they had the tires BUT we wouldn’t be first priority, again not being able to get us out of the shop by the time we needed the car back. We finally were able to bring the car in on Monday 12/28 and dropped the car off at 10am. I’m currently standing in the lobby at 6:10pm and my car is still up on a lift. Not only that but when I walked in, my phone asked me if I wanted to connect to my Bluetooth which means my car is on and they are actively using it for music. Apparently, according to another employee here, Thomas removed my car from being a priority which is why I’m currently still standing here awaiting my car to be brought back. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism and I will highly advise anyone looking for new tires or rims to NEVER come here.

Do not bring your vehicle here, instead go to Americas Tire. This location does not value the customer at all. I needed a nail removed from my tire and the tire plugged. This was 30min before they closed. The told me that their employees are already on overtime and would not be bothered to help me. They told me to take my vehicle to pepboys instead. This was at 5:30pm and this location closes at 6pm. Their vehicle bay had no other cars in it as well. They would rather see a loyal customer drive away on a tire going flat rather than take 10-15min to make a customer happy. If they dont value the customer, I will make my future purchases at Americas Tire.

Although I had pleasant experience I do have to say it took a long time for my car to be done. There was a lot of gathering around talking more than there was working!!!

NEVER will I buy tires here! They have the worst customer service! I bought a set of new tires this year here and I have had constant problems with my tires. I bought the warranty! I have had to come back several times. I always have nails in my tires and my sensor comes on every month. They make you wait hours to patch their tires. This is just not right! I have learned a lesson. I will be going to Costco for my two vehicles next tires!

Bought windows wipers for my car today, they had them in stock and did not charge me for them to put it on, I thought was very good, im on a budget, the blades didnt cost so much like the last pair I got, I dont remember when I bought them but it was costly, the representative was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

These guys helped me not have a mental breakdown about my car, and managed to cheer me up while getting my new tires put on fairly quick! Will def be returning (:

Francisco at American Tire Depot in Rancho Cucamonga is the best. Set me up with 4 tires and front/back alignment. I made an appointment and the tires I chose were not in stock. Francisco was able to give me a comparable brand and price them the same as the initial brand that I selected. American Tire Depot will always try to give you a reasonable deal where youre happy and satisfied.

This place is absolutely a scam job on their warranties, taking advantage of kids, beware of this place. Management was rude and no help. I’ll never buy from them again.

Really disliked my experience with them. Went for 4 new tires at 10:40am. At 1230pm my car went inside and lifted up. By 230pm my car was in the air but not touched, so i talked to the guy at the front and he gave me the usual, were short staffed but your car is next. At 300 i had to talk to them again because my car was still not touched, so the front desk guy asked one of his techs to work on mine. Finally he got the job done, and my car was off the lift. I went to the counter again and the first guy said that the mechanic had to bring the paperwork. 15 mins later and the mechanic still hadnt brought the paperwork. I talked to another guy at the counter and he quickly talked to the tech and told him to get my car out. The tech then told him in spanish that my battery died. Battery which i purchased brand new less than 3 months ago, meaning they left the ignition switch on the whole time. The counter guy stayed with him and got me my keys and i was out by 4pm.5 hours and 20 minutes. I was in a hurry so I didnt check if they put the good rear tires in the trunk like i asked them. The counter guy wrote on the techs paper to put them in my trunk. Well, they werent in there and I am not planning on going back to waste more time with them.And to make matters even worse, now I need to go to the dealer to get the security code for my radio since they let my battery go out.Very bad experience. I feel bad for the counter guy that helped me because his hands were tied. It was all up to the lazy mechanics that did not feel like working. I watched them the whole time and they were just milking the clock.

This was my first time here. I had came in for one tire. I wanted to see if my tire was salvageable. The man at the front desk had taken my tire right away. After about two hours waiting, a nice employee had asked me what I was waiting for. I Told him about my tire that I had been waiting two hours already to hear something. The employee said “oh my God, let me check on that for you.”Turns out the man at the front desk never put me in the system. I wonder if the nice employee had never asked me, would I have ever gotten serviced. I just wish the man at the front desk would have better communicated. I got there at 1:48pm left just before 5pm. All for just one tire.

Got 4 new tires yesterday! I was referred to American Tire Depot by two people who said they were The Best. They were not wrong! Went in, mid--day, no appointment, and Al, took great care to find me the best tires at the lowest price! Said it would be about 2 hours. I waited in the air conditioned waiting area and was called after only an hour and a half. The best part, beside the great prices and fast, friendly service, was that they were not judgey that I waited well beyond a year to replace my very bald tires! Go see Al! You wont be disappointed!

This is an establishment you can trust. The staff is friendly and they will take the time and explain what you need. Get a price from your existing mechanic and I’m 99% sure they’ll beat the price. These guys deserve the 5 star rating. They have been taking care of several of my cars for years and I have been happy with their work. I used to prefer to always work on my cars but life has become more busy. After several places I found them to do a great and honest job

I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla to get new tires and an alignment today. I called around 1 to get a quote. They had given me a price that I thought was a little high at first and I told them other quotes I received and they beat those prices immediately and earned my business. Took the car in at 3 and it was finished around 4:30. They did a great job on the work and the representative, Angel, was great. Very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was very upfront and honest which does not happen a lot in this business. I will gladly take my other vehicles to him in the future.

Jacob the manager and his whole crew were amazing. They gave me a great price and got my car in quickly and had me back on the road in less than an hour. They were all so kind and made me feel like family. I really appreciated Jacob taking the time to listen to the kind of tire I needed for the area we are moving to which is very different than California and then find me the perfect tire that fit those needs.
