They lie to you and exaggerate things to scare you. My 2010 Corolla has a dirty throttle body air intake valve, on code reader it says air intake valve has issue, the owner told me he’s gonna take the engine apart to see what’s wrong with it. I took the throttle body valve out and cleaned it, problem solved. Later my brake was making noise, went in for a brake inspection, told me front brakes are completely worn off and need to change, went to ramona tire, told me front brake pads are only 20% worn. Fake high rating!!!!!!!!!

The catalytic converter was stolen from our car for the 2nd time. We decided to use a different repair shop and chose Quality Auto. Spoke with Oscar about the car, had it towed in and he had the part by that night.Last time it took the other repair show 6 weeks to get the part.

I was greeted very nicely as soon as I entered the front door. I was them helped very quickly by the gentleman working at the register. I was then told that it would only take 20 minutes to have my car checked. Usually it takes at least an hour anywhere else I go to have me car checked, so I was pleasantly surprised. Basically, fast and quality service by friendly people. Highly recommend.

Dishonest. Be careful. They will change a lot of parts without your approval. Even though those parts were still in good shape. They do not know how to properly diagnose the problem and just try to replace as many parts as they can.

I needed to get my car smogged. I picked this place through yelp. I’m glad I did! They were very fast, very pleasant, Very efficient! Nice location, right next to 7-Eleven, if you need a drink, but like I said, they were so fast. I will bring my car and other cars back here for sure!

I’ve been coming here for all services on my 10 yr old BMW for past couple years. Very honest service. Excellent price. Just got serviced again for routine oil change & to have this weird engine noise checked. I was nervous that the diagnose gonna be some outrageous issue with some astronomical price that would put me in the poor house. But, no, the weird noise was simply from low engine fluids that need to reload. The final fees $84!!! I’ve found my forever mechanic! Thank you Mike & your awesome mechs.

The worst place to take your car, I visit this place for a lights problem in my car they gave me the diagnosis and the price to repair it, Im accept and at the end of the work they tried to charge me more money and the worst thing is that my car was not even repaired told me that the part they replaced was not what caused the problem, I just wasted my time and my money I recommend you be very careful when you take your cars to this place

Called they open early 7am, beat the heat meet Osar he got my info and assessed my situation. Called and got me the best possible deal and fixed my van. Very good service, I only had van fixed yesterday, will be going on trip next week, we shall see how it works out.

This is a great little shop I go to for quick service. For me honesty and respect for my time is key. I go in and Im out in thirty minutes, and there are no surprises

Real ripe off, u take coupons that they dont used. They end up charging you labor, parts, recycling and fee and tax so if u have a oil change coupon that says 18.99 you will pay 44.95 plus other.

These guys were super informative and very polite. The clerk even went though the smog check with the women in front of me and explained the readings. I was very impressed with his demeanor and customer service. This is the place to go for smog/ service.

I have very long Commutes for work. And I was in a serious need of A break job on my Car. My car was making really loud Noise when I break. Took my car in and the level of Service and Professionalism was outstanding, The Owner took me back to my car and me and Showed me that i need new tires my tires were so worn out I could had had a fatal accident, later we discussed different options. Oscar that runs the business was vary nice. Had a plug blow out of the cylinder head. Had put a new insert in to hold the plug in place with a vary reasonable price.

I sent my car in for a diagnosis since it would not turn over without cranking 10 to 12 times before starting. I was charged $180 for the diagnosis and to clean my throttle body. The problem persisted and it took it to another mechanic to find out it was the mass air flow sensor and had nothing to do with the throttle body. $180 thrown in the trash can:(!!

Recently took my BMW to Quality Auto for the services and brake change !! Everything was done the same ! The service was unbelievably amazing ! Not to mention the great deal we got for everything !!! I would recommend everyone and anyone to go in to Quality Auto !! You can’t go wrong there !

I was referred here by a friend since i was new to California and i love it! I dont go anywhere else and also recommend it to others! Reasonable prices, and my fave is the staff. Super friendly and family oriented. They do any car really from my little toyota corolla to my Broker’s Bentley and Lambo :]

While this place might be fine for basic oil change or brake jobs, I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them. I brought my car in when an oil pressure warning light came on. They assured me it was only a sensor and my car was perfectly fine to drive. They replaced the sensor for $250 but that began just the beginning of my issues. Over the next couple months, they proceedesd with a series of repairs totalling over $2500 including replacing my head gasket without even doing a pressure test on the cylinders. (Basically malpractice) with each repair, my car ran well for a day or two, then seemed almost worse then before. Every mechanic I have taken it to since, has pointed out what poor work this mechanic has done. Im now looking at almost $2000 just to get another mechanic to make my car right, including repairing a lot of things quality automotive did. If you love headaches, this is the place to go.

Great customer service! Very helpful.I had a check engine light from a EVAP leak from a previous accident that my insurance supposedly repaired, but days after the repairs the check engine light came on. I took my car to Quality Auto and they ran a diagnostic for the EVAP system and found the leak that was never repaired and gave me an estimate for the repairs. They even took the time to write up a report for me to show to the insurance company for the repairs they were suppose to do and never did. And their cost for the EVAP diagnostic was by far the cheapest around by like $40.00.Great people! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the place to go. It’s hard for a women to find a great auto repair shop. Was recommended by my boss to go here. Oscar, Carlos, and everyone there made sure I was well taken care of. So professional, explained everything, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Such a relief. I will be back for sure with my kids cars. My coworker went right after me and had the same experience.
