It is very refreshing to visit an establishment and feel comfortable and that the people you are doing business with are being transparent. Tony was very warm and thorough in his explanation of the repairs that my vehicle needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I not only understood the work that he was going to do but also to allow me to make the decision and not force the most expensive option on me. I ended up going with the more expensive option because I trusted Tony, but it also made the most sense because his prices were considerably less than other places I called. Excellent service and reasonable pricing! The owner is very friendly and makes sure youre taken care of. He not only explained what was wrong with my car, he showed me so that I could easily understand it. Truth be told... I havent gone to a mechanic in 3 years because its hard to find a trustworthy/affordable place. Rancho 1 Auto is now the only place Ill take my vehicles.

My truck had an issue while driving on the 10fwy to go camping with my son. (1hr away from home) Tony was honest and wanted to start with small repairs first before we see if its a bigger issue. That is what a honest person does. He warned me it could be a big item but genuinely was hoping it wasnt. Tony is great, and I was Lucky to come to his shop.

Tony is great, I have an order car that needed a lot of work, he saved me about 20% less than other places but the best thing is Tony does the work himself which no other places do. Tony had my pick up truck for 2 months repairing 2 doors that did not open, a driver window and replace front driver seat. He stop texting me when a part was needed, we had to keep going by his shop to see if any more parts were needed since I was supplying all the parts and the last part he needed he never called us we found out when my boyfriend went by the shop to check on my truck. When truck was finally ready he doubled the price on me so unfair, I will NEVER go back. I called the police (non emergency call) and got a case number. In my opinion he is not a honest man when it comes to business.

Tony has been working on all my cars for years, Ive never been even close to disappointed with his work. Whenever I have a car problem or a repeated issue, Tony really goes further then needed to make sure Im taken care of.

DO NOT come here, this guy will either damage parts on your car, or lose parts, such as body clips, tubes or screws or bolts, and he will take a long time doing the choppy repairs and overcharge you for the terrible work he does, he did my 2007 Toyota Corolla, and I heard my engine idling over 3000 RPMs and the bumper and other parts were loose after I brought it to him, I called him 4 weeks after leaving my car with him, and asked him when it was going to be done, and he used this very mean aggravated voice to me like I did something wrong, ALSO, the environment is VERY DIRTY, HE IS A JUNK COLLECTOR WITH CARS PILED UP OUTSIDE HIS PLACE THAT SAT FOR LIKE 10 YEARS OR MORE, I repeat do not come here, and go somewhere else!
