Must be under new management came here for a year and got some of the best customer service until recently.Was denied a purchase of non-alcoholic items just because a member of my party was underage, I would’ve understood if I had bought alcohol but I was just buying a stick of gum, called management over and was told that my party member wasn’t even allowed inside the store because they where under the legal age, yet while I checked online it stated that a parent or guardian with a minor is totally fine, but, the manager was just bending the rules to just block me from getting my gum.Also while on the floor I was looking for a certain item and asked a member of the store for help, as soon as I asked my question I was ignored and told a simple and flat “no”.Only positives of this spot now as of 9/19/21 are prices and only prices, if shopping please bring a map to find whatever your looking for.

Gotta love Total Wine! They have excellent prices on all kind did alcohol products. They also have an unbelievable variety of products available, I never run out of options for trying new stuff. Gave a 4 out of 5 for the coupons and the rewards redemption. The coupons make you hunt for specific brands and the redemption of earned money has never flowed easily. The last few times I had $5 cash back and I couldnt redeem because I didnt have the email, I wanted to use my number. With the constant barrage of emails, we shouldnt be required to save them all to redeem our cash rewards.

First time customer here. Have always gone to bevmo or local liquor stores. Wish I tried this place sooner. Has better prices on almost everything. I like the informative tags placed on the shelves, they led me to try a tequila Ive never tasted before. Hope they open a location in or closer to Riverside soon.

Honestly had a very good time of visiting the store I live up in Victorville so unfortunately we dont have a store quite like this so I had previously ordered ahead the brands and beverages that I wanted and although I had planned to pick it up a few days from then the order was already ready within a day and was actually very nice to go down and pick it up a little bit early.Pickup process is actually pretty straightforward and everything was already packed neatly I very much appreciated that as well as treated myself to a few extras why going back to the store and getting them.

Not as mind-blowing as the one in Palm springs but certainly a huge step in the right direction from your typical BevMo. Incredible selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, competitive prices. Always impressed by their hard-to-find goodies. Wish they increase their stores so I can have one closer to my neighborhood.

Lots of Awesome selections. They carry variety of expensive Tequilas. Lots of inexpensive wines, tequilas, & lots more. Staff are helpful & nice. Clean & organized. I enjoy going there & taking my time on looking on the new accessories. I would definitely go back to take their monthly classes & wine tastings.

I absolutely love Total Wine. The people who work here are always so wonderful, helpful, friendly, and give great customer service. The manager Darryl and Assistant manager Mike are wonderful too. They always go out of their way to assist you. They have a large variety of items. You can even special order items. I highly recommend it. And the prices are extremely reasonable, Im cheaper than BevMo.They have great sales sometimes too. This is where you should go to buy all of your wine and alcoholic beverages.

Always a friendly staff and clean, organized store. Nice selection of bourbon/whiskey which I love. Also they put a limit of 1 on highly allocated and sought after bottles of bourbon which gives more people a chance to try something special.

They have so much alcohol here anything u can think of they have it and I found my peach moonshine which is delicious

Love this store! Been to several locations even different states. Every store Ive been to has been so amazing. This store was very well stocked plenty of space to shop without being too close to another customer. While shopping we had an employee check in on us and see if we had questions a few times. While checking out, I had some questions and the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommend to shop at this store whether its online or in store.

Excellent selection for all price ranges, from $5 to $3000. The associates are very helpful and their app shows you where in the shelves things should be (or close enough to same time). Every product has a small description besides the price so you dont have to pick up every bottle and read the flavor profile on the back

This review is through the eyes of a Canadian from Ontario. First impression when walking in was... Mind freaking blown!! We have nowhere near the amount of selection thats available here. Even with our crappy dollar its still cheaper lolNow the actual review. The staff greeted us warmly as we walked in, and also while we were exploring the store. We were asked on a few occasions if we needed any assistance which was nice. The prices in comparison to other US prices are real or better than other outlets. They also price match as a few posted prices indicated. Well be coming back here again...and again...and again 🤑Cheers

Total Wine has the most variety drinks... I gotten a fine Peruvian Pisco $36.99, good for a gift, and Zacapa 23 Solera $39.99, the best price in the market.

They have pretty much everything you can think of alcohol wise. Im new to the whiskey world & enjoying a drink now & then. All the employess are very nice, helpful & knowledgeable! Great customer service!... The way it should be!...Be well & God bless yall.

The name says it all. Beers from all over the world. Distilled spirits like nowhere else, tequilas, rums, vodkas and whiskeys of all type and country. And then the wine, all displayed horizontally in bins as it should be. (not like Bev **, sorry guys). I found a favorite Cabernet I wont name because I have to go back and buy their remaining stock. Im sure you can find one you like equally well.

Wow! true to lt’s name you can get just about everything you need here. Found ‘Smithswicks- Irish red ale I discovered recently when visiting Hollywood.

Checking out at register and of course got id checked no problem, im of age but cuz I went in with a sister that isnt I was refused at the register, its never happened to me before, weve came in with no issue before, I noticed I was getting followed around the store by another employee as well, which again has never happened, we came in speaking Spanish, I honestly believe I was discriminated and refused service because of this, with any other employees on shift its never happened. Never coming back here.

Used to be a good place. No the staff, not all, will lie to you. Tell you straight to your face that theres nothing good but hide the goods behind the counter. Totally different vibe to the other stores and just feels shady. I dont give them most of my business anymore...

Out of the big name liquor stores in Southern California this is the best one. Its better then bevmo hands down, no argument there. They dont have super hard to find things I feel as though if you dont have a good liquor store near home Id travel about 30ish min to get here as they are usually near other shopping areas. But Im tapping out at about 30 min to get here. This is no hightimes wine cellars but its definitely worth a check out for its decent pricing. Definitely a solid 4/5 stars for sure. Great place for everyday sippers and some easier to get higher end varieties.

We wanted to try something new in wine to increase our palate. What a great experience, the wine guru representative was available to assist right on the spot. We like sweet (fruity) and not bitter, and it was recommended that we try the Witching Hour. This wine is smooth but not that fruity. Although we didnt care for the wine choice we look forward to returning to the adult beverage experience for more education and the great customer service.

Bought Opus One 2016 from here for my girlfriends birthday gift. Tasted amazing and she was so enjoy it.
