New to the area so this is my new stater bros spot and love it. Shopping center is clean and easy to find parking and curbside pick up here is a breeze. They had all my groceries organized and neatly packed and Stephanie was super pleasant loading up my car. Its simple things like nice customer service that will make this my grocery store for years to come.

Having shopping at Day creek since they opened. Never had a bad bad experience until today. At the deli counter there were 3 employees standing around. Had to ask for help. The clerk that helped me asked what l needed. Told her 1/2 lbs, had to stop her. She was busy taking and not paying attention. He placed the meat in a bag on the counter and walked away without saying one word. No thank you or do you need anything else. STRIKE ONE. Time 3:09pm at check stand 1. There were 4 employees hovering araround the r

Is anyone who runs this store paying any attention at all to the employees working in the deli? Had to walk away from the loser who made it his mission to mess with me over a simple request for meat at the deli counter. That kid needs to be fired yesterday. Someone at corporate needs to intervene in the running of this store and a manager needs to babysit that group. I see other reviews saying a similar thing - not shocked.

Prices are good sure... Staters is my favorite market... But employees are unhappy.... I can tell.... i feel for them... I hear them sometimes talking at the produce area or wherever... everytime I go I see new young faces... people cant live off barely 20 hours a week.

Really nice and much newer than most Stater Brothers. Well stocked in every aisle and cashiers were hustling and very nice.

The stater Bros mkt (200), in Ontario on Dry creek Blvd is overall excellent; particularly the quality meat section very impressive. . Mgr and meat section employees; possessed caring people skills and were very informative. Great management.

I always enjoy shopping at Stater Brothers. Base line and Daycreek store is great the Sushi its fantastic. Meat department has a great selection, Associates are very helpful. Bakery department has very nice selections of bread and pantries. Its bigger that regular stores.

Once I saw a man walk out of the store with about 100 dollars of wine while the employees just stood there and watched.

I live nearby and this is my regular grocery store besides sprout. I just stopped by to buy gift cards $425 at different cards for my employees instead go to CVS. When I check out, the cashier Marcus had poker face to me and do the regular credit check to ask me the ID and credit card to show him..... That I completely understand.... but when I showed him, he even not paid attention and told me the LAST name different from credit card ... the credit card not match! He treated me like fraud person with discrimination attitude. After I told him he overlooked my first name on my ID as the last name.... then he just realized not even apologized and just process the transaction with poker face. I really don’t like his service ....It’s really bad feeling that made me feel that I can not afford such small amount for the gifts to my employees! 😱🤷‍♂️😡

Terrific service, great quality meat. Do Yo know that Stater Bros. Marquet is the only one that can marinated your meat for FREE!!!! YEAH FOR FREE. Even the one thats pack already. Chosse from rosemary, garlic, steak house etc. Delicious.

I love Stater Bros. And this store is my favorite in Rancho! I specially love the butcher shop where I can get big pieces of meat to smoke. Whole pork butt, cowboy rib eyes, etc. The store is always clean and fully stocked.

So far this is the best stater bros I have been to it is really big in side the deli, bakery, & meats all are in front to one side as you walk in the store its not crowded everyone is so friendly the isle are roomy even though I have to drive farther its worth it to me

When it comes to cakes, Ive been buying cakes here since they open and I tell you their taste um um um.... i got ulcer so my stomach is very delicate with acidity or sweet and spicy food .I hardly eat cake but from here, they can use butter, wipe cream n I believe sugar paste or something beside their taste, the looks, I done here any character u can think of cartoon, tv show, teams of any and look at this eatable portraits, when he was one to 19yrs, 6.5 tall, college student and the best for all the single ladies😎💥

This location on Day Creek has every item and service you can imagine. For bicycling shoppers there are multiple modern bike racks set in concrete near the store entrance and throughout the plaza. Also right at the Pacific Electric Bike trail crossing. Super convenient.

This store is new, clean, and the selection of inventory is great. I really wish they didnt get rid of the fresh orange juice machine that was in the back. Stumbled upon it one week and loved it but it was gone when I went to get more a week later. I think more people would have enjoyed it if it was more visible. Ralphs and Sprouts are closer to me and that OJ was what made me want to go a little further out of my way to do my shopping.

Found everything quick and easy. Great customer service! :)

I live very close to this Stater Bros. So I go here a lot. They have very friendly staff and always have the foods and other products like non food items in stock. I may get busy during major holidays. Especially Super Bowl, but the lines go fast. I go here after school to get a small snack and it is nice and peaceful. One time when I was there that makes this place amazing with its staff is one time, I was short on some cents, nut the cashier had spare change and paid the rest of the price. It was amazing that there are some good cashiers in this store.

The staff was going above and beyond on Thanksgiving eve. I was looking for an item that was not on the shelf and a employee went into the stock room to see if it was available. Unfortunately it was not. Thank you for taking a moment to look during a busy time.

The newest location on Day Creek and Baseline is great for the elderly and handicapped. There are plenty of employees to assist and lots of sit down carts are always available. The shelves are stocked and the meat, produce and deli departments are well stocked and clean. I love the produce department is well managed. No damaged or old fruit and vegetables in this store. The staff shows pride in this store 7 days week.

This is my favorite stater bros in the area. Staff is very nice and the store is maintained well. There is only one issue. I usually see pets/ emotional support animals in the shopping carts in the store. Service dogs are the only animals that are permitted in a grocery store, per ADA regulations.

I am rarely compelled to write a review, but the experience I had today made me take to Google. The market here was phenomenal. The associate, Joanna M, was the kindest person I have met during my three-month stay in California. She was kind and recommended things and didn’t bat an eye at the litany of toppings I was asking for. Great sandwich, great price, and great employees.

Even though there are three different grocery stores that are closer to my residence, I choose to drive a bit further in order to shop at this Stater Brothers!

I just ran into the store to pick up a couple things. It was busy but comfortable. I walked right up to the register and I was checked out quickly.This was GREAT, ESPECIALLY since its raining. I got in and out quickly now Im able to be home, comfy and cozy, drinking my hot tea and cooking our dinner while I finished watching the Dodgers : )

Quality food but it’s a bit expensive. All the employees seem to hang out at the front so it’s hard to find help when you’re searching through the isles. The organization could be a little friendlier for the busy mom. I fee as if I have to walk to two ends of the store to find things I need that should be right next to each other. I only come here for last minute items. I would recommends Ralph’s first

This is the closest Stater to my house and I dread coming here. The store is beautiful but the workers always seem to have attitude. Nearly every work here eyeballs you like a specimen. Id rather go to Ralphs which is farther down the street but worth it. They are always very nice.

Real shame because this is stock and selection wise the best Stater Bros in the area.However there are literally multiple people asking or demanding money in the parking lot at any given time. Some straight up ask, some give you elaborate lies and all get extremely rude and/or aggressive when you say no. And they will all ask you while following you to your car. Real close to just continuing to shop at other stores that dont have such a bad parking lot.

So much nicer than the other 2 in the area. Its worth the little extra drive. The staff are super friendly, the store is beautiful and the selection is fantastic.

It was crazy in there! I had never been to this Stater Bros before but it is the most aesthetically pleasing yet. Pretty well organized from what I could see. The staff had every checkout lane open and they were putting in work! Lines had a minimum of 6 to 9 folks waiting with carts. Hats off to all the employees during this hectic holiday season!

Was not a fan of Staters at all pre-virus but seeing how this location especially handled it and reacted to keeping things more “normal” through the chaos of this pandemic has impressed me greatly. Hats off to the managers and staff if this location.

I am very disappointed in this store. I bought a spiral ham today for dinner and after one bite realized the ham was no good. It had a sour taste. Ive made many hams through the years so I know it was cooked correctly. We planned on having this after my sons tball practice because theres no time to cook after. I contacted the store and all they could do was reimburse me for the ham. That doesnt help with the fact that I have a family to feed and its already late. I will not shop there again. Ill keep going to Ralphs right up the street.

Great location and usually great staff. But tonight the cashier was rude. Older white lady with red hair. She forgot to put some stuff in my bags and said heres your receipt, bye. And I didnt notice that, until I got home. :/ Staters usually has exceptional service, especially the cashiers. So bummed I paid for stuff I didnt even get.

Just dropped it one star. Always shopped at Stater and this place is nice, but the checkers are always talking to each other and ignore the customers. Excellent service and good quality products

Went to my favorite Staters this morning to get the last minute meat for todays festivities. I usually buy meat from the butcher but the butcher told me about the 10 burgers for 10 dollar special which was good as the meat behind the counter. Trusting him I said thankyou so much I will buy. So I bought.....big mistake. When we put the burgers on the grill they literally shrunk to slider size burgers. I was so upset and disappointed. I had buns that overpowered these little burgers and grown men I had to feedSo disappointed in Staters for advertising this meat and the butcher who I trust pushing it. I trusted my market and the men and women who sell their product. You disappointed my family on this 4th of July
