Would give this place a zero star if I could. They have lousy service and dont have anything they promote online to top it off they have a horrible attitude about when you ask about the items

Went to pick up my own birthday balloons, place was pretty helpful, ladies were quick i did have to wait a bit just because i walked in.however, i do recommend to call it in if you are getting balloons just to make it easier when picking up. Wait time is about 45 minutes.

Bad customer service. As a grieving parent who’s there to purchase ballons for their son’s first birthday in Heaven the last thing you need is to be treated rudely by employees & who also ignore you for a long time before acknowledging you standing there while they gossip

The assistant manager is very very rude and disrespectful. I would never want to come back to this store. They sell customers used for machines and try and lie and say they didnt. Liz is the supposed to be a assistant manager that talks to customers crazy and when I snapped back the female ran to the back. Pay attention to what you sell your customers before accusing them of using the product. Liz is very unprofessional and disrespectful Ill be calling corporate about this as well no one should have to be disrespected by a so called manager

Go look its over there somewhere. If you need it youll probably find it here... Because YOULL have to find it. Thats been my experience. Good place though to get party supplies because it seems like they have everything even though its not always the cheapest. Free wifi too.

A little disappointed with the quality of the item I went to purchase. I was looking for a cake stand and what they had was a flimsy plastic item that was not sturdy enough for the weight of a cake.

Messy and staff always looks bored. Not a bad experience but honestly not a good one either.

Horrible!!!!! I had to run to the store and get few items for a party. I walk in looking for very specific items, yet no sales associates to be found anywhere!!!! Once I found what I was looking for, it was too high and I couldnt reach, once again, no sales associates around to help !The line was long and they were clearly under staff

Came on a weekday afternoon service was slow and I paid and waited for the balloons to be filled while several other customers arrived. I had to wait for those customers then have my balloons filled. Took 30 minutes just toget the balloons filled.
