It’s hard to trust any salesman going into 2021 but I’m posting here to celebrate Joseph at the wireless center in the Rancho Cucamonga Costco. We live in Norco, but Joseph impressed us so much that we thought it was worth it to drive back the Rancho store to switch our carrier service. He genuinely had our best interest in mind. He was thorough as he explained our cell phone options. He was patient as he shared the details of the promotion. He didn’t talk “at” us. He made us feel comfortable and even more, confident in our decisions. He definitely knows his business inside and out and went the extra mile to double check his answers to our questions. He is the manager there and I observed his interaction with his staff. He is respected and he gives respect back. He even gave me his work cell number and answered my texts giving me direction on how to handle registering for our trade in refunds. I highly recommend using Joseph to help you with your cell phone carrier needs! Costco is better because Joseph is there.

Switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and let me begin with saying Ryan is the absolute best. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and we saved so much money monthly! We got a free tablet and he installed the glass protection for all of our phones. Phenomenal customer service. Make sure to ask for Ryan.

Costco has a 90 day return policy don’t let Joseph the manager, Cherae or Jacob lie to you. Just go to a legit Verizon. Telling customers they will lose their job if they transfer content.

Excellent service, Nataly helped us thru the whole upgrading and getting the best BOGO deal for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. She does make a great job.
