Ive been to a few Champs stores and this one is a whole vibe! The staff was very welcoming and took care of any needs I had. Very knowledgeable about the releases and products. Will definitely start to frequent this location. If I could I would give the them 5 stars twice!

Been shopping here since 2011 and the level of service has gone down significantly over the past year or so.They only appear engaged after you find a shoe or item youre interested in. The level of knowledge by staff about products is pathetic. Its time to retrain or hire new staff.

I came last weekend to this location looking for a present for my fiancé and Diana helped be through the whole process. I was impressed with her customer service. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

I do all my shopping online due to the pandemic but after driving by and observing the practices by the store, decided to go into shop and I wasnt disabled. Thanks to the store staff for maintaining a safe shopping experience.

Good variety of shoes and clothes

Awesome selection - although they didnt have my color in my size - I found something else at a great price. Wife didnt find anything, but we also got for my son... Great selection and good prices overall

I exchanged a pair of all black Nike for these and paid ten dollars more.

I had a good experience there, found some shoes for my wife and daughter. They just didnt have my size shoe in the color I wanted, but they quickly located another store with the size and color I was looking for.

I needed new basic Mexico 66s & ended up coming in here three times on my search. Shoe Biz actually designs their own limited edition Mexico 66 styles & I wanted one of those styles but they didnt have my size.

If I could give one star I would, I went in one hour before closing time I was helped by one employee she was very nice and helpful there was also a not so nice employee I was trying on shoes and I asked for a certain size and said “ no we don’t have that size” without even going to the back and checking she just had a attitude then I asked if she price matches and she said “ no we don’t we can’t change the price online” lol obviously she didn’t what price match means she just had a I wanna go home already attitude I just say if you don’t like or enjoy your job find another one !

Guest service needs improvement. Two associates one just standing there and another focus on organizing shoes. Took a long while for them to help.
