I just wanna thank them for printing my resume for me due to I had a job interview next door. I am not from the area and the closest print place would of made me late for the interview. Ill keep my promise that if I do get the position I will get Starbucks. Also took a minute to look at their prints and they are absolutely beautiful. This place does very good work. The end result is professional and meets all your expectations. I called them to get my companys logo made and they helped me to remake the logo to a higher quality finish. I am very satisfied how the logo turned out.The reason why I didnt give this place 5 Stars is because you have to call them and call them to get updates. They are not attentive when it comes to giving you updates or timelines. I didnt even know they were coming to install the logo until I called them to find out.

Such a refreshing business to work with. Great customer service! Working on a display and instead of just going with what I gave them they took time to give me their suggestions and expertise to have a better outcome. I gave them a rush job with an unrealistic turn time but they got it done for me. I would highly recommend them.

I was completely amazed when Gary told me that he could have my job done tomorrow, all the others told me itd be a week. I asked ok, whats that gonna cost to have it so quick? He was cheaper than the others too. He explained that he has some fancy machine in house and can bang it out instead of sending the job out to someone else.

I found Graphics Factory Printing on the web site under best printing price in Rancho Cucamonga. I called and Gary was very friendly, informative, precise. He instructed me how to send my file for printing. I must say the quote was by far LESS than the other 3 printing companies I called. Im excited to be using Graphics Factory Printing as my new source for printing, banners, and my business needs.

This place is amazing, I keep looking for places with the same great customer service, amazing prices and IT IS impossible. I wont look further. I recommend this place to everyone, give them a shot, they wont disappoint!

Awesome service

I purchased business cards, vinyl stickers, and a foam board photo background for my business Doctor Frankendesign (google me!). Everything is awesome! My absolute favorites are the stickers. Theyre durable, look great, feel great, and my customers and I stick them everywhere, lol. Its amazing to see something transferred from the computer screen onto cards/stickers/etc. Perfect quality, great/fast service, highly recommended. Ask for Steve. ;)
