Luxury bath shop. Always friendly staff, plus top notch bath bombs, shower bombs, bubble baths, etc. Definitely not cheap, for 3 bath bombs, a deodorant bar, and two mini lotion bars you are looking at a $50 bill. That being said, great for special occasions or simply treating yourself every once in a while but definitely not products for every day use. The bath bombs are really beautiful though, cant wait to see what it looks like in the tub.

Theres something for everyone, Women, men, and kids. They even have a variety of gift sets. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help.

This place is a real hit or miss. Sometimes the product is amazing and works as it’s supposed to other times (their solid cream avocado conditioner for example got stuck in my hair like wax). Not cool. 1/10 Do not recommended. The bath bombs are usually pretty decent as well as the body wash cards. The face masks are nice, but because they are fresh they expire quickly. Also the customer service really fluctuates between overbearing and inattentive. The last time I was there I was completely ignored and when I went to make my purchases the cashier asked me if I knew how to use the product...mind you I brought only bath bombs. (Condescending a**hole) laughed in my face. Other than that it seems like a passing fad...

I think my love affair with Lush is over, after going there yesterday and finding myself in a pickel about how much product I want, or was being forced on me, I walk away empty handed. Going somewhere else to find my next love.

The staff here is always so very helpful and nice! Thats what I love the most about Lush and then second of course would be their natural and safe products. I love their hair shampoo and conditioner bars. They are a good size, last me months, and they stay smelling fresh. Thanks again!

Amazing every time! Great products and helpful staff! They’re able to provide recommendations based on your skin type and favorite smells! My favorites are the bubble wands, Ocean Salt face scrub, and all the soaps!

I must of missed the day that all the friendly approachable employees were working. Ive always shopped lush online since I never lived close to one but after moving closer to this one I was SO excited to get the full experience of purchasing from a Lush store. I walked in and noticed about 4 employees on the floor and was greeted by no one. Now granted one woman was demoing a product for another customer but the other 3 were just standing and glancing around. Now as mentioned before Ive never shopped inside an actual store so I was a little lost trying to find the items I wanted, again no one offered me assistance or asked if I was doing alright, let alone if it was my first time in Lush. It wasnt until 15 mins later and with the help of my boyfriend I located everything I wanted to purchase. Now Im not saying this is the reason my experience was so bland and luckluster than everyone elses but I did find it a little odd that this happened the day im running errands and Im just in jean shorts and a band t-shirt with my hair pulled up but it wasnt until I had all my items in my hands and started towards the register did finally ONE associate ask me in passing ONCE if I needed help. Now like I said I dont want to be that person and say thats the reason my experience here was so bleh but I was really disappointed with my experience here after reading such great things about Lush stores. Maybe Ill just go back to ordering online.

The people were super helpful and listened to my skin concerns and showed me about 4 products and I chose the cup of coffee face mask/scrub and the sympathy for the skin after only a week my skin smells like my skin care products and I don’t even want to use perfume to cover it up because it smells so good and my skin feels so soft after. Thanks again for the amazing customer service at Victoria gardens.

Love all the natural and cruelty free products. I have yet to be disappointed with a single purchase and I have been buying from LUSH for years.Some of my favorite products are, of course, their bath bombs (Dragons Egg is my favorite) and bubble bars (my 3 yr old loves them), their Lust spray fragrance/perfume, and their King of Skin solid body butter bar is amazing for my skin after a shower or bath. Even my husband loves the Whoosh shower jelly.If youre interested in a seasonal item, I recommend getting it before its gone, especially their Halloween ones.

I was looking for a gift for a friend and happened to walk in here with my kids. The staff here are thee BEST!!! My kids were really excited to be in this store and looking at (frequently touching) the products. They had a lot of questions and the staff here indulged each one of their questions. I just love how attentive they were with my kids as we decided on what to get. The bath bomb demo was the cherry-on-top for the kids as well. I will definitely be back here.

I went for the first time as a Valentines treat. The moment we entered we were greeted by the employees. One employee came over to help since it was my first time viewing the products and was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and what they were used for. She even gave a demonstration of the products I was interested in. Each item had samples to try/smell. The store was very clean and even though it got busy we were always able to ask questions or get help. I cant wait to go back!

Lush has a lot of great beauty finds, but not all of the employees are on the same page. One employee suggested queen bee to me (I have fine and slightly wavy hair), but on the site it’s recommended for natural hair/ very curly hair. It made my hair greasy and heavy, even with the slightest amount. It makes taking their advice about products hard.

It was my first time there. Was very nice but l thought it was a bit pricey.

Lush literally never disappoints. Met a new friend here, his name is Sal and he is uber cool, as are all the other workers here. I have never seen such great customer service anywhere else in my life. Definitely coming back!!

How can you not love this store? Everyone is so helpful. Just the smell alone relaxes you and makes you happy. Test a bath bomb or a lotion. It is a wonderful store.

Lush is an amazing store filled with all of the goods you need to have a relaxing evening. From bath bombs to soap they know what theyre doing. The bath bomb provides all the colors you need in your bathtub. I have personally found this to be my favorite store. They have everything you need in the workers are very helpful. LUSH even has new things for each season. For example I love their Christmas selection. My daughter is a lush at Lush. In conclusion, LUSH is an amazing store filled with relaxation and beautiful scents.

Lush, how I love you. I can smell you from a mile away and you make me smile ear to ear. I come for the face masks and the facial sprays. Using the new jelly mask Just To Clarify and alternating Eau Roma and Breath of Fresh Air mists, my acne has subsided and my skin looks the best it has since I was probably a child. I am so thankful :)

No snobby employees here. Just nice folks. The prices a re a bit high but everything smell great. I love the bar shampoo.

Everyone at this location is very sweet, warm, friendly and kind. I am Lush girl and sadly to say Ive been to a few locations with not-so-friendly workers. But everyone here is amazing and helpful even though there seemed to be about 50 people in the store (so busy!). I honestly didnt want to leave! Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect Christmas gift!

Love it for my skin

The sales associate who helped me was such a great help in giving some advice and answering my questions. But more so, I wanted to give him a shout out for having such an upbeat and happy personality! Made me enjoy my short shopping experience in Lush:) I love Lush but never had an experience that made me want to write a review till today:) I knew what I wanted and beelined it like I’m not buying nothing else. Worst lush Ive ever been in. Employees were standing around talking to each other. At no point was I talked to or acknowledged by any of the employees. When my friend asked a question the girl was less than helpful. Its the first time Ive gone into a lush and didnt feel welcomed also the first time I left without purchasing anything.

The smells are inviting and the product is just as good, I frequent lush at least 2-3 times a month to keep my stock of bath bombs up! My favorite two products are Dream Cream body lotion and Oaty Creamy Dreamy Shower wash

Great service and atmosphere.

Educated staff who know their products well and are more than happy to send you off with samples. They also offer product sampling in the store which is informative and fun. The downside is their high prices, but you pay for quality and natural ingredients.

My wife loves this store, I love what happens after we leave this store. They have excellent product for almost everything concerning your body and skin.

This is a great place. They are very busy but the staff is very accommodating, courteous and professional all the time. Its a great place to get lotions, facial cleansers and bath products.

Love the products. I got some massage bars and they melted on the way home but I returned them and got my money back. Great service.

I love this Lush location ! The staff are kind and ready to answer all of your questions. They are also helpful when it comes to choosing the right product for you. Only thing about yesterdays visit is that i took some stuff to be exchanged. I had gotten American Cream and Honey i washed my hair, but overcharged on the reciept which says i got the Soak and float and charged 14.95 instead of 10.95 for my shampoo bar. Cant go back often since i only stop by when im in town.Other than that, keep up the good work ☺

Lush is a bit overpriced, but I like the concept of freshly made products too bad my favorite cleanser buche de noel was sold out. Only a seasonal item which isnt a good idea for a cleanser.
