Bought a mattress. They keep canceling the delivery 4 times. I called to confirm the morning of delivery. Sears confirmation they are coming, but don’t show. I get an automated message canceling after the delivery window. The customer service can’t find out if they even have the product because their call center is in another country and they can’t call out. Called the store, but cannot get through their automated menu that puts you on a loop that ends with them hanging up on you. Do yourself a favor shop somewhere else.

What a beautiful store, fully loaded with every you need when it comes to Sears. No sign of store closure here. Staff is super friendly, building extremely clean. The selection is countless bigger than a Target store. I love this store and especially Sears department stores

The store was clean and set up nicely. The restroom was very clean. I really didnt see any staff until I checked out. The checker seemed a bit aloof but she was efficient.

I ordered a 320 piece tool set on 11/12/2020 on-line. I got an email stating my order was ready to pick up on 11/20. I went to pick it up on 11/23 & they said they dont have it.They asked if I would like to cancel or wait. I elected to wait as it was a good price. On 11/27 I get an email stating I picked up my order & thank you.I NEVER WENT BACK TO THIS STORE, WHICH BY THE WAY IS A 20 -30MIN DRIVE FOR ME! I raised a concern via a chat link on the email I got & then again 0n 12/03 & I get another email stating I picked up my order! Now Im out 136 bucks & nothing to show for it. This is the worst internet experience Ive had in the 20+ years Ive been ordering on the web from all kinds of vendors. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SEARS AGAIN VIA THE INTERNET! (no wonder they filed bankruptcy!)I am still waiting for my money to come back to me. I guess they won, for now. They canceled my order & took my money!!!!

The store is closing and the prices are more than Sears.com. It is a Clarence company that is trying to steal from poor people just trying to save money. At least most people are smart enough to Google prices before they buy. BUYER BEWARE! ! ! ! !

I used Picture people inside of Sears in they gave me great options for photos for some quick pictures that I needed for my daughter. The photographer made my daughter comfortable and it was a great experience!

I was just out for a drive saw it got off the freeway. Stopped its a big huge Sears like kind of a warehouse Outlet type Sears but its awesome it has some of everything in it is nice is quiet the people are nice you can just shop for hours and nobody bothers you thats great

Ordered my washer and dryer in advance to have it installed on my move in date(about 3 weeks), not only was it 4 days late, but when they came they just dropped it off when I specifically PAYED to have it installed, now I have the appliances sitting in my house. I’m very dissatisfied, I should’ve went through bestbuy. This is exactly why they are going outta business, bestbuy would have made sure I was taken care of. Save your time and shop else where

My experience was Horrible I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered I a week,2months later I still havent received it the customer service kept lying Giving me different delivery dates and they never delivered I finally canceled after 2 months of lies and they took my money! I requested a refund please go elsewhere!

Sear is great store to purchase clothing, electronic and tools. Hate to see it go. My father favor this store for its reseanable price and great clothing. I will buy air conditioner matters and tools. Tool warranties on the rachet are great. I bought many tool set for me and as gift to other family and friends. Sear has become the next Woolworth disappeared. Soon after memories shopping at sears.

Its a very big store, looks like they could fill up the store with more inventory, customer service was good.

Please be careful buying any appliance Sears sells. If you ever need service, either under warranty or service contract they will drive you to suicide. I am trying to get service on my microwave. The computer voice tells me I have a two hour wait! Honest! Finally I get a women in India I could not understand, so she transferred be back into another long wait. I can now understand why Sears is close to going out of business.

Would like to have a shopping cart available when I walk in, I asked why no shopping carts they really couldnt give a good answer. I told them I would fill up the cart but cant buy alot due to I only have 2 hands. If I could I would give them 0 stars! The worst company to order from! Their delivery department and their customer service department is so unorganized there isn’t any communication at all! I ordered a refrigerator 2 months ago in September and I still have not received it. They tell me literally every single day that my refrigerator will get To my home by the next day and when the day comes I don’t receive anything not even a call to let me know that they won’t be showing up! I swear I regret ordering from here it’s just a waste of time! I will make sure to tel everyone I know not to order from Sears!

Dont buy the warranty its a scam they dont have any technicians so they give u the run around dont answer phones and when they do they put u on hold then drop the call . Never again

I have always enjoyed shopping at Sears with my parents. My favorite was receiving the Christmas catalog as a kid. Now that Im 68 years Im still shopping Sears. Fee very sad that there closing lot of stores. Shop Sears or great GRANDPARENTS or PARENTS shop here. My kids shop here to.

Don’t know where to write this review but this is about a refrigerator that I’ve been trying to get fixed. I’ve had it for less than a year and it already broke down and not only that but I’ve been trying to get help to get it fixed for a month now and this issue hasn’t been fixed still. I’ve had more that one no show appointments from “someone that will come check it out” and still nothing. I even purchased protection on this refrigerator and it’s clearly useless. Don’t spend your money here. You’re clearly better off with an appliance from Costco where they actually care about their customers. I’ve had no refrigerator for a month now just waiting on it to get fixed and it’s a HUGE inconvenience. If I could give it 0 stars I will.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy from Sears! If I could give zero stars I would. I have had multiple problems with my refrigerator I bought from sears. They have sent out three different repairman over the last two months and the last one said that my ice maker was not fixable. I have called over ten times since he left trying to work on getting a replacement since we had purchased the additional coverage through sears. I have been on hold for hours upon hours only to be hung up on. Everyone says I will get a phone call back in 24/48 hours and it has been over a month (since the last repairman said it’s unfixable) of repeated calling without ever getting a return phone call. DO NOT EVER buy appliances from Sears. Every phone call is a 3 hour wait and they just use stall tactics to avoid replacements so now we have had a down refrigerator for over two months and every time I call I get hung up on now. Wasted so much time and energy fighting for what I paid for and it was useless. I’ve contacted the local news stations in Los Angeles to help bring this matter to the public’s attention. Sears does NOT honor they warranties! If you read the reviews you will see that I’m not the only customer that this company is trying to get out of honoring it’s warranty too.Here’s an update... After contacting the wonderful people at NBC news we had some hope of the problem being fixed. Hector from NBC news made one, mind you One email to sears and magically sears had a repairman out within a few days. The repairman actually ordered parts and replaced parts that seems to be working now. After hours and hours of phone calls over months from my wife and I with Sears and them not wanting to honor the extended warranty I bought through them. It took one email from the local news to make a difference. I hope people will read this review and not buy any products from the dishonest company Sears has become.

Grate location! Its nice and stocked, Lots of craftsman tools to choose from. Definitely returning.

The lines are horrible. There must be two dozen people in line and only three registers open. This is ridiculous. Now they make everyone wait in one big line and it makes it even worse. Too bad its the only Sears in the area, probably better off going to JC Penney or Macys up the street or best Best Buy.

Great open space, modern layout and design, clean and spacious in each department. Dedicated watch and jewelry repair shop, photo department, and vision. Great selection of appliances fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, etc. Home fashions department could be revitalized or simply stocked otherwise best sears store I have been to in a while since company store closure initiative began.

Friendly and great prices

Sears never comes to mind when I am out looking at appliances but my cousin sent me some photos of their prices. I was shocked to see how affordable they were. So I wandered on over and ended up buying ALL of my appliances there. I got brand name stuff at almost the same prices that other places were selling lesser known brands at. I highly recommend adding Sears to your list of places to check out for appliance shopping.

It has wonderful customer service

They were expanding tool selection, had very few tools. Staff is nowhere to be found. Garden center was completely gone. Close the store, the 10 cars in the parking lot were probably employees. I’ll never go back!!!

What I saw the entrance and where I went to that I needed to purchase was closed to the entrance so I didnt go thru details of the store but it looked and smell clean. The customer services are good too.

I was actually quite surprised to find that this Sears store was still open. It is a single story store and it seems to be quite extensive with its merchandise. This particular Sears store seems to have all the main departments that a larger Sears store would have. Since Sears is such a large part of my history it is refreshing to be able to know that there are some of these stores still open. this particular Sears store is located in a great place with easy access and is quite visible all around.

Sears has had its up and downs. Im really glad this store has made some positive changes. Will definitely be coming back here. For those who have had any issues with sears Id recommend giving it another chance. Friendly staff and great prices.

The tool department was under construction. The shelves were picked thru, but good prices on a lot of tools. I am glad that they are improving the tool department. Hopefully 5 stars in the future.

I was in the store yesterday. I was trying to return or exchange something I got in February I know is it more time that they give to do exchage and return but with everything going on with the virus I didnt feel contoble going into the store. They didnt want to do the return or exchange. I have all the tags on the merchandise. I think you guys need to be a liitle for flexible with your customer during this time.

Store is closing so there are lots of great deals. Some departments are almost empty though like tools, but ahies and clothes are still well stocked. I got a girls winter jacket for $12!

I came here last year around christmas time I like sears but I truly feel sorry for the company as it seems like they may be going out of business. There was a huge difference in the number of items that were available from one year to the next. I did get some great items and a GREAT PRICE and for that I give the store a nice review :)

Just purchased a new washer and dryer set at Sears. We shopped all over town, finally settling this Kenmore Elite set from Sears. They are manufactured by LG, which has the best ratings in the industry, and these units are equivalent to their top of the line models. During their presidents day sale, we were able to get the pair for about $750 less than the comparable LG branded units including the tax difference. The salesman was extremely helpful in answering the couple of remaining questions we had, and the purchase was pain free. They will be delivered tomorrow, but so far very happy.

I have been trying to call to get an estimate on delivery for a new washer. $1,000 purchase. No one answers the phone ever. Ive tried for 2 days night and morning. Giving my business elsewhere. If they cant answer a phone for 2 days what happens if you actually have an issue??

This Sears is in Rancho Cucamonga it looks have empty inside but they have a lot of clothes its only open from 12 to 7 p.m. everythings on sale

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Store does not have a way to get through we bought several home appliances which broke within less then 6 months. Ice maker on fridge didn’t work when it was delivered. God knows the stuff they probably brought was defective to begin with and now have no way to get through to the store because none of the departments transfer through when you call.

Been a loyal customer to this store, have always recommend it this store to friends and family, and all it took was one return to be unaccepted because I have no box, only with 2 days of purchase. Now Im screw with this shoes that came defected by factory. Not even a refund as 10%off what I payed. Wont be returning to this store ever, also they never answer the phone it could of save me a trip.

This store was great when it first opened but now this place is like a typical Kmart. Customer service is low and 1 or 2 lines open with a long line of people trying to purchase from here. We ended up leaving because the long line. Horrible place to shop. No wonder they are going out of business.

I bought a Samsung microwave, stove, dishwasher set. Microwave was delivered dented. Returned it, but still have not received my money back yet. Its going on 4 weeks. Repeatedly trying to call to speak with some to only get hung up on (6 times). Ridiculous. Absolutely no customer service at this location. Ive left voicemails 3 times no call back either. Ready to go to consumer affairs & BBB to report this store.

Located in Rancho Cucamonga CA this Sears is a super center store except without the groceries. Store is huge has alot of good prices on apparel, tools, houseware items, fitness, shoes and bedroom items. Though it can be overwhelming to walk in this entire store there are some great deals on items.

I love this sears its the biggest one I know in the inland empire they also have a great selection only draw back is sometimes the line can get long and thats because they might just be the last sears by me

We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator model number 795.5183 in December 2017, and it has been nothing but trouble. Do not buy any refrigerators from Sears especially any ones starting with the number 795. The repair service is a joke although I dont hold any of the repair men responsible. How can you repair something thats a lemon. This brand new refrigerator has been welded on about three times now. The evaporator, the driver assay, the condenser, and compressor. The total amount for parts they paid was $746 and total labor $340. This is utterly ridiculous! Sears does not want to exchange it out for a new one and it is still under warranty. At this point we would just like our money credited back on their sears card but sears does not want to do that. Since so many sears stores have folded I would again urge anyone reading this to think twice about purchasing any refrigerators from their store.
