Very disappointed. purchased a ring and waited 2 weeks for sizing only to be told the day before delivery it was not available since the ring was too big to size down..paid in cash but refunded in debit since theres no cash in store. I had no problem paying in cash but impossible for a cash refund?? nice.. with so many competitors within a walking distance you would think the business would be appreciated..what a complete waste of time..

I have had a ring go in for sizing that I have bought there. It has been several weeks and I still do not have the ring back. I been called in to pick it up and it was not there. The Store that was located on 4th st was great. This one has a long way to go.
