I just had an incredibly inexplicable experience with this company. All I wanted was a price on four different gauges of wire. Apparently Owen Electric gets so many of these requests every day that they dont want to take these calls any more. If they want to throw away $8000+ worth of potential business by being rude to a potential customer, then what can I do? COMPLETE OPPOSITE of how a potential customer should be treated. I will never call this company again.
