I ordered 2 folding Bingo boards from this organization. 1 board was fine but the 2nd was split down the middle upon arrival. I tried to call the customer service # but to no avail. There was a recording of this # not existing. I presently feel that Im stuck with the faulty board even though the company has now collected my money. Im hoping to find some recourse from this review.

What Mr. Robinson left out of his review, was the fact that he was dialing the wrong number for Bingo West. Once he finally dialed the correct number, his board was exchanged for a new one, no questions asked. Did he come back, and admit his mistake, and amend his review? Of course not!!Bingo West has been operating for over 30 years because customer service is their number one priority!
