Needed a pin from this location so I call before to talk to the manager. He was so polite and nice. He kept the pin until I got there to pick it up. I drove from Pasadena area. I was so happy that it was there waiting for me. This is good customer service. That’s what makes a good establishment difference and even the drive was far it was well worth it.

Service is good, never disappointed when I come here. Staff knowledgeable, Hat Club is a great place to get fitted hats.

Staff is awesome & friendly. Very informative about all products, new arrivals and clean store.
