I always need reassurance that I am choosing the correct colors when I want to paint. Last year while painting the main area interior of my house I changed to Sherwin-Williams because I received a coupon. They were so helpful in helping me choose the right color which by the way I ended up loving, that when my son decided he wanted to update his room I knew where to go. Today we went to Sherwin-Williams and with the associates help once again we confidently picked the right colors. What I have realized is their helpfulness is part of the company culture. I will recommend Sherwin-Williams to all who ask!

The staff being more up front about pricing and whether or not what would work better for certain situations. Inform people of cost and sizes to be more helpful. I did not like finding out about these things after the paints were made so I was required to pay for them.

I had 2 disaster paint purchases from Lowes. The place is so close to my house so i just went there. First time we bough 5 gallons of paint and painted the wall and it looked nothing like the sample. In tears I went to Sherwin-Williams and the associate helped me pick out the color that i liked and we ended up getting it at 70%, so a lighter color and i couldnt be happier. Second time I went to Lowes ( i dont even know why) i got black paint in eggshell, but when i painted a wall and it all dried the paint was super glossy, not eggshell at all and picked up all the imperfections of the wall. Disaster! I went back to the Sherwin-Williams and the associate helped me again, very understanding, even showed what black colors are popular on pinterest, told me to get paint in flat and gosh the accent wall looks fantastic now!

We went into the store and got lost with all the color spectrum. Josselyne helped us out with her expertise and narrowed it down to fewer choices. However, the day we went was the last day of their sale, but Instead of rushing us to make a final decision, Josselyne offered to extend the sale price for a few more days so we can try the colors at home and make a solid decision. This store really caters to their customer’s need instead of volume.

I ordered Non-Sacrificial anti-graffiti coating from here which i had to wait 3-4 days for, just to call them back on the fourth day and them telling me that they were waiting for a call back from me to place the order!
