Fantastic as always - lovely member of staff and a safe environment - Ive shopped with Sadie for years but this was my first trip to Consett - it was an excellent experience and 2 sets of lovely underwear purchased which Im delighted with.

Not a very pleasant experience - rang up and explained that Im a new mother who is breastfeeding so was in desperate need of a new bra and fitting - asked if they would still do bra fittings with COVID-19 restrictions, was told yes, and was made an appointment for a free bra fitting at Consett branch. Went along and was met by a very rude woman who told me that it was pointless for me to have a fitting to buy other bras as they didnt do nursing bras, and that it would £15 for a bra fitting! 10 mile journey in car totally wasted.
